The second the paperwork was signed, they couldn't have cared less about the customer. Within a week of purchasing, the car was already having major problems. It stalls, stops unexpectedly, and appears to have serious engine issues. Instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold, Car World basically shrugged their shoulders and refused to help. The entire business feels designed around one thing: getting signatures on contracts. Once they make the sale, you're on your own. Customer service disappears the moment they have your money. And honestly, the dealership itself should have been a warning sign. The building looks like it's falling apart, the operation feels disorganized, and the atmosphere screams "buyer beware." To top it all off, they literally have a sign posted telling customers that once the contract is signed, they can't get their down payment back and are responsible for all payments. Imagine needing to post giant warnings like that instead of selling reliable vehicles and treating customers fairly. The salespeople don't seem interested in whether the vehicle is safe, reliable, or even functional. Their priority appears to be making the sale and moving on to the next person. If you're considering buying a car here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values customers more than signatures on paperwork. This place left a terrible impression and turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a stressful and expensive mistake. Buyer beware. Seriously.

They (Mario and some other guy) acted like they didn't even want to give a test drive of ANY car. Because I'd just been in an accident, I needed to make sure the suspension actually felt like a luxury car. LOOK--I've been buying cars for a looooooooong time, especially sports and LUXURY cars. This was hands-down the ABSOLUTE WORST car-buying experience I've ever had. I was looking at three cars I was ready to buy TODAY, and what these idiots didn't realize is I needed to leave with a car today. While I was waitin to testdrive the Model S, they kept asking me, "How are you going to pay for it?"--as if I'm broke--before even letting me drive the cars, AND as if I OWE them an answer... DUDE, we're not even near that part of the process yet! THIS is the WEIRDEST SHI* I've ever experienced in my entire f*ing life. At Lexus they wine and dine you, free cappuccinos, snacks pastries popcorn.. give as much time is necessary getting you comfortable in the dealership. This is why Ive spend $70,000, $45,000 on a car there. These idiots didn't get the memo!! So OF COURSE I left when they made it feel uncomfortable. I go to another car dealership which didn't have anything I was interested in. but I met this young Asian guy from Korea who was also car shopping. he was looking for a convertible Mustang or convertible bmw. elegant cars had a convertible BMW in his price range! they LITERALLY had a DOUBLE SALE OPPORTUNITY!! I came back specifically to test drive the Tesla Model S, butNOW i brought this new friend who was ready to buy rt away... and again they're asking how I'm going to buy it without first making sure I even like the car. then even though the BMW convertible is listed online for sale they told the Korean boy that the BMW wasn't working at all..! I was like wtf!? I asked about the car earlier they never told me that! #HELLASHADY That's not how you sell ANY f*ing thing. Danny brought out a paper with the Model S's price, title and taxes total of almost 30k and I'm wondering why! like I already know what the price is, the price is no problem for me, and I STILL hadn't test drove the car yet!!! so it was just the strangest interaction that just was hella awkward which challenges explanation. Their hella f*ed attitude lost an EASY $30K LAY-DOWN. All they had to do was let me test-drive the two cars I was interested in. I would have paid and left! But in this scenario I simply just left LOL #DUMB #EXTRADUMB I honestly started questioning whether they sell cars AT ALL.

The salesmen were friendly and helpful. Because the vehicle was older than a 2016, no bank or credit union would finance it so I did financing through the dealership. Even though I have good credit, they still gave me a 12% rate. I would have given 5 stars with a more reasonable finance rate. Overall I would recommend them, but get your own financing if you can.

I'm 65 so I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this was BY FAR the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. They found me the exact car I wanted, worked with me on all the bells and whistles and got me off the lot with my new car for far less than I expected to pay. I just can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable. And I love my new car!

I recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a recall service and unfortunately had a…read morevery disappointing experience. When I dropped off my car, the paint on the hood was in good condition with no clear coat damage or chipping. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas of chipped paint -- some down to primer and even bare metal -- along with visible clear coat damage and stripped coating on the hood. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, but instead of properly addressing the concern, I was told the damage was caused by "rocks" and that the clear coat stripping was due to "water penetration." These explanations do not make sense given that the vehicle was in the dealership's possession during the service and did not have these issues beforehand. I The vehicle was also washed by the dealership during service. Given that the paint damage and stripped coating appeared immediately after pickup, it is reasonable to conclude the damage may have occurred during that process, especially considering the severity of the clear coat removal." This appears to be a clear case of lot damage that occurred while the vehicle was under the dealership's care. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue by management is extremely concerning. I am not questioning warranty coverage -- I am pointing out that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, which should fall under dealership responsibility. Keep in mind this is a 2024 Mustang - damage to the paint at that severity and not taking accountability is not professional. I am hoping this can still be resolved properly, but based on my current experience, I would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before and after service.

I never write reviews but…read more.. I came in to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza with a 720 credit score and $5,000 cash down -- a serious buyer ready to sign. During the financing process they tried to slip a $1,000 USWC warranty package into my contract without clearly disclosing it, which kept my monthly payment the same while quietly increasing my total loan amount. I caught it and had it removed. They agreed to a car wash as part of the deal, but after the wash was done the car was still visibly dirty. It was at that point I reasonably asked for a full detail to make sure the car I was about to spend $20,000 on was actually clean. Along with that I asked for a full tank of gas and an oil change credit -- basic customer appreciation on a deal of this size. Manager Manny Alba refused all three requests and told me the dealer was 'losing money' and that they sell hundreds of cars. That response from Manny ended the deal. I took my $5,000 back and walked out. A manager who talks to customers like that before they sign says everything about how you'll be treated after. Read every page of your contract carefully here -- especially the itemization page where add-ons can quietly appear. There are dealers in LA who actually value your business. I purchased (financed through my own bank- so basically purchased the car out right) a vehicle less than 30 days ago that began shutting off while driving, which is a serious safety issue. When I brought it back, they claimed nothing was wrong and failed to provide any written diagnostic report--even after saying one existed. When they agreed to unwind the deal, things got worse. I was asked to sign a bill of sale with no amount listed, which is completely unacceptable. There was also no clear written confirmation that my loan would be fully paid off. To make matters worse, the general manager escalated the situation by having employees call the police during what was simply a customer dispute. I was calm, cooperative, and just trying to resolve the issue. Overall, there was a lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership. Jimmy, the GM, does not know how to manage a business or deal with customers. I have filed complaints with the dmv, bbb, California attorney general and the federal trade commission. After reading the reviews (I should have done this first), this place needs to be stopped. They prey on people who have poor knowledge and poor credit.

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process. We offered full cash for the vehicle and asked if the price would be negotiable, there was little to no wiggle room, so we did half cash and half finance. Drove the vehicle home the same day. On Thanksgiving evening (on our way out) the transmission went out while on the freeway. Car was loaded with the entire family, had to get the car towed to the mechanic while Ubering to our destination. We spent a couple thousand dollars in fixing the transmission, and a few hundred bucks on the tow truck along with the uber on Thanksgiving night. We haven't driven the truck for even 1000 miles and already replaced the transmission, which gives this place a 1 star rating. We did not call when the transmission went out, didn't think we'd get any consideration since we were considered owners of the vehicle already. However, we called 1-week after they responded to our google review and until today, we have not received follow up. If a follow up is received, I will post an update. The entire family was friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. My conclusion on this experience: I purchased a used vehicle at Hawthorne Motors Express and the transmission went out 3 months after owning it. *we are proud owners of 2 previously owned vehicles, which were purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. I know where I'll be going for my next car.

The day before I was coming up I couldn't get a hold of anyone, I had requested to get additional photos of the front and rear bumpers' because they were blurry online when you zoom in. I got nothing. The car has been listed since March but they didn't seem to caring much to sell it --- I ended up making the trip ( I had a list of cars to see in the LA/OC area) and stopped here first because I was very interested in the vehicle which was listed a reasonable price, I wasn't even going to haggle the price. I walked around the small lot for about 5-8 minutes, inspected the car from the outside but never got approached. Finally walked in to get some attention but I felt like I was in their way instead. The guy gave me the keys willingly to check out (which is why I didn't give one star), he let me just have my time with it. But seemed like he was getting a new car dropped off, he didn't really care much for me and there legit was no other customers there to help out. Made my way off the lot pretty fast after sitting in the car for two minutes . Bad vibes and very disappointed. The other half of this, their website offers getting value for a trade-in. When I let him know of my interest and letting him know I had a trade in, he quickly told me they do not take trade in's at all because they have no money. Maybe take it down from the website as an option? All in all, the guy seemed bugged about something rather than me being there as a customer. He didn't even try and sell to me, he had no interest of talking to me. For someone who claims to not have money, you would think they'd try harder to make a sale. Ended up buying a 2022 BMW 540i from a dealership in Downey, paid a little more than I wanted but at least they tried and got the Gen 2 B58 so at least the day ended good.
