After the company that did the drainfield refused to come fix the problem. I found 24-7 Pump Out and they immediately agreed to come out on a Saturday (by the way no extra weekend fee crap). I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County and within a few hours they came out and fixed everything, plus did a complete blow out of the inside pipes for a minimal amount of money. Jason and Michael literally saved my weekend because I had out of town guests staying with me (we had to drive to local Publix to use the bathroom...it was that bad!) Plus I had a big birthday dinner party scheduled that weekend. Since then Jason has been hands on and has personally followed up with me with a genuine concern that with rainy season coming he wanted to let me know that the old septic lids (long time needed) needed to be replaced whether I used his company or another company... I needed to update the septic lids. I had priced around the same lids and 24-7 Pump Out was $200.00 less than any other companies. Now my septic is secure and no more water seeks in to the drain field. This company is extremely reasonable and really cares and takes pride in their work for all of the services they provide. Trust me when I say this is a very honest company, which is very diffucult to find. I have been through approximately 8 sewer compnies in the past three years. They kept telling us that we needed to pay for a bunch of diagnostics to figure out the problem. Kept insisting there was a broken pipe somewhere. Thankfully, we did not pay for additional diagnostics, and the next day we called another company out, who cleared the clog in 15 minutes. The original technician that came out from Du-All obviously did not know what he was doing. Seemed extremely inexperienced. My husband proceeded to call Du-All to try and get a refund, and was told that a manager would call him back. Two weeks later, we still have not received a call from a manager. When I explained that I have a job and can't just be sitting at home all day, they briefly offered an hour notification before arrival, until a second lady who was yelling and backstabbing me in the background throughout the conversation told the receptionist I should go somewhere else and told her to hang up on me. I don't know what's going on over there, but the front office needs some counseling or medication. I'd stay away until they get the help they need.

Most of all they are fair in what they charge!! Stay away from any company that is associated with Raider or Roto Rooter along with Danny Septic Equalrooter and Bradford Septic. These people are CROOKS! They send people who know nothing or don't speak English and try to bang you for $300 for doing absolutely nothing. They empty septic tanks and lie about how much they take out and charge you the max. They don't like for you to look at the float on the truck which tells you how full the truck already is with waste and always tell you they take out the max gallons the truck holds and when you call them out they get pissed and blacklist your address. They tell you one price to repair or install new motors and when you ask for it in writing they increase it and add misc items.

Within just a few months, the sinks and toilets were backing up again, so we called them back in after carrying water out from the sinks for several months because we couldn't afford a new drain field. When they returned, they said the lid was cracked and they wouldn't clean out the tank unless we committed to buying a new lid. We authorized them to proceed ONLY if they pumped out the solids in the tank, which they committed to do when they returned with the new lid. However, they wanted to be paid for the pumping then, which we did. The lid was supposed to take 1 week to be completed, and they would return. After 2 weeks, we called and "the concrete lid is curing... a few more days." 2 weeks later, "Our supplier didn't deliver the rebar needed for the lid, so it's not done yet." 2 weeks later, "Oh, we thought you were a different customer that we just delivered a tank lid to. We haven't started on yours yet; we'll need to come take measurements." A week later, "Your septic is too close to the pool deck. We can't do the job. Sorry." 2 months of waiting to hear them say they didn't want to do the job after all. And since they refused to pump out the tank without a new lid, I asked for a refund, since I would have to pay someone else now. They gave us back about 15% of what we paid them, and we started the process out with someone else. The other company did the work within 2 weeks, and here's the kicker: there's no problem with the drain field. It DOESN'T need to be replaced. Again, nice enough people... but not very reputable serve.

I see 2 Charlie Swain's on Yelp, so I am pasting the same review here…read more.. I was skeptical to use Charlie Swain because I saw bad reviews online, but I guess you can't always trust reviews because our experience was perfect. They were the second company I called, the first took advantage of us on the first call (didn't call back of course). We had an internal leak/electric problem with a 4 year old A.O. Smith water heater. I called the manufacturer myself to try and get a refund (also easy to work with). They gave me a return number and the folks at Charlie Swain worked with their distributor to get me a new one and take out the old one. So I only paid Charlie Swain for the labor. Leo is an amazing technician and the person that answered the phone was very helpful (forgot her name). Prices were reasonable and the work was done very well. Highly recommend.
