The front desk receptionist is ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. The back staff are quick, smart and understanding. Let me make something clear that a few other reviews that I've read seem to not understand... this is a HEALTHCARE FACILITY, who is open during a PANDEMIC. They are BUSY. If you think you're going to walk into any facility, anywhere, and be seen immediately.. you are delusional. At least this facility is offering 2 different types of visits to try and make your wait less. They are trying their hardest to work with the mass amount of patients, and they are doing amazing with keeping their facilities clean and following COVID CDC guidelines. Please, if you plan on visiting ANY Healthcare facility, keep in mind that these workers are HUMANS, who are TIRED. Have masks, but don't put in waiting room for access and don't encourage or enforce use for basic germ management with waiting room patients - leaving potential for conflict when patients interact for self protection. During this visit, coughing child had no mask, ran all over waiting room, touching all items as mother stated 'you're getting your germs all over everything' as she engaged more with her phone than the child. Staff acknowledged it and did NOTHING to ensure safety of ALL their clients. When calling new patients for service (just standing at door) they donned a mask.

We were greeted warmly and assured that they are open until 8 and anyone arriving before that time would be taken care of "no matter how long it took the staff to complete their wait list". Medical staff was extremely pleasant and totally sympathetic to the pain our grandson was in. Leaving with a full diagnostic report in hand, care instructions, and a prescription waiting for us at CVS was remarkable. He is resting comfortably at home today.
