Also a good amount of seating and you get to sit amongst all of the lovely plants and feel the fresh air! Service has been pretty fast every time I've come especially given how busy they've been on the weekend when I've come. (Albeit be prepared to wait 15-20+ min on a busy holiday weekend). When they're busy they'll have someone at the counter taking orders alongside someone on a tablet to speed things up. You get a text notification when your drink is done so no need to wait around the counter. There's also a little TV where names and estimated wait times are updated which is super convenient! Parking here is plentiful! There's a parking lot as well as tons of street parking, I've always been able to find parking within a block or two even on mother's day!
