And now finally to a point where I am attempting to implement regular massages into my schedule. Jeni is the one who worked with me to get from the point I was at originally (lack of mobility, in a great deal of pain, and completely unable to relax) to a place where I was not only practicing yoga daily. But my mobility had improved, and my pinched nerves were only a bad memory. I let things slide for a long while. And needless to say my body rebelled. All it took was one long overdue visit with Jeni, and things were back on track. She is in tune with what each client needs. So you won't be getting a generic massage from her, unless that is exactly what you are requesting, & then I'm assuming she could meet that requirement. Jeni wants to work with each individual client to ensure that they get what THEY need from the massage. Communication is key in this situation. If you, as a client do not tell the massage therapist what you are needing or expecting, they can't exactly provide it. But Jeni knows the right questions to ask, & she is extremely intuitive and responsive to the different issues, & the anatomy. She will improvise if needed depending on your situation. In my case, I had some "problem areas", & she suggested some options for the current massage, as well as future massages that might benefit me more, & gave me the input afterwards for discussion. I get the sense that Jeni is genuinely passionate and determined to improve the quality of life for each of her clients. She does what she can to lead me down the path to wellness, even when I have been slacking in some of the areas that are essential for maintaining the zen, peace, and painless state I am hoping to achieve. My two cents for seeing Jeni, and any other providers you are seeking service from in your life -- COMMUNICATE what it is you are expecting from the experience. It is not their job to read your mind. Ask questions, speak up, and know that you being communicative will enhance your experience, and most likely get the best results. I did just that, and I am mighty happy with the outcome. My scapulas, neck, and calves are, too. NOTE: The location is nice, quiet office park, with plenty of parking in a lot. There is one flight of stairs to reach the space itself. Jeni is a one person operation. So you can text or call her to schedule an appointment. You will be dealing directly with her (no receptionist, etc).

Which was disappointing bc the snacks were very tasty and delicious and such a waste of food. If we had that room the whole time, they should've given us the snack at the beginning so we had the whole time to eat it.. we each had at least two services. I had the massage and it was very average. The lady didn't know where my trigger points were at all and was just massaging with no regard for my personal trigger points. Then when I laid face up, she put a wet warm towel on my face and by the end of it, it was cold and felt like gross wet towel on my face. Also that evening, I had red bumps all over my face. And she completely fucked up my neck. She had no idea where trigger points in my neck were either and was just pushing way too hard on all the wrong spots. It was not great. The sauna can fit two people and you could get on YouTube and play whatever music you like. Which was nice. But I don't see the benefit in the sauna at all. Very odd. Anyways, the other girls seemed to enjoy their services for the most part so at least that's a plus. But I will definitely not be coming back.
