Beautiful location with phenonmenal views. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast or any coffee place at the hotel which sucks for those who fly here without a car. Howevr it is close to restaurants and a walmart. Many broken things here, toilet issues when we got here ( was fixed right away) and other family members we know had multiple issues as well. they need to work on upkeep of this place. Neighbors were super loud lastnight, not the hotels fault but im not sure what kind of crowd stays here who party all night. Pool is nice and good lunch at the pool bar. Definitely get an upgrade for a higher up room, well worth the money! read more

I stayed in this hotel a year ago and I'm finally getting around to writing a review. Why now, you ask? Well, because I'm going to be staying there again this weekend, which reminded me to write this. Since I'm staying there again, you've probably assumed by now that I enjoyed my stay last year, and you'd be correct! First of all, every room has an ocean view! Our room had 2 double beds, a pull-out sofa bed in the sitting room and a kitchenette. Both the bedroom and sitting rooms have sliding doors, which open onto a large balcony...very nice for enjoying the sunrise and/or watching people on the beach. The beds were comfy, the service was great and the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool is clean and the perfect temperature. Can't wait to go again tomorrow! Weekend visit for my birthday at this hotel. Rooms are clean and beautiful ocean view. Loved that I can get that ocean sound and sunrise. While those things are great beach has way too many seaweed that it accumulate so much and the pool is so freaking cold that even the kids were not getting in. also cocktail drinks from a carton were too pricey. while the hotel is great I was really hoping to be in the waters with my grandkids but didn't so I will not make a visit here again for those reasons. Stayed in the 15th floor ocean view side and it was amazing! The TV stations sucked, but who's watching TV with that ocean view? The jacuzzi tub was great. I love the soaps and shampoos the Radisson have in the rooms. They smell really good and are not harsh on the skin or hair. Only bad thing at this place was the food. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE pizza and wings! Didn't order anything else. I figured if they can screw up a chicken wing that horribly, I'm not risking it. read more

Stayed at Radisson in Indiatlantic FL on 9/13-14/2021. Hotel is well past its prime. I counted 21 cars at 11:30 p.m. on 9/13. Ice only available on floors, 3/6/9/12. And 9 was out of service. Elevator was so hot, no AC. Room ac vent was dripping badly, required a towel to keep floor from getting wet and us slipping on it. Everything is aged. AC vent rusted, bathroom light fixture rusted, coffee table dented and paint chipped. Looking from the ground up the underside of the balcony floors, lots of rust showing and peeling paint. Curtains in hallways and rooms, including shower curtains are picked and pulled. Our room on the 10th floor, was in the darkest foyer. No lights at all, very creepy. The staff was very friendly. The view and balcony were amazing to enjoy. It was very quiet. I have pictures of the issues I mention, but don't see where to post them. read more

This is the saddest national chain hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire facility is in desperate need of an overhaul. The appliances are old and rusty. The fixture aren't any better, and the bland/nondescript. Not to mention the halls are covered in drywall patches. The great - there are no bad views in this hotel, you get panoramic views of the ocean from any room and it's breathtaking. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. It's a great spot at a great price and it feels like the best view ever!!!! The disappointing - they have sleep number beds that make me feel like I'm sleeping on a blown up or deflated balloon. My room had one that took so long to inflate we thought it was faulty. Ended up changing rooms to avoid feeling the spine of the bed. Got "upgraded" to a corner suite....good intentions but now as I lay on my well inflated bed I can hear the base of the live band in the blues restaurant next door (avoid the north corner it's a loud "upgrade") guess I'll play musical room changes again in the morning. read more

I love it here I'm on the 16 floor the view is amazing the ocean is so gorgeous and soothing. The pool is nice could be better. The rooms are extremely clean. I don't want to leave I love it here. The staff is very very nice and well mannered and super kind each individual is so helpful and welcoming. You can be as loud as you want in your room it's super private here and everyone just does there own thing here. read more

The views of the sunrise were beautiful from our room on the 15th floor, but the pricing was high for comparable hotels and the hotel could definitely use an upgrade. The staff were friendly and tried to make the best of a bad situation. First of all the lobby was very small and dingy and dark looking and the area to the right I guess was part of the restaurant, but was dark and looked closed. The décor in the hotel was horrible. The restaurants were poor for a major hotel, and they had only one vending machine and drink machine on the 2nd floor that only took dollars, not credit cards. Really, technology?? The rooms were all suites but no microwave. We went through two refrigerators in the two day stay and still didn't work right. The one didn't cool, and the second one froze all the food. The gym was very basic and had limited equipment. Also the hotel was under construction for a new elevator. Also, not A/C in the old elevator. The rooms may have been great but I never got that far, the place looked run down, dated and under construction. The pool area seemed cramped and even the parking lot was torn up. I decided on walking across the parking lot to stay at the Hilton instead. I guess first impressions matter to me. read more

To be perfectly clear, most of the stars are for the view, location, cleanliness and staff friendliness/efficiency. The building is suffering still from Hurricane Irma with construction underway. That's totally understandable. However, the suite furniture is old and battered. The beds are comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The bathroom really needed more space - especially for toiletries and the granite was cracked in several areas. The shower fixtures were loose but functioning. I would definitely stay here again. Could use a facelift but otherwise, perfectly comfy. read more

We had a suite... no microwave...we asked for one ,told us only in regular rooms. Come on, put one in every suite for goodness sake! They would not get us one. The couch needs to be in the dumpster! Beach side- yes. So the view from our balcony was amazing....... but that's really all i can say about this property any more. We used to stay there on a regular- so we figured we'd go back to celebrate--- We were there for our anniversary and not as much as an additional towel was in our room. we literally had ONE bath towel in our room. we had one roll of tp which was 95 % gone.... We had ants in the kitchen and breakage in our room of all sorts. tiles, the door, even the bed was broken. And sleep number maybe but let me say i woke up aching the next morning as it was hard as a board....... no additional batteries in the room for bed remote- called to get more, never got any. the bedroom clock we had to set as ourselves not a big deal but my point here is the maid, the staff had no ATTENTION TO DETAIL They charge a "resort fee" but are in no way shape or form a resort. No spa, no real restaurant, no valet parking.... so why the fee? If we wanted a drink we had to go to the POOL BAR- which means the inside bar never opened. breakfast in a standard hotel version, nothing more than eggs , pankcakes or english muffin sandwiches and they chard almost 45 for that for the two of us. the intermittent hallways are not air conditioned and the elevator just randomly stops while your on it. There APPEARED to be work being done ( from all the brokenness within the rooms and hallways) but no signage or explanation that there was which leads me to think this GM cant keep up with the beach side salt air maintenance that should come with a $200/ night room NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID_ THERE ARE MANY OTHER BEACHFRONT HOTELS AROUND WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN as a business owner i look to see the care given i saw not one person of staff on any of the grounds the whole time i was there other than the front desk staff. This place is sooooo gross!!!!!!!!! Bugs in my room and ants. The balcony door doesn't shut so it's very loud and not very safe. I asked them to repair the balcony door so I could shut it and the manager on duty said he can't b/c they need to order a part. I asked the manager if he felt this was ok that I was paying full price for a broken room? He replied that he would be ok with it - and that's why he is working at this disguisting place. Amazing experience. Absolutely loved it. Staff was so accommodating and friendly and were able to give me a last-minute booking. Price comparable to and better than other hotels I tried nearby. We were on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular. The rooms were clean and it has a nice size tub. The beds are sleep number. The one complaint I had is this: My sister and I were sharing the room so we were going to half the cost of the stay. We booked the room on my card but we were going to pay cash upon check in. This is something that I had done several times before and have never had a problem. Upon check in I was told that they would have to use the card and did not take cash. Now had I known this I would have left my money on the card and everything would have been fine. Come to find out the owner of this particular hotel has decided not to take cash. I explained to the manager that this policy needs to be stated on their website. Luckily we were able to resolve the issue by charging an incidentals fee to the card and paying the rest in cash. After arriving at the hotel which is listed as having two full restaurants we found only a tiny bar that was serving food. Breakfast is near the lobby(not really a different restaurant), lunch served near the pool(a bar), and the inside bar. Food selection was pretty poor. The front desk people were great. Very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room which was a corner room we were very happy with the views. The views, in my opinion are about all the hotel really has to offer though. The rooms are dated and need some updating. The air conditioning system is very loud. The beach is pretty small. At high tide there really isn't any place to sit. The pool area is very average. For 5 nights I spent $1340 dollars and feel like we didn't get nearly our money's worth. read more

Okay, depending on your needs. First the good .. the staff could not be nicer, more efficient or helpful. They really made the hotel feel warm and inviting. And the 15th floor fitness room is nice and has a killer ocean view. But, just know that this is a tired, older hotel, with lots of worn parts and with limited services. The rooms are clean but dated, the beds are "Sleep Number" but not in totally proper working order and, for example, our bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. There is a restaurant, but I would consider this a kind of last-resort option - more like bar food. There is a bar but it was totally empty both times were stopped in so there's not much ambiance. But the hotel is right on the beach, all the rooms face the ocean and it's within striking distance of a lot of big attractions (e.g., Canaveral, etc.) So, if you need a decent place to stay and really don't plan on spending a ton of time on-property, this could be a decent option, if the rates are reasonable. But if you are expecting more of a modern resort experience, you really won't find that here. read more

Can I just say how much I love this hotel?! My husband and I travel often and this is by far one of my favorite places. They have the most incredible ocean views and it is very reasonable (about $150 a night). They have suite-style rooms with living room areas as well as a sink/microwave setup. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is fantastic. We had their chicken wraps every day! You have direct access to the beach and it's close to a dog park/dog beach as well. We are traveling back to Florida on the 12th of October for a work conference and driving three hours away after it is over, just to spend the rest of the week here. I cannot wait. read more

Room was pretty cheap for oceanfront 11th floor views. Their wifi is a joke, but who needs wifi on vacation? Well some people might depend on it and if you don't disappointment will happen. They have installed home consumer grade wifi hot spots in some of the rooms. So when you scan you will see unprotected hotspots that are room numbers. When I called the front desk they told me to just connect to any of them (there wasn't one for my room) - I tried a few of them and none worked. Its likely best for them to just remove the wifi hotspots and forget about it. Its an older hotel from the late 80s or early 90s. Its in decent shape but the room had a mild infestation of those little small sugar ants that are drawn to water. This doesn't bother me as much, and well its Florida however others may be horrified. I would stay again if I had a purpose in the area, but I wouldn't take a date there or book it for romantic beach weekend or anything. Staff was super nice and personable. Ocean views were almost biblical in presence. That sunrise is the stuff of hallmark cards. read more

Stayed here several times over the years.Nice hotel with decent amenities. Clean, well appointed rooms and friendly staff, although the floor tile deserves a little more attention from a mop as the bottoms of my feet were dirty after walking around the room.Every room has a beautiful ocean view. Pool area is large and has a bar area that serves lunch. I have to say the food has improved since previous visits, it actually is very good- From lunch at the pool bar to room service for dinner. Something new - $8 a day for parking which I was made aware of on the web and $50 a day held on my credit card for incidentals. Would have been nice to include that on the web with my reservation instead of springing it on me last minute as we stayed 4 nights,used it anyway but still. We were able to check out the end suite with the wraparound balcony - even more of a great view, a little more each night but worth it. Will stay again. Also , they are adding another elevator which is a plus. Forgot a couple items,management was kind enough to give me a call to make arrangements. read more

It's very musky and cheap. The room kind of makes my skin crawl. I would advise putting down a towel or something before sitting on the couch. I tried to put on my big girl panties and suck it up and have a seat on the couch and a puff of smelly dust surrounded me. It's just long overdue for a renovation. The metal is rusting which I'm aware does happen being Oceanfront. Perhaps if someone cleans the floors you wouldn't be stepping on the rust shavings. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. One last thing... the cheapest air mattress you could buy would be more comfortable than this bed. Have a few drinks before you check in. Beautiful view! read more

We had our wedding here on April 15. We worked with Latasha up until days leading to the wedding. Unfortunately she quit before our wedding. There was no replacement coordinator. The day of, the AC was not working. Windows were not opened until my mother in law asked someone to do something. The elevator broke down with our photographer and officiant in it. And again later with our guests. This delayed our ceremony. We were rushed out of the ceremony room. We were required to pay a minimum of 60 heads for a room that only comfortably fits 40 people. Multiple of our guests had to be switched to different rooms because of bugs in their rooms. Save your time and money and find another venue/hotel block. read more

We stayed here in October. Everything was great. All are 2 room suites. Could called 3 if you include the bathroom. There were 2 separate sink in the bath area and another by the kitchenette. Big glass door facing the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor and I was disappointed at first, but the view was closer. It was just like sitting on the beach at tree level. If you have a choice refuse a 2nd floor, 3rd and higher is great. For me I think 4th would be perfect, and I'm not afraid of heights. The pool and spa were just right temp, very clean with a poolside bar. The front desk staff were wonderful. The only small compliant I could find was with housekeeping. Not as sparkling clean as it could have been. Also refreshing the towels, coffee, water, etc was lacking. Every day we had to hunt down something or go to the front desk to get it. TV in each room kept hubby happy. The sleep number bed was easy to figure out, just follow the instructions attached to the remote. Never slept in one before, we liked it, very adjustable but not enough to buy one for the house. There were very few kids, mostly people 40-60. Weddings everyday but they were not a bother. read more

Award winning hotel? Really? OK nice views from the balcony, good location, good AC and that's a lot, but that's about it. Otherwise, terrible service, under staffed, we had to repeatedly ask to get our rooms cleaned (they were cleaned once in the entire week). When the kids toilet was clogged they had my son come down and gave him a bucket and a plunger. Add to that such things as slow & broken elevators, down-market clientele (although most of them had teeth), bottom-drawer supplies quality, totally vapid decor, no personality anywhere including the pool and pool bar. Complimentary beach towels that were more like dish towels. It feels a bit like a Soviet-era hotel that's had a facelift and been transported to Florida. If I got here after the makeover I'd hate to see what it was before! The people at the desk try, but this a under-capitalized property with no sense of place or pride. If you can get a great place it may be worth it for the balcony, the view and location - but expect nothing more than a generic hotel on-par with a clean motel in a one-horse town. Stayed here for a couple of nights for a getaway with my wife. View is phenomenal!!! Room is clean, spacious and well laid out. The staff was pleasent and eager to please. The whirlpool tub is large enough for two and was a nice addition to the room. The pool and surrounding areas was nice and the pool bar looked to be an ok place. Did not use the restaurant or room service. I seen some reviews saying that the elevator was slow, I did not think so. They are doing some upgrades and such. It is close to shopping and eateries. Great hotel on the ocean! Every room is ocean front with balcony and large so your view is amazing! Our room was a little filled with moisture giving a damp feeling to the air. Probably because there was water damage in the room from the hurricane. The food could use some improving. We ordered room service and ate at the downstair bar near pool. The hotel is conveniently located near Walmart Starbucks grocery store great restaurants and cool bar next to the hotel which the food was good. read more

We were here for a wedding that had rooms blocked off but the wedding wasn't here. Requested a early check-in and when we were 10 minutes away and called to see if a room was open the reservationist had an attitude and rude. I understand there is no guarantee of an early check but she was clear on not accommodating the request. After explaining to her I know it's possible to accommodate a request but you don't have too her attitude changed. We did get an early check in 1 hr early. The rooms are spacious and all with a ocean view. Only reason I didn't give a 5 Star is they need a little updating. The carpet is old with stains and the couch was sinking in. Hotel looks great from the outside. But needs major renovations on the inside. The safe inside our room didn't lock. We had to try closing it 6 or 7 times before it would finally lock. We told the front desk and they sent up maintenance but he didn't do anything. He basically told us it was fixed even though in front of us it took him 4 or 5 times to close it. He should have switched it out for one that worked. Beautiful view from room overlooking the ocean. When you are in the pool and look up at the balconies, there is so much rust that it is scary to even think about going to sit on the balcony. The balcony door didn't open, so we had to call the maintenance who needed a screwdriver to open it. They tell you to let them know when you want maid service and when you do, you're conveniently not on the list. So we would go usually every three days even though I told them every other day. This was my biggest complaint. Staff in the morning was a girl in her 20's that wasn't much help. The man in the evenings was super helpful and nice. I would not recommend I paid $179 a night plus taxes and fees, which costs over $200. This room definitely was not worth the price. Would not recommend. read more

Okay, let's start with the good, for about 160 a night you can get a place on A1A with a great water view (all hotels outlook the water) the Sun and waves feel 5 feet away at all times. Beach access in front, parking space is easy and without hassle. The majority of staff are friendly. But...the building is old and they are very inefficient with the space (no store in first floor for little items). The food and restaurant scene is non existent, the bar area is dark and a total joke. A miller lite will cost you 6 dollars, the food is bad and they have a tiny room to sit everyone-right in front of the elevator where things are crowded. it really should be a one stop place, you get in and stay at pool or beach and lounge around but they have 0 amenities...0... the pool area is really small and there is dead space all over the hotel, empty rooms if you will. they really need to get their act together- having a good bar scene with average food is a non starter but they don't have it. the building is old and the elevator broke when I was there. a lot of promise but they literally are using the great location to gauge you for 200 a night. not sure why people below would rate so high-did they enjoy thr food or bar area, did they notice there is no shops for little items, just big empty rooms when you walk in. tv's are old and ancient in the rooms anyway. read more

Not sure where to start. We stayed here for a wedding and they wouldn't allow the wedding coordinator on the property and didn't let us know until the day before the wedding. Which I found to be VERY petty and poor business since my friend was paying a lot of money for their venue and they earned a lot from guests staying there. That was just the start. The night before the wedding we complained because we heard people screaming and fighting. The front desk basically told us we were imaging things. The wedding party had no sleep because of this. The next morning we were walking out to the beach and had glass raining down on our heads. The room above us, the guests busted the window out, and maintenance was knocking the rest of the window out on to the beach from the 9th floor. Obviously we weren't imagining things if the guests above us were able to bust through a hurricane proof window. Later that day I was walking to my room and there was urine in the hall beside the elevator. We had roaches in our room. We had paint peeling from the ceiling. Before the wedding as we were walking down we had to brush away broken beer bottles so our bride could walk without getting glass caught in her train. While taking photos in the grass we had to dodge all of the glass that was on the ground from the window (not to mention a lady had a piece stuck in her foot). I do want to note that the staff took a lot of time helping us since the wedding coordinator was not allowed on the property and we still had a wonderful time celebrating. We just had to deal with a series of unfortunate events. read more

Chris (New Chris, former Marine) was very welcoming when checking in. My husband had an issue with our first room and Chris was so nice and quick to help us out without hesitation. That night we went to the Bar and Andy, the bar tender, was also very nice and was really patient with our 4 kids. The following morning we had breakfast down stairs and Sarah was so sweet and happy to be there which makes the experience great for us. We spent all day at the beach and pool, which was very warm, and Ben the bar tender by the pool was such a great pleasure as well! I enjoyed all these employees enthusiastic personalities and will definitely be back to this hotel because of them!! read more
