I was referred to Frank and Mike by a friend of mine after the Ferrari Service Center in Costa Mesa told me I had to replace my F1 Kit in my Ferrari F-430. Ferrari told me that it cannot be fixed and that I would have to buy a totally new one for $20,000.00. Upset with what they were telling me I contacted Mike over at Raging Bull and asked if he could pick it up for me and look at it. They were super proactive and communicated with me through entire process. It turns out that the FI kit was fine and that instead it was the FI pump. This totally fixed the issue and now my Ferrari F-430 drives better than ever. The best thing is that it only cost me $2,200.00. That's almost a $18,000.00 savings!!! Frank did the PPI for a Diablo I was shopping, and ended up helping me sort out the Aston Martin DB9 I eventually bought. He gave me pointers throughout the buying process, and sound advice while picking out the final car. He really knows his cars, having been a technician at the dealers for all of these cars. His forte is actually Ferraris and Lamborghinis, where he does extensive engine tuning and maintenance. Really trustworthy, and loves his work. So far so good. I did my research for years before purchasing my first lambo and now on my second. I had Raging Bull inspect my 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo gated 6speed before I purchased it. I feel like Frank was working together to sell the vehicle with the seller. He charged $350 and did a basic inspection I could of done myself. Plugged in the computer, checked the tire thread, checked the turn signals. Thats not why I brought it to Frank. Not only 1 hours later I have transmission issues. I was driving from LA to Vegas. The vehicle didnt SHIFT! I understand if you miss something minor, but missing this was a huge loss for me. Not only towing, but hotels and headaches. This sounds like Im blaming Raging Bull for buying a used 2004 Lambo. My complaint is in the $350 Inspection. He didnt take extra time to go through the gear and warm up the transmission. This issue only happens after the throw out bearing heats up and stops doing its job. When I got to the shop the seller was there and the Lamborghini was cold. I thought that was odd, seller just showing up with the engine temp below on cold. The vehicle had to be dropped off early. I prepaid Frank to do the inspection whenever the vehicle gets in. That did not happen. "I wanted to do the inspection when you get here". I was confused, tires so low the threads were coming out. I had to scramble to get new tires. If the inspection was done on time. I would have ordered them to his shop. The a/c was only working on one side. Big problem driving in August in LA traffic. If was disclosed earlier, he would have profited and I would be happy. 1 hour into my drive I call Frank and tell him hey man, the vehicle is shifting very poorly his first response is "I dont know whats wrong with it, maybe a throw out bearing?" are you kidding me? Frank you mislead the inspection and helped the seller. Id sue you, but its not worth my time. Hope karma gets ya. read more

Frank's a perfectionist and his facility attests to this on how clean & organized it is (you could eat off the floor of the garage spaces)! Frank took great care of me. I went to pick my Maserati GRS up after having work done. When one of the censors had went off again the day of pick up, Frank took the liberty to book me an Uber all the way to Woodland Hills CA (not cheap!!!). He got everything fixed and brought my car back to life. After every light in the car went off and the alternative went bad I thought it was going to be a pretty big ticket. At the dealership it would have been but Frank charged me half the dealership price. He even had the car nice and clean. I want to also thank Kim and Vince for having patience with me and dealing with my constant calls to check on my car. It's my baby so you can't blame me !!! We utilized Raging Bull few times before and he gained my husband's trust. Now my husband took our Ferrari to have Frank change the timing belt; big change. He told my husband the job will be around $2000 and he will test drive the car for inspection. We never had any issue with Frank because he's honest and tell it like it is. However $2800 whopping dollars later my husband told me Frank changed! He said the work requires more time and parts cost more than before. What? If you are a professional Frank! Don't tell me you don't even know your own price? Worst, he told my husband the car might require a new clutch costing $15000! Luckily, I know someone at Newport Ferrari and had the car inspected a week later to discovered there's no need to replace the clutch. You are a good guy Frank, we trusted you to provide a substitute to high dealer's price. Hopefully, you will continue to keep that vision. We will be more careful and ask for everything in writing prior to any repair. read more

I was referred to Raging Bulls by Alex from Private Collection Motors to do a PPI on a Bentley I was interested in buying. After the thorough inspection Raging Bulls did, I passed on that vehicle and that car was sent to the auctions by Private Collection Motors. Raging Bulls did another PPI for me on another Bentley and found some minor stuff that was not of issue but I passed on that car due to sales price. I ended up buying a Bentley from the east coast but Sully and his team at Raging Bulls is where I will take my Porsches and Bentley to from now on. read more

I wish I could give this shop a better review. Fact is back about 10 years ago when Frank started I would have given him 6 stars. But now I feel he is too busy and has become more greedy than the dealerships... I say this of my own opinion (legally) based on having him service a Lamborghini, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati and now a new Ferrari. All of which over the years he just got worse and worse before I have now decided to never go back. Prices increased, turn time at one point for a wheel bearing took nearly 4 weeks and charged me over $5,000 for a $119 part rebuild! One visit he charged me $400 for a 10 minute computer adjustment. Last visit he charged me $350 to tell me he could NOT fix the problem! I don't want to promote others, but I recommend finding another shop, over taking your car here... After the Bentley dealer quoted me an exorbitant price to do an engine out repair for a common vacuum leak, I called Frank and he explained the repair to me in detail and quoted me $3000 less than the dealer (and he uses OEM factory parts, too!). Dear Frank, Thank you, I brought my "baby", a 2005 Maserati Spyder into you for it's first major service. I spoke to you and set up an appointment for Friday morning 9/5/2014 at 9:00 AM. I showed up and to my surprise I found the cleanest shop I had ever been in. The floors spotless. If I did not know better I would think I was in an operating room. His tools like doctors instruments, clean shinny and like soldiers in the tool boxes. I immediately felt at ease. I show my car, so cleanliness is next to godliness. I met Frank and never felt so comfortable with a mechanic before. Frank is your personal mechanic while in his shop. Very busy and I see why. Once you set foot in his shop you realize that to stop bye is only a quick question. He is a professional. I was in route to Coronado Island, for the Cruse 4 Kids rally. Frank was very respectful of my time, he started and finished and did not stop until he was completely finished. I offered to buy him lunch he refused because he did not have time. Two guys brought their Lambo's in and needed them back. He refused lunch to deliver their cars. As an Italian Exotic car owner there is no other place to bring your ride.
