I've been seeing Anthony for about 3-4 years now and followed him to 3 different locations. (Let's just say we are in a committed relationship now.) I trust Anthony one billion percent when it comes to my hair and referring me to other beauty services that he does not offer (sadly). Each of our hair dates is unique because I give Anthony full control and decision making whether it's for a new hair color, cut, extensions, or hair products. (I honestly have not chosen my hair color in years... I just say "yes" to whatever he suggests.) Another reason why I trust Anthony completely is because my hair is the healthiest it's ever been since meeting him. I never worry about my hair becoming damaged in the process because Anthony will not do a service that will compromise the integrity of my hair. Anthony is creative, hilarious, and has a beautiful soul. He treats all of his clients like family and practices transparency in his work. I highly recommend giving Anthony a try for all your hair goal needs. You will NOT be disappointed!

I'm so glad I made an appointment with Mandy at Rae Talbot Salon. I had been with the same hairstylist for over 10 years, but she reduced her schedule to two days a week and it was hard for me to get in on the day she works so I had to find a new hairstylist, which I was so nervous about, as you can imagine. I am so happy I found Mandy! I wanted a change from my regular balayage and I was nervous at first, but Mandy helped walk me through ideas and colors that would work best for me. And I was obsessed with how good it turned out. It was a lovely transition to something that stood out in such a classy and elegant way. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was enough to know "there's something different about you" Mandy executed exactly what I wanted in both color and cut and made me feel like a million bucks! Not only is she an expert and professional in what she does (makes you sleepy when she washes your hair) but she is so easy going and totally fun to chat with. She made me feel welcome, at ease and just all around great vibes! If you're looking for a new hairstylist and are particular with your hair, book with Mandy, you won't regret it. I've already booked my next one with her! Again, thank you Mandy! See you soon!

5 stars for the amazing Anthony! He's super professional and knows his stuff! I have been coming to him for my extensions since March and he never disappoints! If you're looking for beautiful long and thick hair, look no further. Book him asap and get those locks that you've been wanting! Highly recommend!!

I have gone to a barber my entire life. My wife was more often than not happy with the haircut. She urged me to go where she gets her hair done. "But you go to a beauty salon. That's not for guys" would be my reason for never taking her recommendation Then my barber shop closed. My wife said she talked to her stylist and she recommended I call Billee. My wife was told she has the most male clients. As usual I should have listened the first time she told me stop going to a barber If your a guy who needs a great haircut call this place and ask for Billee. She's great at giving a modern haircut and a great conversationalist

This review is for Emma- I've been going to Emma for all my hair needs for the past 4 years and she never disappoints. Emma is a great listener, honest, attentive, skilled, and explains what she's doing thoroughly. I always look forward to our hair dates and walk out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. We're always conversing and laughing throughout the appointment which I appreciate so much. The haircuts never disappoint and the hair color is always amazing. This salon uses Kevin Murphy products which are absolutely fantastic. Also, Emma's scalp massages are extremely soothing. I'm honestly so lazy when it comes to styling my hair, but Emma always gives great and easy advise on how to style. Emma has dyed my hair a light brown balayage, ash blonde balayage, and recently, a strawberry cola color. I have loved every single one of my colors. Trust me, you will leave the salon feeling better than ever *hair flip. Emma knows exactly what she's doing and she's the girl to book! Thank you Emma, for ALWAYS blessing my hair.

I just got finished with my doo with Emma. I am very satisfied. I was a very last minute customer and on a whim this very morning just felt like getting a hair cut and chopping half of it all off. I was originally supposed to get cut with Nicole but was a little late so Emma was able to accommodate me. I showed her a picture on Pinterest of something of what I sorta wanted and she was confident. Emma's said she's been cutting hair for 12 years and been at Rae Talbot's for the past 2. I didn't do much research on a specific stylist beforehand but with that much experience , I felt comfortable being in her hands especially with a drastic cut as mine. My hair was probably past my breast in length and so I was looking for a short shoulder length bob. Maybe cutting off like 6 inches. I wish I had taken a before photo. She washed my hair. Was very gentle. Also gentle while cutting. She styled my hair. Showed me two possible ways to style my new doo, which is super helpful for someone hair-clueless as myself; i.e. simple round brush blow dry and style and another wavy relaxed curl look. Both looked great and seemed easy enough to do on my own. I also love how any way I flip it, either down the middle or messy side part it will look good. I'm glad I went back to short hair. Less maintenance , low blow dry time, less shampoo, and less weight of my head. Overall my experience with less being more! I WILL have to get used to the new shorter length again but it feels good running my fingers through my hair , literally some weight taken off of my shoulders. My haircut was decently priced. $60 without tip. I was happy with my cut so I tipped her well. I may come back again for a color. I'm due for a change in my look for 2018. Hopefully also going to have my boyfriend get his hair cut here as well. I also love the decor of the salon. I love the look of the vintage , reclaimed wood . It's near Christmas now so they have little mini travel hair products as ornaments in their Christmas tree and silver and gold tinsel around the mirrors. I love they have a dog walking around the salon. So cute! It was just sitting on the window ledge as I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised.

Emma is amazing! I have always been the ABSOLUTE pickiest person about my hair so when I came across her Instagram (@emmaribeira_hair) and saw rose gold hair I wanted it NOW. I set up an appointment on Square which is super easy to book and went in yesterday. I was super nervous but she was very realistic from the beginning and let me know I needed a hair cut and that my hair might not lighten up in one sitting (I had an ugly dye job from someone else in the bay) Emma started her magic, she was super friendly and best of all super quick. I've sat 5+ hours in the salon every time in the past but in 3 hours I had a hair cut, a NEW beautiful color, and even some curls. I got the exact color I wanted (Rose Gold with copper accents) and I've gotten a bunch of compliments :) I think I found my new stylist. Thanks Emma :)

Tried to give this place a second shot with the same stylist. First time I made an appointment with her she was 30 minutes late. I watched her sit outside and take a smoke break while I waited. Regardless, I waited and still gave her a chance. Overall color was ok, despite color being all over my face, it was a nice color. I tipped her 20% still despite having to wait. I made another appointment for just a haircut for my daughter. Again I sat there waiting, while she stepped out. We make appointments for a reason. If you can't keep those appointment times then let me know so I don't waste my time or money on someone who can care less about other people's time. There's plenty of other stylists in the area, but thought with the great reviews, I'd give this place a shot. Customer service is lacking. Maybe the other stylists are better, I'm unsure but definitely don't make appointments with Jennifer if you're on a schedule. I left after waiting 10 minutes past appointment time. Didn't want to wait 30 minutes or longer. Won't return, won't recommend. read more

This review is far overdue. (And way shorter than what I originally typed out.) I had my hair done February 25 my appointment was set for 130. I was told that Amanda was busy with another customer and I needed to wait. I talked to Amanda and she seemed nice. I showed her two or three images of how I wanted my hair. I told her I wanted it dark on the top and light blond on the bottom or close. I was told that she wouldn't be able to see me until around 2:15 that day or reschedule for another day. But because I was on a tight schedule with work and getting ready for my trip I wanted this done as soon as possible so I agreed. I walk in at 215 and I had to wait another 30 minutes for my appointment to actually start..I finally got in the chair at 245, I told her, "Absolutely no orange," I can't stand the look, and I know it's going to fade orange anyway, and I explained all of this to her. I also told her I don't want cherry red, I wanted dark on the roots. But she didnt seem to understand. She took what I said, walked away to talk to the other girls and get their opinion. I was sitting another 25 minutes. She continued to talk about my hair to all the other girls in the salon as she was looking at my hair, and get their opinion. I felt really uncomfortable because I got the feeling she didn't know what she was doing, and she didn't know what I wanted done. She should have asked my opinion since it was MY hair. Nope, she just went and mixed the color. Turns out she made the top of my hair bright cherry red and the bottom of my hair orange. I was told, "you look like paramore!" I absolutely hate paramore, that is not at all what I wanted my hair to look like. I then got my haircut, which halfway through her ex-boyfriend walks in and sits down.. Then he leaves... then drama.. And so on.. It was late, and I wasn't too happy at this point. I just wanted to be done and leave. While she was cutting my hair I told her I wanted to see the products they have for my type of hair because it's so unmanageable, she told me that she would show me when she was done. She ended up horribly curling my hair. By the time I saw the finished product I was pissed. I clearly said no orange and more than half of my hair was orange. It took 6 hours for a service I ended up hating, I didn't want to go back I didn't want to tell her I was upset, because she was CLEARLY distracted by life. I was actually just told in a voicemail from her, "it was a service, if I didn't like it you shouldn't have paid." Well then at that point I should have just walked out and not paid because it looked like a cartoon had thrown up on my head!!!! I looked ridiculous. I had to wear a hat to work for the next three days. I ended up being unhappy the next day and that next night. I called the day they were open, that Tuesday. I explained what happened and asked what they could do for me, either refund my money so I could go elsewhere or have someone fix it. I was put on hold while they got the manager or owner, then I was promptly hung up on. I called again and said we were disconnected, and they immediately hung up on me again. I had my fiance call and the same thing happened to him! It was extremely unprofessional and I was beyond livid at this point. My stomach still hurts with how upset I am. I had DAYS until my vacation (which I was proposed to on, and I had engagement photos after..) I was not about to go to England looking like a muppet! I called another salon and explained what happened. I had a consult and talked to her, turns out the dye job was very poorly done and didn't blend. This is when I noticed the haircut. Turns out she didn't layer very well, my hair was shorter by 2.5" on the top layer all the way around! It looked like a long bowl cut over the bottom layer of my hair. It looked ridiculous!!! I told the new artist that I didn't notice because she curled my hair immediately after it was cut, her response was, "she was probably distracted by her ex boyfriend and didn't pay attention cutting your hair, and she knew she screwed it up and so she curled it." (I vented to the new artist a little, so she knew the whole story) This woman saved my butt with my hair! I had to go in three times to get it fixed because it was so last minute before my trip. I am so grateful because if I got engaged looking the way I did, I would have been mortified! I will never step foot in this salon ever again, and I would greatly appreciate it if Amanda stopped contacting me about this situation, because I am pissed, now you know why. You gave half @$$ service and did a terrible job on my hair, and now two months later you're wondering why I disputed this charge? It took you 2 months to realize I disputed this charge, 2 months to ask me about my hair you botched. I got my money back so that I could have someone else fix it as soon as possible since this salon clearly didn't want to be adult about the situation! There's so much more I could say that doesnt fit here. read more

Amanda is amazing. I took my almost 5 year old here for a "big girl" haircut. Amanda was patient with her, treated her with kindness, and managed to give her a gorgeous haircut, despite her constant motion. She also cut my hair after, and I was happy with it. I love this hair salon!!! Since my first time here it's been wonderful. My go to person is Brianna she is great.. I've gotten my hair cut, hair treatments, keratin treatment and extentions.. Prices are reasonable especially since they do such an awesome job! '! You can schedule online and they actually here you out and understand what you want done unlike bother salons.. Will defiantly keep coming here!! read more

Taylor has been doing my hair for couple of years now and she is amazing! She gives me a perfect cut, colors my hair well, I couldn't be happier. I always feel like I got a make over and leave the place happy. The pricing is fine as well, they use good products that don't have lots of chemicals in, which I love! Even if I moved to the other side of the Bay, I'd still come to Taylor to do my hair. :) read more

Well first thing is I am the person to NEVER get my hair done. I always feel like I leave the salon disappointed but boy did this place and my amazing stylist change my mind! I know little about hair but I feel blessed to have had Georgie as my amazing stylist! She executed everything I wanted in a hair cut and style and walked me through every step of the way which is exactly what I needed. It was the best appointment and I felt so reassured that I was in the best hands. Georgie is extremely patient and has a true magic hand for someone who has never had their hair dyed. I never realized the important of self hair care until I met Georgie and she hooked me onto Kevin Murphy products! I can't wait to get my hair cut, colored and styled again and most importantly to have a great conversation with Georgie- who has the warmest heart and true passion for the craft! I have been to many salons in Castro Valley over the years and was very impressed with this salon and staff. Nicole colored my hair the perfect shade and is consistent with the color every time I come in for touch ups. The prices are reasonable for the services they offer. I am new to the area and was reluctant to try some place new without a recommendation. I found a flyer that I received from three lovely ladies on Halloween so I decided to give them a try. I am SO happy that I did. Nicole cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it from a picture that I showed her. She listened, asked questions, and did an amazing job as a result. Everyday I wake up loving my hair and am very thankful that I found this little gem. I highly recommend it because the price is just right too. read more

They are not welcoming of deaf/hard of hearing and deafblind consumers. They did not even know how to handle a relay call and had zero patience and kept hanging up. I was not even able to set up an appt thru relay. I'm giving it a zero but cannot post unless I choose a star. Very dehumanizing experience. read more

I love this salon! Aside from the elegance and overall welcoming feel of the salon itself all of the stylists are extremely personable and professional! Nicole has been doing my hair for years, i love that she will suggest her ideas to you that correspond with your own ideas as well. she will always do your hair exactly how you want it to be done! she is very knowledgable and if you ask her opinion because you aren't sure what you want to do with your hair she will give you suggestions that i promise you will love! not to mention she is phenomenal with make-up if you ever need your make-up done! When nicole moved to this salon i met the owner taylor whom is also an extremely talented stylist! she knows everything there is to know about hair! if you have any questions about anything you are unsure of she will have an answer! both girls are very knowledgable about what colors and styles go best with your face shape and tones of your skin! i would definitely recommend trying out this salon if you haven't already! change is a good thing in this case, i promise!!! All of the stylists are great! and everyone is so welcoming! Also it is awesome that the stylists work together and they will ask each other for their opinion on a customers hair, you can tell they really care about the customers satisfaction, and they want all of their customers to walk out of their salon with confidence that they will come back! i have personally recommended 6 people to the salon and all 6 of them have gone back for a 2nd or 3rd appointment already! you will not be disappointed! i am looking forward to reading more awesome reviews from all the future customers that visit this salon! read more

Rae Talbot Salon is a great salon. Emma was able to match my highlights that were previously done in Southern California before I had relocated. She is very skilled and talented with a very sweet and professional demeanor. I have unruly curly hair that Emma has also been able to trim and blowdry excellently with her gentle touch. She really shows how much she cares through her close attention to detail. I am so grateful to have found this salon. I have also had my hair blowdryed and styled by Nicole, who has done an excellent job as well. My sibling gets her hair done regularly by Nicole and has been incredibly happy with her color, cut, and style. read more

I was blessed to find Emma last year when I was searching for a hairstylist/ colorist. I had tried many others for about a year. I am very picky with my hair and and won't let just anyone work on it. Emma is incredible, she breathes life back into my hair every time I see her. I couldn't be happier and I am more than willing to commute 45min both ways to see her. She is such a talented professional that always goes above and beyond for me, my hair has never looked this good in my entire life and I have her to thank!! She did my hair for my wedding (vintage glamour updo) and also my rehearsal dinner hair (a breathtaking side braid updo) I received endless compliments and the photos look great from every angle. I cannot recommend her enough, you will be more than pleased! Rae Talbots's Salon is so chic and their shop dog Roo is the cutest greeter that's bound to leave a smile on your face, love this place! read more

Jennifer has been cutting my curly hair for about 8 years. Before I went to her, no one really successfully shaped my curls. But then a friend introduced me to Jennifer and I realized that I had met a hair artist. Over the years, we've done different styles - long, short, a-line. All have been fantastic cuts and have worked for both when I want to straighten my hair or let it dry curly. Last year, I hired her to do my hair and makeup at my wedding. That, like everything she does, was also fabulous. I would trust her to do anything to my hair!! read more

Being a male and giving this a place a shot cause I have a good Freind who works there. So the haircut was GREAT! But pass that I thought they were extremely un professional, rude, and just in happy people. The young lady in the first chair gave me a in warming look when I walked in and so did the lady who was walking in and out of the salon with chairs AFTER I held the door open for her. I highly discourage anyone to go here and support this S*^%hole of a business. read more

I had a head of gray head and hated it but too afraid to color it until my family said "Get rid of it!". So the day before I left for a vacation I called the shop. (What a time to make a decision, really scared!) They said they could take me if I could get there in 5 minutes since they were booked for hours. I walked in and Taylor was the one who assessed my hair. We talked about color and I decided on low lights. I can't tell you how great my hair looks. I called back to the shop during my vacation to tell them how great my hair looked. Taylor gave me back years in my look. I can't wait to get it cut! Where do I even start? The salon is insanely cute inside and so homey. From the complimentary coffee for clients and their fancy cute little drying chairs, I totally feel right at home. Nicole usually does my hair but Taylor has also done it in the past, and I always walk away feeling very good about my hair!! All of these girls are so talented, and they have a way of making you look young and natural, while listening to what you want. If you don't like something they do, tell them and they will totally be up for suggestions. Amazing girls, Amazing salon. LOVE. read more

I have been so happy with the styling services provided by Amanda at Rae Talbot! She listens to your hair concerns/wants, consults with you on color and styling, and provides a great final product! I was unhappy with color from a previous salon, and she worked with me on a plan to correct it and get it looking more like the color I had hoped for. She was open and honest about the process and prices--which are phenomenally affordable for the Bay Area. I appreciate that she takes her time and does a thorough job each and every time. I've never felt rushed during an appointment. The salon is clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. Products are great, too. After searching for a salon and stylist for 8 months, I'm so glad I found Amanda at Rae Talbot. read more

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to. The place itself is adorable and the staff is so nice. My appointment was with Emma and she was amazing, she took into consideration of what I liked and didn't like and I had the best conversations with her. I love my new hairdo and all over highlights done recently by Emma Ribeira. It really brightened up my hair. The cut I received is great for my wash and dry quickly lifestyle. EMMA is the girl to see. I'm a blonde and came in with a really choppy bleach job. It looked terrible. I told Emma how I wanted it and to pleeeaase fix my awful hair. And viola, her magic hands fixed the mess! I was also pregnant at the time, and I love the products they use without the nasty chemicals and smells, so I didn't have to worry about breathing it in during my appointment. Emma is hilarious and gorgeous and so fun to chat with. 5 stars to EMMA! read more

This review is for JEN, who has been doing my hair for years! I won't go to anyone else, unless absolutely necessary. She takes direction well and I always leave feeling like she captured my vision just right. I have had short, stylish, and edgy cuts by her, as well as simple and textured styles now that my hair has grown out. This woman can do it all! Her color techniques are out of this world. This review is for Libby…read more I've been seeing Libby for over two years and actually travel back to the Bay Area just to have my hair done by her - that's how good she is. She's a true color magician. She helped me transition through the awkward grey stage at exactly the right time, and later brought me back to light brown in a way that blends beautifully with my fast-growing greys and grows out naturally without constant upkeep. The moment I knew I could fully trust her was when she gave me a short haircut, something I'm usually very hesitant about and absolutely nailed it. Finding a stylist who is genuinely excellent at both color and cutting is surprisingly rare, and Libby is both. She listens carefully, understands the science behind how color and texture behave, and designs styles that actually look great as they grow out not just the day you leave the chair. She's also warm, funny, and incredibly easy to be around. Even my husband, who normally avoids hair maintenance altogether, got a cut from her and loved it. Anyways, the place itself is pretty convenient since it's located by the freeway. The place is surprisingly pretty big and spacious and my mom's hairdresser is always patient and polite. I will admit probably for my mom's next visit I'll have to stick around a tad longer and help my mom and her hairdresser when my mom gets her hair washed. So not everything there is I guess ADA available, but it's a minor thing for now since my mom has very limited mobility but can move with some assistance. As for the hairstyle, mom is always happy and I personally think makes her feel as normal as she can get these days and being content let alone having another outside interaction besides with me is always a good thing!

I would go somewhere else to color or anything other than basic haircut. also, for some reason they don't wash your hair before or after the cut, even I asked, prior to apply the color. even they have the washing stations for whatever purpose they used for, or for some kind of special guests only.

I showed her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted. The side-swept bangs were supposed to be longer, with only a small amount of shorter pieces to create a natural, blended look. Unfortunately, Zoe miscalculated the length, and a large portion of my bangs was cut too short. I didn't want bangs that simply covered my forehead, I wanted them to look soft and natural. The final result looked nothing like what I had requested. After I pointed this out, Zoe asked me to show her the reference photo again. Once I did, she insisted that my bangs looked the same as the ones in the picture. No, they absolutely did not. She even said, "You didn't know it would look like this?" Of course I didn't, because this was not the style I wanted, nor did it resemble the bangs in the photo I had shown her. Throughout the conversation, I remained polite and tried to communicate my concerns calmly, but she defended every aspect of her work. Then, she kept cutting my hair, I feel like I should've stopped her at that moment but I didn't know if she was finishing up or trying to fix it, but my hair looks frizzy now after too much trimming. The rest of the haircut was not what I expected as well including the back and the sides. I feel like she lacks the skills to work with face shapes and the ability to understand what customer wants. Another thing is that if you don't use Zelle or Venmo, you will have to pay at least $100 to pay with your Visa card. The haircut was $80, and I had to pay $20 more for tip and/or a fee which is 25% more, for a bad haircut, can you imagine that?

I wanted to let you ladies know yhe horrible experience i had with cosmotolagist Brianna Castro I had hire her about 5 months before my wedding to do my hair i gave her a deposit of half the amount and had agreed with her i would come back to her to do my hair trial once wedding got closer, so i went in 2 weeks before my wedding on a friday and honesy i felt like she did not tAke her time do my trial it felt rushed and quality of my updo was not the greatest she really didnt even fix the front of my hair it looked so ugly but then she reasured me that day of the wedding she could make changes to make it better so i left a lil worried still, i showed my moh and mom pictures and they were not happy with hair like i was so i txted her and asked if i could do a second trial which i was guna pay for again i did not expect it to be free either and she said she couldnt because she was guna be out of town following days so i told her it was fine and that i understood that the day of wedding we could make the changes then that needed to be made to make updo way better and she said ok, then 2 days later on monday after I paid $75 for my hair trial she cancels on me and refused to at least refund me half my trial which i thought wAs very unprofessional of her since she was the one canceling on me 2weeks before my wedding. She said she performed a service that day , honestly i thought it was bs she should have been kind enough to refund me since i was not the one bAcking out last min but Brianna lacks professionalism and is all about the money , im also a business owner in the beauty industry and i would never do something like that to a client of mine if i was at fault and had to cancel for any reason but some people dont have work ethic my wedding day was 8/15/15 so i had to look for a new hairstylist last minute which was soooooo hard since ppl book up fast but thank god i found someone and i swear to you guys my new hairstylist was amazing worth every penny very prifessional and made sure i was happy unlike brianna read more

I have only been going to the Rae Talbot Salon for about 7 or 8 months. But I am supremely happy with this salon and my stylist and I really wished I had switched over to it sooner. I see Emma Ribeira for my hair color and cut. I truly appreciate Emma's willingness to listen to what I want and she is great at interpreting my often eclectic language which I use to describe the color I would like to achieve. She offers great suggestions and I have loved every variation of red she has done for my hair. I always get compliments after Emma does my color and people often ask if it is my natural color. She also does a great precision cut. And definitely, since going to Emma, my hair looks so much healthier and more refined. The salon itself is quite charming. It has a bit of sophistication coupled with a lovely, comfortable atmosphere and everyone who works there is very pleasant. I also love the Kevin Murphy products they use. Unethical and have no integrity; from the owner, to the stylist. Do your research! Summary: Stylist does a half job and charges me the high part of what she quoted me. She lightens me at a level 10 in 1 sitting on virgin hair. (No mention of more than 1 session). Clearly my hair is still majorly brown. I contact the stylist bc Im very unsatisfied with my results. She declines to fix it. Instead she says shes going to charge me again if I go in to get it "fixed" aka get what I wanted in the 1st place. I post my results on my social media and the owner calls me on my personal phone and slanders me. Then the stylist calls later to say she's going to refund me later that day. Then she texts me and claims she NEVER said that and NEVER gives refunds. Sadly had this experience when trying to support local businesses in tough times. I am honestly blessed to say that I stumbled upon Rae Talbot Salon one day and ended up in Emma's Chair. Ladies & Gents, I found THE ONE. She is by far the most experienced and talented and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She takes every question & concern into consideration and I can totally trust her with my hair. BriAnna is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been to! Bri has been doing my hair for several years which speaks volumes in the hair world; normally I'd be bouncing around depending on my needs, but she is very knowledgable in her field and pays close attention to what her clients want and need. This review is about a month overdue. However, I went in for a consultation and was met with hostility. Nobody was friendly, they stared at me like I was an alien and the person I had a consultation with didn't even greet me or seem friendly, but expected me to use my hard earned money in their establishment. Honestly, I'm quite shocked by the lack of diversity at the salon as well. All I saw was hostile Caucasian women. I've been wanting to go a specific icy blonde for a long time and Nicole is the only person who has accomplished this.
