Always friendly & amazing coffee! My favorite are their iced lattes, and they always have seasonal syrup flavors available.

The service would appear to be terrible. I am sitting here waiting on an appt. The entire I have been here (apprx 25 minutes) she has yet to speak or look up from her room home. All I am hearing this girl's phone with some show on it. It is very annoying. I would not try the food due to her unprofessionalism. Just got an iced English toffee mocha, which is an oftentime favorite. The coffee is Kaladi Bros, which I like, but the syrup is a bit over sickeningly sweet. The coffee shop window is super high, so if you have a lower car you should plan to stand up or stretch. The customer service was ok; the woman was short but semisweet. That's fine by me but if you're a Chatty Cathy you'll be sorely disappointed. The end. read more

Standard Anchorage espresso stand. Besides the pink exterior nothing about it really stands out. Menu and prices are average, coffee is average, service is average. I do like that they have some Monin syrups since I prefer that over the Da Vinci syrups most coffee shops use. Bring cash if you go here because there's a 4% credit card transaction fee. Haven't seen that anywhere else around town. Maybe sometimes a $5 minimum for cards but no extra charge. read more

Had a really good white mocha and the barista was really friendly. I bounce around from coffee cart to coffee cart depending on the side of town I'm on but this cart is worth the drive to the Dimond and Abbot area. Go check Rae Rae's out! read more

Out of all coffee drive up places this is one of my favorites. The girls are always so pleasant and the quality of the drinks they make is on point. I never understood the reason for the excess need for drive up coffee shops until I located to Alaska . The location is average and the service is as fast as it can get especially when there are many cars in line ahead of you . Definitely recommend and if you don't like your drink they will fix it for you! read more

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Sat at the coffee cart starting at 8:12 am on a Saturday, for an adult and kid drink. My order was taken right away and no notice indicated of delay, repair, or huge order. I get it, sometimes stuff comes up. At 8:28, with not so much as a word from the attendant, I left, with nothing. Pathetic, in every sense of the word. At least communicate, that's all I ask. Terrible service. FYI Rae Rae - it's coffee, it's on every corner - your differentiation should be service. Don't waste your time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Though your coffee has been one I have always enjoyed- the service that our full car of people received today was enough to never return. After we approached the window for our order, the birthday girl in our car(who is also a regular customer) asked if you did a birthday coffee. The women's response was that she would give hers at half off. When she returned to the window with our order and price we were confused. She explained that she had changed her mind because she was new and that she didn't want to get in trouble....paying full price for the coffee was NOT the issue. I came here and ordered a mocha and a white chocolate mocha and then I came on another occasion and got just a latte and I really didnt like any of the drinks. They didn't take too long, but the drinks were no good. I thin their espresso maybe weak. The mochas were WAY too sweet and the white mocha tasted like a lollipop, just straight sugar. And the lattes tasted just like steamed milk... I definitely will not go back especially since there are so many other choices! read more

This is one of my favorite spots to stop and get a caramel frap when I'm on that side of town. The workers are always friendly and they make pretty good Fraps. I'm not a big fan of the pink whip cream but it's still good. I would highly recommend stopping here if you need a quick caffeine pick me up. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Rae Rae's coffee! So sorry to say I've been having some issues with drippy cups (its happened multiple times). I have the world as my oyster choosing which coffee girl I go to in the mornings, this morning I figured I would go to one closer to my work! I went to Rae Rae's & the service was the worst I've ever had. The woman working (with a Monroe/nose piercing) was super rude to me, all I wanted was my coffee & a snack! She refused to fill up my water bottle I had, made a horrible coffee that had burnt shots, & didn't even toast my bagel after I asked her to. Not to mention I waited in line 10 minutes for this horrible service! I do not recommend going to this local barista shop. read more

Most days I go to raeraes for coffee during my lunch hour because it is close and convenient. I can get there in three minutes and get my coffee and still have time to swing by a fast food restaurant or eat my lunch. Today however around noon I had to wait in line for fifteen minutes with one person in front of me until I finally just left. There was one person in front of me who appeared to not be getting many items and had to hang her hand out of the window for a minute before the person working even took it, while she pumped out other people on the other side of the window. Have you ever heard of alternating? Obviously not. This is not the only time I've had a poor experience at Rae raes. There was another time I stopped by at 6:55, hoping I made it within the last five minutes and could still get coffee. There was a sign on the window saying the girl was gone for ice and would be back. By the time she got back it was 7:05 and I was hoping to still get my coffee. When I asked nicely though the girl was very frustrated with me saying "I guess" and gave me a huffy attitude. What the heck? The only reason they get two stars instead of one is every so often on occasion there's actually a nice girl working, that can makes decent coffee timely. read more
