Came here to peruse for a handbag to an event. Rainbow is located where the Westview Mall was previously. It's a strip mall with plenty of parking. Upon arriving, they had a nice selection of clothing items for women, plus size, and young girls in addition to accessories, shoes, jewelry, makeup, and toiletries. The value was good and I was able to pick up a small handbag for a great price. The staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a great store to peruse and shop for ladies/young girls items at affordable prices. read more

You are not allowed to bring outside bags into the store. You need to leave them up front with an employee for bag check. This Rainbow does not have a fitting room, which is unfortunate because of their 7-day return policy. You do need the original receipt and intact tags in order to get a refund or store credit. If it has been more than 7-days, then you can only get store credit. I feel like Rainbow really has to change their return policy and give customers more time to return merchandise. On the left side of the store is women attire and towards the front kids. On the left side, the selection of clothing is plus size and shoes towards the front. The value is cheap- usually less than $20. When I went to collect my bag, it took the woman some time to actually respond to me while she was fixing clothes on the hangers. Another employee realized she was taking too long and offered to get my bag for me. I thought that was a bit disrespectful to make me wait to just get my bag, but in the future, I will just leave my bags in the car. read more

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at Rainbow!!! Store 1148 is vast, roomy and stocked well with fashion finds of all sizes!!! I always say, "don't sleep on Rainbow"! It's the one "fast fashion" store that both me (age 52) and my 23 year old daughter can shop in and find on-trend, fashion forward offerings at great prices! But, what truly makes store 1148 stand out? The staff! Customer service is definitely a priority! Store manager, Angela, who wished every customer "an amazing day", Michelle store associate who was just a love, helpful in every way, Officer Avery (Security) holding down the fort and oh, so helpful and the friendly young cashier with long braids and glasses...they make you want to patronize! I bought this totally chic blinged out denim outfit-- and a few other things--and plan to rock it out!!! I'm from NYC. TOTAL SCAM!!! Really disappointed in their policy of not offering a fitting room, or allowing you to try anything on in the store whatsoever before you buy it. They say you have a 7 day return policy but if you take something home to try it on and it doesn't fit you ONLY GET A STORE CREDIT to buy more that you can't try on. read more

This place is swap meet Forever 21. The space is huge and fairly clean but there's an overwhelming amount of stuff in there. Unlike F21, which only boasts womens, plus, and menswear, Rainbow also has a lot of stuff for children (I don't have kids and avoid that section of the store). Last weekend I went to Rainbow for a cheap black mask, which I found. I had a painless checkout with a friendly-ish cashier and left. I rarely visit Rainbow as I am able to spend more money on my gear, but will go there for specific items. Unfortunately this store is in an area I find undesirable, an area characterized by too many people and traffic. Here's hoping I don't need anything else from there again anytime soon. read more

Thur store business ANGELA starting yelling at My wife using the term Ah ah, like if we were dogs. Yelling in front of other customers. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU ASSIST A CUSTOMER. people commit mistakes, due to Covid we did not know that she could not try the clothes on. The manager went off her like if she was stealing the place. This is one of the best rainbows ive been to. Nice location and freaking HUGE. their PLUS section is just as big as their regular size section. The lighting was perfect and the store just seemed to go on and on. They also gave a shoe section and a children's section. Jewelry and purses are located towards the front with the sun glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful and greeted me upon entering and while I approached the register. There were about 5 fitting rooms and no lines or wait. read more

Attempted to go back to this store and it was even worse. The line was outrageous . There was 3 ladies at the register however only 2 of them was actually working. The other was just telling what person can come to the register next. I give up on this place. I'll just shop rainbow online read more
