Last night I was a bit frustrated because my low pressure light came on and I took it to Marco this morning to find out that I had nail in my tire! Ugh. But that's okay; Marco was able to help me out by taking out the mail and put air in less than 20 minutes (while I got coffee from Common Room Roasters off Production Place). At the recommendation of Platinum Auto Sales, I took a car I was planning on buying to M&M for an evaluation. The cost was $125. They gave me a vehicle inspection form and went over their findings. One of the findings was that the washer fluid reservoir was cracked. But when I took the same car to my regular mechanic, he found the root of the problem: there were rat bite marks in the hose connecting the reservoir. In fact, there were several holes in the tube. When my mechanic pointed out the tube to me, I could clearly see the bite marks. How could M&M miss that? The CV joints also had been bitten (that was a hungry rat!) but M&M didn't catch that either. The whole staff at this place is extremely nice and understanding. I got a recommendation for Marco so when my Mustang broke down on the way to work I got it towed there. His place was packed and I could tell he had no room, but we talked and we figured out a way to get me in. I had no ride to work so his partner (very nice lady) drove me all the way there. Marco ended up fixing the problem that day (theft protection system was disconnected) and didn't charge me a cent. He is a cool guy with a easy going manner which is rare in a mechanic. He is very upfront and more than willing to talk you through an issue. It is also convenient that he works until 7. I definitely recommend M&M and will keep taking my cars there. read more

I brought my Dad's Lincoln to Marco to see about fixing the mechanized trunk malfunction. Rather than have me wait he brought me home and offered to pick me up. All others I called to ask about this issue guesstimated $120 plus. Marco fixed it in no time for half the price. Will recommend to friends and family for all their non warranty auto needs. Just wanted to give Marco a "fresh" review since I've taken both my Jeep and Miata to him a few times since my last review in May of 2011. What can I say? He's the best. Honest and fair. My headlight was out so I went to Autozone to get a new bulb. After putting in the new bulb, my low beam was still out. The guy at Autozone said it may be a wiring issue so he referred me to Marco at M&M. I normally like to do my own research before calling a shop, but the guy at Autozone reassured me that Marco was pretty fair and have worked on his car in the past. I don't know. I had a good feeling with the Autozone guy and took his word for it. I called at 5PM and Marco told me to stop by so he can take a look at it. After checking out my headlight, he confirmed it wasn't the wiring, but just some tiny, loose metal part. He exchanged the part for me and didn't charge me a dime! I couldn't believe it. He took the time to explain everything to me and I took up at least 30-45 minutes of his time yet he didn't charge me anything. I wish I found out about this shop years ago when I first moved out to California. I will definitely be going to Marco for all my car problems/maintenance from now on. Great shop! I ran over a screw on my way home from work. They weren't able to patch my tire because they are runflats. They did however put on my spare for no charge just tip. Customer service was so good that I decided to return the next day to have them mount and balance the used tires I purchased on craigslist. I will definitely return for future car service. I was at M&M auto repair this morning with a nail in one of the tyres. Even though they were busy they checked the tyre straight away. As the nail hadn't gone through the tyre, they put the tyre back in the car and didn't charge me a penny.
