I drove into the self-service car wash from the wrong side (even though at 10 PM there were no other cars and it didn't affect anything). The man who approached me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Terrible service. A small chip of paint flew off my roof because the rinse pressure was extremely strong, and he ran over threatening to call the police on me for "littering" with paint. Meanwhile, I was the one affected and already felt awful about the damage to my car and his earlier rude behavior. I strongly do not recommend this car wash because of the staff. read more

I went to wash my car off due to all the snow recently and the stall I was at didn't have a sign saying the coin deposit part was not working after the fact I walked to get change so therefore I had to use my card and they charge by time used. The owner/manager or whoever with their bucket came and opened the machine just as I was done with my wash and they didn't say anything nor acknowledge me at all so I just stood and waited (mind you I am getting charged) until he walked away to the other worker and was talking about what was stuck in the machine. As soon as I got closer he turned around and seen me and still didn't say anything so I stopped the machine while it was open so I wouldn't be charged for HIS TIME and not mines. He still never acknowledged me nor said anything but stared at me . Came here because my go-to no touch car wash was out of service. Thought this was a no touch car wash - it is not. That said, I think it's gentler than Brown Bear. It take a while to get out. I don't think it rinses you off thoroughly but if you're not picky, this is fine. I went through the DIY car wash to rinse off more and probably didn't need to do that, but I wanted to be thorough. I'd say the DIY car was not as nice as Brown Bear. You have to use a knob to control whether it's ON and which service you're using. I got confused about how to turn it off and stop the charge on my card but figured it out. Make sure the knob is on STOP before you pay, otherwise the water/soap will automatically jet out and hit you on the feet - which happened to me. I'd come back if I had to, but I was not a big fan. read more

I keep making the same mistake coming back here so I'm reviewing the business to not forget again! The automatic wash has broken on me before and just doesn't do a good job. But the main reason I'm writing this is to warn customers about the hard water from the self serve bays. If you do not immediately dry your car you will have water spots everywhere... water spots that even after washing will leave an outline that only goes away after you clay bar and buff with compounds. This is the second time I have been here and this past experience was not what I anticipated. I drove into the self wash station and swiped my card. I began to use the sprayer and then the soap brush. While I was using the soap brush the water would not turn off completely and kept spraying even though I was not using it. It seemed a bit wasteful to me. I decided to just stop the time and go use the automatic car wash instead. When I went to push stop, the machine continued to run and I watched my card being charged, with dismay. I looked around for an attendant and a man approached and stopped the machine for me, and I was grateful. Then, he asked how much money I had lost and I replied " I don't know, maybe 2 dollars." He looked me dead in the eye and said "I know it's not that much in 30 seconds, and my dad owns this Carwash." All I wanted was to get some dirt off my car so I was going to spend money anyway. The attendant asked if I was going to use the automatic Carwash and if so, he would take care of it. He also told me to make sure to hang everything back up, as if I were a child who needed to be told what to do. I felt disrespected as a customer but was still being polite. Before I drove into the automatic car wash, the man handed me 2 tokens to use for the vacuum. Later, I checked my bank account and I have an additional charge of $10 on top of what I paid for the automatic car wash. Hopefully, this is an error on their part. Since having a bad experience with the automated wash a couple of years ago, I have only used the 'manual' wash. The equipment in the individual bays is generally pretty reliable, and there is usually someone on site during the day. I was pretty disappointed to see the 'spot free' final rinse go away some time ago, however. Don't drive away with the intention of 'air drying' your car on the road. The rinse water is hard here, and you'll be left with horrid water spots on your windows and paint that are very hard to remove. read more

This is a local carwash not to far from where we live. Its great overall, but for a while their automatic carwash had a lot of problems. The owners finally upgraded the unit with a better one.
