The Raider Rooter representative Juan was very professional. Everyone has experienced the excitement of moving into a new home. We moved into our new home in April and with a new baby I was over the moon to have a safe comfortable place for my family. Unfortunately shortly after moving in we found some major issues with our plumbing. Every time we washed clothes the pipes would pour water all over the floor, (which was creating mold in areas we didn't know were affected), the dishwasher would bubble up things from the garbage disposal and recently the guest bathtub backed up with sewage. I can't think of anything more concerning especially with children in our home. We had FOUR plumbing companies come to our property and all billed but only ONE solved the problem! We were disappointed with the entire situation. None of the prior plumbers came on time, which caused us to miss work if they even showed up at all. The previous plumbers had a complete lack of regard for our time. The worse part is that we had to deal with the sewage in the tub backing up for over a week. There is truly only so much bleach and pine solve can do. People some times take for granted quality service, but I know the value of what Juan did for our home. We can now wash clothes and run the dishwasher without having to clean up water and garbage disposal remnants for the first time since being in this house. We had to have all the sewer lines under our house replaced. This is a very extensive job that requires trenching under the house and then removing the old cast iron pipes and replacing them with PVC. This is a job that not any plumbing company can do because of the specialized equipment required. Giant vacuum trucks that suck the dirt out. After the pipes are replaced pea rock is hosed into the trench at high pressure to fill the void. This requires another piece of specialty equipment. Raider Rooter has this special equipment and the tech Ace Marinelli left a clean worksite at our house every day. If there wasn't an orange traffic cone and yellow tape around the trench opening you would hardly know they were there. Only minimal water interruptions while they remove and replace the pipes. Extremely professional!! Do not hire someone who does not have the proper equipment. It's a costly job and you want someone who knows what they are doing. Raider Rooter is the one to call. read more

As a loyal customer since 2013, I am deeply disappointed by the appalling customer service I received. Recently, a technician dropped and broke the tank lid during service, and when I called to request a replacement, I was met with unnecessary demands. They asked me to go out, dig up the tank, and provide pictures--this, after they had placed a piece of plywood over the broken lid. When I refused to pay for a new lid due to their mistake, the woman on the phone was not only unhelpful but also rude. In fact, she told me to find another company to service my septic system. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially after being a customer for over a decade. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect shown by this company. I hope immediate action is taken, and that this issue is addressed to ensure no other customer has to go through such a frustrating experience. read more

Excellent service. They came out the next day after it failed buyers inspection when selling my house. The inspector and the other company I called for a second opinion said I needed a new drain field. I called four other companies and got no call back. I called Raider Rooter on a Saturday, they came on a Sunday said likely lines are plugged. They came out Monday and dug up the disribution box, found it was cheap old plastic one that caved in, replaced it with a heavy duty one and flushed the lines and solved the flow problem for 1/10 the price of a new field. The inspector from Jupiter and local Lake Worth pump out company both said I needed a drain field, Raider Rooter suggested digging up the distribution box, inspecting it and try flushing out the lines first before spending $1,000's on a new drain field. I would recommend this company over all others in Palm Beach County. read more

I purchased a house with a septic. I called around & settled with this company. They had good prices & fast service. Curtis came out the next day & pump out septic & he took the time to explain how to take care of it. He never rushed me to go when I was asking him questions. Fast forward 2yrs I rented house out & sewer had a back up again. Something totally different this time. The company sent Curtis back out asap. He explained problem in drain field & unclogged it. That was 6 months ago & everything is fine. I never felt over priced for service. The ladies answering phone were so understand about how fast you need someone to come out when toilets dont flush....I lost the bill for accountant & they sent me a copy no question asked. Having some back flow issues whenever there's a major rain storm. Possible septic issue or just crap luck... Upon installation, the workers we're quick and prompt! Their paperwork was official and done in a timely manner. However they left quite a mess. The old drainage pipe was broken in hundreds of pieces some large some quarter size. The debris was scattered through the dirt that was placed on top of the new "leach field" at first I thought we collected it all, that is until it rains... Every rainstorm we find at least 5 more pieces of old seafoam green drainage pipe. And let me tell you, the shards of pipe are Sharp! I'm thrilled that my drainage system still works. In that respect I'm grateful! But I would ask that they do a better cleaning job on the next person's property. read more

Raider Rooter is the real deal! I'm a newer homeowner and experienced severe hot water line burst and cold water leak. Called Raider Rooter on a Sunday, got scheduled for Monday. Had Jordan and Amadeo out by Tuesday to fix it, surprisingly fast given the severity and unknowns of the leaks. They would have been able to fix on Monday but I got multiple estimates, very happy I ended up going with Raider Rooter. Can't say enough good things about Jordan and Amadeo, solid work. I have use raider router on multiple occasions they are very professional provide quick service and most importantly very honest and one case I was convinced I needed a whole new drainfield and possibly even a new septic tank young man came out and said you basically need to have your septic tank pumped which I can do for you and furthermore you need to buy the bacteria packets that I put in once a month for good maintenance and I should be fine for quite a while he's right it's been quite a while so he saved me several thousand dollars. We had our septic tank looked at because it filled within a month of being emptied. The technician explained to us what was going on, we feared we would have to get a new leach field because nothing was flowing out to it. He used a high power hose and unclogged whatever was clogging the outport to the leach field. No more problems since. I'm happy the technician was thorough and honest. We are an 11 unit condo with a septic tank. We must follow City guidelines regarding inspections and semi annual emptying of the tank. We are notified in advance of the lift inspections and of the cleaning of the tank. The technicians are efficient and courteous. John and his assistant did a great job. They cleared my main drain line and discovered the blockage was caused by roots out by the street and the city of Delray Beach's problem. The city ran a camera verifying this and has scheduled to replace their portion of the line beyond a clean out near the street.
