It had a few of the stores we were interested in such as Coach, Lululemon, Nike Factory and Abercrombie and Fitch, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade. There is a food court with seating as well as food truck court (didn't look open on that Monday). We did find some merchandise not seen in other stores and some good deals. This is one of the biggest malls in Eastern Pennsylvania, covering mainly Northampton, Monroe, and Lehigh Valley County. With that, this mall can be busy. Overall, the hallways look clean and tip-top, nicely lit, and well cared for. The crew works hard to keep the mall in great shape. The selections I find here are typical; many general stores ring a bell, and some you may not find, such as Boscov's. Overall, I'm impressed with what's offered at Lehigh Valley Mall. The layout feels dated, and the energy inside just isn't there. A few decent stores keep it afloat, but it's mostly uninspiring, with a lot of empty or repetitive spots. It's not terrible, but it doesn't live up to the hype or to what you'd expect from a regional shopping hub. If you're in the area, it's fine for a quick visit, but definitely don't go out of your way thinking this is some kind of retail destination.

With new ownership looking to close and redevelop most of the mall, Berkshire Mall's time is sadly…read moregetting short. What is sad, is while Berkshire Mall is no longer in it's prime, a large portion of the mall's interior remains filled with a mix of national and local tenants. It even has one fully functional fountain, in front of the Boscov's, with the fountain in front of the Sears not being operable for several years. Foot traffic on the weekends is excellent, with a portion of the community still supporting Berkshire. Unfortunately, this malls downturn largely started with the closing of Bon-Ton and Sears within a year of each other. The sale to Namdar Realty Group bought Berkshire into less reputable ownership, with their usual deferred maintenance leading to the mall almost being condemned in 2024 and a large portion of the parking lot being blocked off due to sinkhole issues. The food court upstairs is down to only three stands. What makes Berkshire worth stopping into despite all these problems? While the interior is dated, it is nice and kept clean. There is a fully functional mall retro arcade, Challenge Arcade. Berkshire Mall has one of the few full size FYE's left in the state. Various small businesses add charm and other shopping options. It's a shame that Abrams Realty Group, the malls future new owners, want to close Berkshire. Unlike Exton Square Mall, which they are also redeveloping, Berkshire Mall is not dead and it's far from it. Shame how it's going to end.

Today was lovely for walking to see what's on sale at Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Levi's Jeans. All the stores I visited had plenty of staff to greet you or help you locate what you wanted. It's a great time to shop at Tanger Outlets Hershey. All the stores have excellent sales right now. Worth noting: EV charging stations and a gated playground for children

It's enormous and from what I was told they are still developing and only on phase one at this time. I hate shopping and I detest malls and I find shopping here a true delight, so easy to roam around, with beautiful store fronts, street lamps and sidewalks lined with flowers and benches The courtyards are filled with well maintained lawns and plenty of activities, especially for the kiddies. During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I've been here for wine tasting's at various shops, I love their Farmer's Market and anxiously await them setting up shop, it's a quaint village that makes me happy to go shopping and I love that they are Eco-friendly.
