Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. They do fantastic work, so going the extra mile for customer service means a lot.
