TWO flatbreads = one order! Sausage and peppers...divine!
    Dee F.

Don't hold it against this place that it's a storefront in a shopping center....The staff are friendly and the vibe is cozy. The staff are also bilingual. They do a lot of carry out but it's easy to stop in and stay awhile. Absolutely delicious food! Fresh fresh ingredients! Fantastic fries...not greasy, not over salted...just delicious! I had the sausage and peppers flatbread....i was pleasantly surprised at getting TWO flatbreads. Absolutely yummy sausage, slightly sweet and perfectly sautéed peppers and onions. Hubs had the Chicken Wrap...he said they did it RIGHT! Very fresh ingredients and filled with flavor. Up next will be their pizza!

5.6.22 Placed a carryout order around 6:15 and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. It was ready upon arrival. Our carryout order consisted of Crab Dip, Fettuccine Carbonara, Pollo al Limone, Angel Hair "Sofia Loren" w/added veal. I ordered the Carbonara and loved it. Not sure if fettuccine is my favorite type of pasta, but I loved the Carbonara! I let my husband try it snd he loved it, but said it was so buttery and creamy, he didn't want to know how many calories were in it. Ignorance is bliss is my motto. Lol. I tried our friends Sofia Loren, which was good too. I liked the angel hair pasta and would definitely have it again. Would definitely love to come back when we come visit our buddy who lives down the street.

Little cozy neighborhood restaurant. As soon as we entered, the aromas filled my nasal cavities. I got a bit excited to find an independent authentic restaurant. There were only six tables inside, No dine in customers while we were there, but a lot of carry out orders though. We ordered: 3*Mediterranean salad included iceberg, romaine, tomatoes cucumbers, red onions, pepperoni, pitted kalamata olives, feta cheese, pistachios, and red wine vinaigrette: per normal. 2*Bruschetta with toasted Italian bread, marinated tomatoes, fresh basil, arugula, shaved parmigiano reggiano and balsamic glaze: the bread was not toasted enough, so it wasn't warm or crispy. Ingredients on the top were too bland. Adding some nuts or raisins could have added more dimensions to the flavor. I was disappointed and I wouldn't order it again. 5*Gluten Free NY Cheese Pizza: it was excellent. Made from fresh dough and tomato sauce. It was really good with a nice texture. My advice is to order pizza, any kind you like. I think pizza is their signature dish, so stick to the best!

Highly recommend, great food, great service, great atmosphere. We had a cheese pizza, the loaded fries, pesto gnocchi and a salad, each were really well crafted and came out quickly. The small is small but has a well-maintained, cozy atmosphere for dining in. Really recommend, the food was top notch.

There were 5 of us, we had the cheese curds (always delicious), tried the crab nachos (surprisingly good) as apps. Ordered the crab soup. I was expecting more of a cream crab soup but that was my fault as it wasn't listed as such and it's a reddish sauce kind of a minestrone with the veggies in it. We ordered shrimp and grits, I was told it was good with a little spice. Two of us ordered the salmon with crab/corn risotto (delicious). Mac and cheese ordered from apps menu, but as meal and the last meal was a pasta chicken dish. Great experience again!

The deviled eggs were deep-fried with a little jalapeño on top--absolutely excellent! The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had a fantastic flavor with just the right amount of heat. We then split a burger and fries. The burger was a little overdone for my liking, but it still had an amazing flavor. The fries were decent and paired well with the burger. We also each had a cocktail--the Peach Mule and the Key Lime Pie cocktail. Both were refreshing, well-balanced, and a great addition to the meal. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely come back!

During my visit, I stayed indoors. The interior is a bit small but cozy with TVs around the bar area. A Mexican restaurant that plays country music was a first for me but it was okay. The waitress was amazing! She gets 5 stars in my book. Ordered the jumbo margaritas. The Lola had some flavor but probably needed more guava. Also I had never seen cilantro in a margarita but I guess since this place is called cilantro, why now, right? Also the salt rim was great. Now the Enamorada margarita, on the menu it said coconut rim but wasn't available. I was sad about this but the margarita itself was very good. Mango and coconut was very tasty. Ordered the tacos. Suadero was a bit dry, also ask for slices of lime and then they got a bit better. The rice needed a bit more flavor as well as the black beans. The Al pastor tacos were a bit better but nothing to rave about.

I was in my office that day in Columbia & had close work travel that afternoon to Ellicott City. Rather than make the long commute back to my home at the time Arlington, VA, I sometimes did things after work like go to Meetup group or other activities to avoid traffic. On this day, I had a date. She lived in Carroll County like Sykesville or Eldersburg. I had met her at a Meetup group, got her #, and got a date set up. She wanted to enjoy St. Patty's Day at Ten Oaks Tavern. It was a cool place, had some green beer, and it was a good date overall although it was a bit crowded and noisy, but it was St. Patty's Day. Staff was nice as I recall. Afterward, made the long drive back home and late a late bite at like Wendy's close to home at like 11 o'clock at night as I might've had a big and/or late lunch that day. Perhaps, we split an appetizer, but there wasn't any seating, we were standing the whole time some of which at the bar, would've been tough to eat here. Overall, Ten Oaks Tavern was a solid bar, which I'd return if I was ever over here.

Don't get me wrong those steak tacos absolutely slapped! The wings and tostones were just okay. The tostones had some parts that were super crunchy, and other bites that weren't. My partner thought they were just okay, but I wasn't a big fan,, I'm probably a bit biased cause I prefer fried plantains and I think have more of that plantain flavor. I did appreciate whatever was in that house sauce tho holy moly Wings were okay!! We got the loco dust; nothing groundbreaking but they were good! The real star of the show was the steak tacos we shared- it hit the spot of our taco craving!! The red onion was over powering sometimes, I love pickled onion so I didn't mind too much but for others I've heard it's hard to taste anything else after you've had so much of it which I understand.
