She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. I am grateful to have found such a loving, kind and compassionate person to care for my pets. I know they are in the best of hands when I am gone.

Why would you put your dog at a kennel type place if you have or had this option. My dog is practically like family to Cindy now. It's honestly invaluable what she provides. My dog is never in a crate, and gets to hang with Cindy and her family, go out back and check out the chickens and other animals, he's not locked up in a cage for 20 of 24 hours a day. I get the overnight kennel places probably not having the man power to pay one on one attention to those dogs, but it's just that your dog is going from free reign of your own home to being in a kennel for hours at a time. It's a huge adjustment and difference. With Cindy, they're going from your home, to a home. She gives you updates too on how your dog is doing and sometimes even sends off photos too. I recommend Cindy to any & everyone who's in need for a dog sitter.

I was tied up with a work crisis but Murray needed to get to Sacramento. After a frantic search on Yelp, I found Cindy and she dropped everything, on a Saturday afternoon, and drove from Manteca to pick up Murray in Lodi and take her to Sacramento. Cindy even stayed in Sacramento for several hours until I could get there. Cindy made it possible for my beloved Murray to get the best medical care and I am forever grateful. She sent me a video of Murray, which I cherish. Thank you, Cindy, your kindness, generosity of spirit and integrity are treasures; thank you for caring about my Murray as if she were your own.

I5 had only 1 lane due to construction. There was a closure on I167 or I405 adding to the traffic SO I CALLED and left a message saying I would be late. When it looked like I may be even later, I called again. Three times. No one answered. I was 20 minutes late. The very shabby place had a very shabby hand painted sign LAYING ON THE GROUND at a weird angle so I passed it several times. Now I was a half hour late. You have to call to get in. This time someone answered the phone and told me I was too late to see the place. I had driven an hour and a half . It would take me two and a half to get back due to the traffic. I begged. I explained the situation again, I negotiated, which I used to be fairly adept at. There were no other cars parked there, no activity discernable to explain why I could not be seen a little late when I had notified them it was out of my control I asked to see a human face behind the assortment of gates and doors and fences desperately in need of repair, but all I got was broken recording from an employee saying there was nothing that could be done. After a previous boarding…read moreexperience with our previous Yorkie at another facility (that has since closed down), I was very anxious about possibly repeating the experience. However, the entire process and stay at Eastside Vet was excellent. Pre-boarding prep: A wellness exam with their medical team is required before which makes sense so that they are familiar and able to provide medical treatment if needed. But it was also helpful as the vet also explained the boarding care and what to expect. Then a thorough intake form is completed to ensure the staff are aware of any and all care needs, i.e. diet/meals, behaviors, preferences, etc. Any details specific to our pup to help keep his daily routine as much as possible. During boarding: I did elect to pay for an additional potty break/walk, playtime, and daily photo update. Would recommend the photo update if you have any separation anxiety. The staff attendants shared detailed daily summaries and the cutest photos (attached examples). They were so patient and caring with our pup and this really helped to ease any anxiety. I was also able to provide home food, snacks, toys, bed, and blanket. Note: there is no attendant overnight (6p-8a) but I think that might be an industry standard. Pick up: staff were very nice, efficient and everything was already prepaid online, returned all provided items intact and any remaining food/treats. They provided a post boarding care sheet as well. Cost: compared to other facilities, it is on the higher range but I think still reasonable comparable. But also worth the higher rate as there is a full medical team on site during their regular business hours (it's a vet clinic also), so if there are any medical treatments or emergencies during the stay, the medical team are there to assist. Overall, would highly recommend and board with Eastside Vet again if needed. Staff were very communicative and caring and overall so sweet to our little pup.

Just returned from a week of vacation to find two very happy and calm kitties. This was the first…read moretime we left one of our kitties (a six-month old kitten) at home without us, so I was a little worried. However, I had no need for concern. Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally. Ally also took care of the house - bringing in mail and lots of packages and watering the plants. Everything was in excellent order. Just an indoor facility with cages. Who wants to go stay at a place like that?? When we moved to Washington, we found Tiger Mountain Kennel and couldn't be happier. The kennels are in Issaquah in a mountain-retreat-like property between the houses of Norm and his daughter/her family. It's picturesque, filled with flowers tree's and lot's of space. Norm takes great care to make sure your dog/cat/whatever is in his schedule book, is walked several times a day and gets the medication they need if that applies. He is always friendly, is great with the animals and is very professional. The prices are affordable and we trust this family completely with our dog. Highly recommend!!

Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.
