I ran across an issue with my 2008 Toyota Sienna about a month ago. Check engine light and abs lights as well as my transmission gears weren't feeling right. Went to my mechanic and gave me a special code for transmission sensor. He referred me to get a specialist to check out my transmission. I found Torres automotive to be specializing in Toyota and Toyota Hybrids. So I decided to schedule an appointment. The Mechanic Steve found out exactly what sensor was not functioning properly through special testing he was able to do. He also found out my radiator was slightly cracked and on the verge of completely going out. So I had him replace both items. At any rate I took this to one mechanic and you couldn't fix it cuz Napa gave me the wrong part so fast forward I reached out to Yelp and a mechanic / Jonathan by the name of Steven with Taurus automotive here in Lawndale right down the street from Tam's burgers and the 405 on the west side of Inglewood just before in and out on Inglewood and Redondo Beach boulevard. I put out the SOS explain what I needed Steven got back to me with a magnificent quote including parts and labor I'll even put it out there under .423.65 for everything now the other mechanic was trying to charge me over $600 I said oh no I get to pick somewhere else. And guess what I did brought in this morning I spoke to Steve yesterday we were in communication throughout Yelp thank you Yelp and he told me the price asked if I get down here either yesterday or this morning I was down here bright and early like you said 10:00 and he was done in 2 hours you no longer hear me coming because when the exhaust manifest is bad it sounds like you're catalytic converters been stolen, or you can't sneak up anybody because it's so loud well guess what I can sneak up on you now.
