    Beef quesadilla

Came here for lunch. Neighborhood, hole-in-the-wall bar vibe. Decent prices. Beef quesadilla - good flavor but drenched in cheese and fat. I'm used to quesadillas being a bit neater and, well, less smothered in cheese and grease. White cake w/ champagne cream - good cake but probably wont repeat. I was guilt-ridden eating this and the quesadilla- just uber unhealthy. This slice was HUGE. Margarita - really good. Drink prices here are amazing- $8 for premium liquor - cant beat that! Bartender was friendly and attentive

Nice cozy bar grill that has a neighborhood bar feel. Friendly servers and laid back bar area. Good food and comes out pretty fast.

Good tavern club and hot thin salted fries

I've always passed by and finally decided to come in. Thought it was a lot larger what it actually is inside but it's quaint and homey. But nothing homey about the lack of heat. Feel bad for the employees who are in hats and gloves. Not sure why they don't have heat in January after a snow storm. And the staff is all female which is interesting. Everyone was friendly but gossipy about the other employees which is fun entertainment for bar guests. Though it was cold my tavern club was delicious and their fries are well salted and thin like I like! The turkey was meaty and sexy with the perfect amount of Mayo! The lack of a happy hour alone made me drop them one star. I mean come on!

There were 5 of us, we had the cheese curds (always delicious), tried the crab nachos (surprisingly good) as apps. Ordered the crab soup. I was expecting more of a cream crab soup but that was my fault as it wasn't listed as such and it's a reddish sauce kind of a minestrone with the veggies in it. We ordered shrimp and grits, I was told it was good with a little spice. Two of us ordered the salmon with crab/corn risotto (delicious). Mac and cheese ordered from apps menu, but as meal and the last meal was a pasta chicken dish. Great experience again!

The deviled eggs were deep-fried with a little jalapeño on top--absolutely excellent! The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had a fantastic flavor with just the right amount of heat. We then split a burger and fries. The burger was a little overdone for my liking, but it still had an amazing flavor. The fries were decent and paired well with the burger. We also each had a cocktail--the Peach Mule and the Key Lime Pie cocktail. Both were refreshing, well-balanced, and a great addition to the meal. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely come back!

I loved that I could build my own flight. They have lots of beer and food options. My blackened chicken sandwich was okay. I loved that I had the option to get veggies instead of fries. Typical American food here, nothing really stands out. The service was lacking. We must have waited nearly 45min before anyone took our order, after waiting close to a half an hour at a dirty table before anyone came to bus/clean it. Our questions about whether we should order at the bar or not were met with annoyance and a dismissive attitude. Once we finally got food, the burgers and wings were enjoyed overall. As the vegetarian at the table, I was disappointed by the lack of options. I settled for the "Veg" board, which was fine but felt more like a "girl dinner" than anything else with an odd assortment of components. The absence of any cheese or other spreads beyond mustard and a jam on the board was also notable. Sadly, ever since the switch in head brewer, the quality of brews at Black Flag has continued to go downhill. The IPAs are missing the mark, while the rest of the tap list is consistently unremarkable. Unfortunately, not sure we'll be racing to come back.
