I understand that things happen and appointments sometimes get missed. However, missing two scheduled appointments with absolutely no call, text, or communication is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Taking time out of my day twice to meet with someone who simply doesn't show up shows a complete lack of respect for a potential customer's time. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and communication before even becoming a customer, it does not give much confidence in how they operate their business. Very disappointing experience.

The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.
