They literally use your card as extortion because they save it , yesterday I had an appointment and for some reason I had emergency that made me not go there and they called , despite of having a membership and not answering the call they used my card in file and charged me $35 , without any notice or consent and despite of having a membership instead of fixing another day they just used my card and charged me $35 !! Beware !!!do not save your card on there system as they will misuse it !! Calling today the girl Marina said the manger is not available today so I asked her should I charge you guys back because your manger is not available today as I was not able to pick the call yesterday!! She had no answer but to say they made me sign up some paper in the beginning that they could pull the money out !! Can you believe that !! This is for the owner and the manager stop misusing clients card and charge them without there consent , I understand the membership money being pulled every month but if that is signed up you cannot just blindly use clients card and make money of your business , just because they were not able to answer a call for that day ,, , that's fraud !! Update: I received a call in response to my review from Maritza (she did my service and is also the manager, apparently). I was told my stubble was due to "hair growth cycles" and was offered 3 additional free sessions, which I declined. The "hair growth cycles" excuse was in fact a deflection/lie. Nothing she told me on that call was true. She said if her wax technique hadn't been good I would have lots of ingrowns/pimples. 1) I have an amazing exfoliation routine, so good she complimented me during the service. 2) I distinctly recall a single wince I made and she replied that it was a big section (WHY Maritza? It was my first wax, you knew this!) 3) It was not a few hairs, it was post-shave-stubble feelings everywhere by the two day mark. All over. Not a few stray hairs. I tweezed a few hairs that were jabbing into my inner lips before the appointment because I couldn't TAKE IT anymore, and that smoothness lasted longer than the wax I got a day later. I CANNOT recommend this specific location, and I'm turned off to the entire chain after this phone call. For Brazillian, just find a place with hard wax. Got my first brazilian in a long time at this establishment - very clean, quiet and professional! Maritza did my wax and was very helpful getting me through the pain (a brazilian is always going to be painful, so be it). She listened to my concerns and went at my pace which was extremely appreciated as some waxers just want to be done and over with. She did an excellent job, so I have no complaints. And the price is very reasonable! I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

Jazmin did my Brazilian wax earlier this week and she was very good. I have a low threshold for pain and really do not look forward to my waxing experience. I was pleasantly surprised with Jazmin as I barley felt any pain at all. I also got eyebrows done - just a note to the management, if you book eyebrow and brazilian online it is $6 dollars less. However, if walk in and ask for a brazilian and eyebrow, they will charge for the individual service which cost more. It was annoying that I had to ask for the bundled cost after I got my bill; not the best customer experience. read more

So I really don't know how to feel about this situation as I miss read the appointment time which I look back now it shows 115 and 145. I was booked for two services . I only seen the 145. I was on my way to my 145 appointment. Noticed that I had a missed call from them so I called to see if they were trying to reach out to me, the lady on the phone says that I missed my 115 and because she wanted to go on lunch she cannot take my appointment. Also, if I wanted to reschedule, I was told there would be charged 50% for a service I did not receive and if I wanted to receive services, I would have to have that charge placed on my card . How businesses go and think they can just take money from people who support their business is heart, wrenching . I will not be a customer at this business due to the lack of customer service and empathy for their guests. read more

If you have thick black hair do not go to this waxing business. I was in a lot of pain the whole time. The waxologist waxed me in multiple small increments. I came in for a brazilian. There was a lot of hair left all over. I had a wax previously at the Roseville European wax so I had something to compare this with. I've been here 2x and plan on visiting continuously because my wax is always consistent. They use soft wax which seems to agree with my skin more than hard wax that's used at EWC. Unlike at the other big name wax center they actually get all the hair and are good with making sure they lessen the pain after each pull during the service. So let me say this.... It's been almost 3 years since I waxed due to COVID. I found this place on Facebook and did the inquiry as they were getting ready to open. They were/ are doing a buy one get one free. Prior to opening, they called me and left a message. As anyone else, I never called back but listened to the voicemail. They called me again on Friday and asked if I wanted to come in for the special. I agreed as there is no harm. I scheduled my Brazilian appointment on Sunday. Went in waited for a short period of time. Service was nice and the place is super clean. The waxologist, Megan, came out and was super friendly. I told her it's been a while since I Brazilian waxed so be gentle lol. We got to the back, she gave me the wipes and I got comfy on the table. She waxed me and was gentle as possible and held the areas when she knew it was going to be painful. She talked with me throughout the entire waxing to ease the pain and make me more comfortable. She's funny too . I scheduled a follow up appointment with her and will come back as I love my results, the service and the interaction. Having a good waxologist is key and if you're like me I like to keep the same person once I connect with them.
