The sign says 2 dollars but was charged 10 dollars.

As many reviews have already stated, the machines WILL overcharge you and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Also getting less time for more for vacuum strength is already a ridiculous concept. Such a low quality car wash place that overcharges you. Make sure to dispute the bank charge

Yikes. Should have read the reviews... went more for the fun of it for the kids but the wash itself is not worth the $17. The rear of my car is super spotty and downright unwashed in some spots. Not worth it

I've used the drive through car wash a few times no problem. Well, today, I paid but it was glitching and didn't work. As opposed to rushing to write a bad review about the machine, I decided to reach out to Karl, (through Facebook messenger on their business page) who sent one of his employees Connor to the car wash to compensate me by letting me go through the drive through again (free of additional charge) this time with a working machine. My car is happy, I'm happy, and I'm leaving this review as a thank you for awesome customer service. This was resolved in less than 15 minutes. You made my day, guys! Thank you!!

Paid for the $12 automatic wash (comes with everything). See photos but really not impressed.

I keep making the same mistake coming back here so I'm reviewing the business to not forget again! The automatic wash has broken on me before and just doesn't do a good job. But the main reason I'm writing this is to warn customers about the hard water from the self serve bays. If you do not immediately dry your car you will have water spots everywhere... water spots that even after washing will leave an outline that only goes away after you clay bar and buff with compounds. Do yourself a favor and invest in your own high pressure sprayer or vacuum instead of wasting money here.

This is probably the place that I'm going to visit very often now. I never realized this car wash was so close to my house. I love how you can do all the manual car wash without having a huge line waiting like any Brown Bear Car wash. I don't prefer doing the automated car wash system because it's not going to spotless clean in my opinion. $3 to start the system, usually it last for about 4 mins.

Horrible vacuums! They have no suction power. This wasn't my first try either. I had to vacuum same section at least 3-4 times.

The soap was not rinsed off my car. I could see it running down my windows. I had to drive home and rinse my car off with a hose.

Ask the Community - Rainbow Carwash

Are there self serve vacuums fam?

Yes. But if set a floormat or piece of trash on the ground while vacuuming the owner will curse at you and call the cops and treat you like a criminal.

With their…read moreaffordable ($7) basic wash, free "bear freshener", quick service, friendly employees, and high powered vacs they pretty much knock it out of the park when it comes to a safe, reliable place to get my new car shined up bright and fresh. I also love that they offer a deal for unlimited washes for $19.95 a month (my local car washes up here in Bham look at my like I'm crazy when I even suggest such a thing)! Along with the free bear freshener (which gets rave reviews from my passengers) they also give you a REAL towel to clean your car with. Brown Bear, come to Bellingham please!

If you are neurodivergent and find navigating confusing traffic patterns or tight parking…read moreanxiety-inducing, I would recommend skipping this specific Brown Bear location. While the car wash quality and value are standard, the layout is incredibly frustrating. The location is situated at a busy junction of three roads, making the entry point unintuitive. I struggled to figure out how to enter the lot properly without blocking traffic. - The Problem: There is effectively only one way to enter the actual car wash lane. - My Experience: I initially pulled in from the wrong side, hit a curb, and had to pull back into traffic. I attempted another route, only to find myself blocked by vacuums and exiting cars. I had to merge back into heavy traffic and try a third time to get it right. Unless you are comfortable with high-stress driving maneuvers, you may want to find a different car wash. The level of stress this caused during my lunch break was not worth the convenience.
