Upon entering the facility it appears clean and bright. I was about 15 minutes early and no one was stationed at the front desk. I took a seat and waited, shortly after I arrived Yesie arrived. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and I really like her personality and presence. She has a very positive vibe. I completed the questionnaire then we started the session. I think it took maybe 15-20 mins, I really didn't track the time. The treatment was a bit uncomfortable but not as painful as I have experienced in the past. After the treatment I went home washed my face with CeraVe hydrating cleanser and applied Babo sensitive skin cream, and the treatment area did sting and was a bit painful. The treatment area definitely looks worse the second day but it begins to improve day three. I am hopeful the results will be what I wanted. I would definitely use laser now again very professional and welcoming environment.
