OMG, do not use!!!! I'm using this laundromat and somebody needed to use the bathroom , and I just came out of it in the door shut so I gave them the bathroom code so they could go in and this lady (who works here ) yelled at me four times about giving the code. Once is fine that she kept following me around and getting in my face t- DONOT come here it's ridiculous , so what if somebody used to use the bathroom let's have some humanity. read more

First off, I'd like to start by saying I started coming here because of the conveniently close proximity to my home. When you pull up to this location, don't be surprised by the amount of unhoused community members some of which might be tweaking. I think a good chunk of them come here to enjoy these gambling machine games that are right at the entrance of the laundromat. I think that this plaza has been through so much police activity that they finally have a patrol officer to shoo them away but the laundromat gladly welcomes them to play away at the machine and lets them come in and exchange their dollars for coins. It's a pay card laundromat so you have to buy a card to begin washing. At some point during your visits here though, the card will stop working without explanation and when you try to get help from the attendant on duty, they are useless and say you'll have to wait for the manger to come in. When will the manager be in you ask? The attendant will say, I don't know. I've had 4 laundry cards stop working without explanation and with funds in them. I've tried getting the monetary value on them but as I mentioned they completely stop working meaning no machine can get a read on them. There is no number to call on the card either. Best to keep a note of the balance on your card every time you use it. Every time one of their machines has unexpectedly eaten away at my money, the same attendant will give push back and almost blame you for the machine not working. I had to explain to her that the machine did not start and it took the money from my card and she gave me attitude and yelled and looked at me like if I was trying to steal from her? Lady it's not that deep, just make the machine start so I can get on with my day. Eventually she just did put the manger card in but she walked away muttering things at me under her breath. I don't know what her issue is, you get paid to work here don't you? Not a place I would recommend folding your clothes at either. I've definitely seen and killed a couple of roaches here. Tiny as they are but you don't want to accidentally carry one of them back to your home. read more

Never going back there. Ever. I usually don't go to laundromat, but when I have to it's because I have a lot of clothes to save time. I used 4 of their biggest machines (which are not very cheap), then used 4 of their biggest dryer machines. After I picked my clothes they were SMELLING LIKE FOOD. Just like I hanged all my clothes inside a busy restaurant. Guess what? That's exactly the problem. Their next door neighbor is a busy Mexican restaurant and somehow their exhaust fans are not separated. Whatever you put in those dryers, if the restaurant is running they will smell like food. I spent 40 bucks to have my clothes smelling like that. Good luck trying to complain or getting your money back hahahahaha. The lady will not understand what you're saying and according to her there's no one else I could talk to. Only her. When asked about what to do, she pointed to the side like that was somehow the restaurants fault. Also, that I should have used the ones on the other side... wth?! When asked about the money, all of the sudden she didn't understand English anymore and stated to give me that uncomfortable laugh as backing up slowly. This makes me reminisce when I used to live on the East Side and my mom and I would do Laundry Sundays around the corner at Lee's Laundromat off of Senter and Capital. Except now it's "high tech" with Dave n Buster style Power Cards that you slide for credit. Though like Dave n Busters, sometimes it doesn't read and you have to swiped it again, yet it seems like it took double, or maybe it didn't. Bring your dolla dolla bills yall, 'cause to get one of these "power cards" you have to pay the machine a dollar, but once you have it you can reuse that one til you break or lose it. Also, they have a promotion if you load $20, it will credit you $22. Yayyy.... They have single, double, triple, quadruple load machines. I think there's an even larger one... but I can't remember. Been coming here for years, it is definitely the beat place around the area. I love that you can reload your card, way better than having to bring a pound of quarters with you. Just an FYI if it's your first time, you have to pay $1 for your card, I can't tell you how many newbies I've seen get furious about it, the $1 coverage the card it doesn't come with the $1 it cost you as a credit. Good landromat. Not too crowded, but busy. New machines. Cheap prices. My clothes were done in about an hour. Good place to read a book while you wait, or grab a burrito next door. Friendly staff, though at first i had a lot of trouble finding someone who worked there, and ended up walking across the street to get detergent instead of buying it at the place like I had intended. You have to buy a laundry card to use with the machines. It will cost you $1, but you can keep it forever. You can recharge the card using cash only. There is an ATM inside. Best laundromat I've ever been to. Super clean, Thursday nights are the best to go because it's dead, the owners are super friendly, and the machines were well maintained. If one broke the owner would fix it right then and there. The prepaid card system works well and they offer deals that get you more bang for your buck. I can't remember the prices off the top of my head as it's been a while since going here but it was very affordable. $20 would last us forever. Wish they were in Denver! Great mat. Only problem we had was the larger driers. My husband put 30 min on the drier and it still didn't dry our towels all the way. $1.75 for 15 min? Even though the time is really faster than that. And your workers need to calm down. Every time we go in there they are either very rude or impatient. Have better customer service. read more

This place is cool used to be cheaper but the bonus days are cool on tues and Wednesday. Free dry was better. But it's a little concerning they chain the main doors shut at 930.... Isn't that a fire hazard. Will keep coming the people are nice that work here. read more

On December 30, 2019, my mom and I decided to go do laundry before the new year started. We usually go to EZ Coin-Op Laundromat, but since it was busy we decided to go across the street to Lee laundromat around 7:00 PM. When we got there, it was not as busy as we expected it to be. We were really happy about getting our laundry done then and there until I ask the women who worked there if I can please get a card,(in order to do your laundry you have to buy a card to put money in it and then insert it into the machine you are using) she simply just said "NO", I could tell she did not speak English very well but could understand it. It was very unpleasing how she did not even look at me but ignored me as I asked her one more time. All she kept saying was "NO". I felt very confused, offended, and did not know what to do, so I walked away. Then, I had to ask someone who was doing their laundry where I can get a card. She said you can get them at the machine by the ATM. A few minutes into doing our laundry, my mom had only quarters but not dollars to add more money into the card so she went and ask the lady if she can exchange quarters for dollars. The lady responded to her "NO" as well. My mom asked why and she said because she only has coins, not dollars which is very uncanny. A few minutes after this, she was helping others with a friendly face by putting their bags of clean laundry in the car. When she came back, other customers ask for help and still responded "NO" to them. Finally, the dryer machines are more expensive and don't dry as well as the laundromat across the street. They were 15 cents more which sounds like a little until you have to keep adding and adding more money into your card so your clothes can dry. Overall, my experiences at Lee Laundromat was negative and I will not go back. I suggest you go to the EZ Coin-op laundromat across the street but if it's busy go to the one on Almaden Road. read more

As far as laundromats go, this place is the best! Going to the laundromat to do laundry is NEVER fun, but this place makes it bearable. Super clean with new machines. Prices are very good. Spacious interior with plenty of seating, carts, folding areas. Ample parking right outside in parking lot (lots of shady spots too!). Vending machine for food and drinks. Free wifi. ATM inside & change machine. Several large flat screen TVs. Arcade games for the kids (or young at heart). All machines operate with a Smart Touch Value Card system (think debit card for laundry machines). A very efficient system no need to lug around quarters. The card does cost you $1 to buy the first time but you can refill forever. Spend $20 at one time and you get $22 on your card (special promotion, not sure how long it will run). They sell all laundry detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, dryer sheets there but the prices are high for the supplies (no surprise there). BUT the best part is CVS is right across the street, like walking distance away and they have great prices on laundry supplies. Another perk is that there is a couple restaurants, stores, convenience store, and a bar...all in the same strip a few doors down. They all look kinda dive-y (not in a bad scary way by any means) and I have not tried any or been inside (other than the CVS across the street, which is nice). read more

My apartment building has a laundry room but my neighbors are twits who seem to have the ridiculous habit of taking your half-washed, still soaking wet laundry out of the washer and tossing it onto the filthy floor. If I have to sit and watch my laundry, then I'm going to do it at a laundromat. This place is always clean and I've only ever seen a machine down once in 6 months. Every time I put my laundry in a machine, it's worked well. It's fair to say they keep everything well-maintained. The prices are midline - not super cheap but not they're not gouging you either. The best part is it's 2 minutes from my apartment. There are two strikes against it. I'm not really fond of the prepaid card format, which only accepts whole dollar amounts. The constant stream of bums filtering in from the liquor store next door to beg for change and kick the arcade game are a real pain in the ass. They're drunk or high and won't leave you alone. The staff ignore the problem and that should really change. read more

Selected HOT on a front-load washer, and after I started it, decided to feel the water temperature flowing through the detergent reservoirs on top. There were 2 streams of water, each flowing through a separate detergent reservoir, and one was warm, the other was cold. Later on, put just 5, maybe 6 t-shirts that underwent a complete washing machine cycle into a drier. Set for 28 minutes, afterwards t-shirts were still moist. Set for another 16 minutes, still maybe just a little less moist, and barely warm. Told the lady that the t-shirts were in the dryer for over 40 minutes but still moist, the lady responded that she believed me, but that she did not think there was anything wrong with the dryer, and that was it. read more

I live in an apt complex nearby but the laundry rooms are always in use when I am home, so I decided to do my laundry at this location. The 3-star is earned by the hardworking ladies there that are constantly wiping, moping, sweeping and keeping the place very clean. There are no detergent drips or powder-smear from the previous user and folding bars are constantly being wiped and dusted. Now comes the bad part - I can never get my clothes clean enough in their washers due to the very short wash cycles. I tried various detergent by changing brand and doubling or tripling the dosages - no matter what I do, i cannot get my clothes to look clean. I wish there is an option for me to add 25c more per wash, to get more wash time, so I can have cleaner clothes... read more

Not only that but the back area or the side area I should say stunk so badly like urine. There was a guy in there by their vending machines who I am pretty sure was homeless because he was just sitting there until closing. Their top loading washers are puny, literally can't fit almost anything in there. Also the Asian lady there was literally standing no more than 5 feet from us when 11pm was rolling around. Our laundry was not dry yet , but she was obviously ready to gtfo. With her body language and eyeballing towards us she made it super clear. Never going here again. This place sucks. read more

we've been here twice with my bf. we found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. he had like 6 years worth of laundry to do and a regular household washing machine was not going to cut it. i mean, it at least would have taken 2 or 3 days to do. he had never been to one of these place so he was a little skeptical but optomistic about the experience. this place doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. this place is clean and the lady who works here is always running around keeping herself busy. which i really appreciate because in some places the people are just sitting and watching tv. we have a specific way that we do laundry and we like that the washers don't lock and you can open it mid cycle. they have everything you need if you run out or forget anything. we really like the vending machines and the old school video game. the quarter game thing can get pretty addicting. pretty sure we spent almost 10 bucks on that thing. overall this place is great. very spacious and the people are polite and stick to themselves. it's like borderline fun since i like cleaning and all that stuff and in the middle of all this my bf have a great time doing something in a few hours that would have taken forever at home. read more

I have been using this place for a short while. BUT I will stop and NO MORE will use them. The machines keep damaging and tearing up my clothes. Putting holes in my brand new shorts, underwear and Shirts. They don't have HOT WATER. The Family that works there are so nice, kind, friendly and supportive. That is why I was keep going to there. This place looked extremely clean, but I didn't have cash other than the ten dollars in quarters I brought. The card credit dispenser only accepted paper bills not change or debit cards. Of course right next to it there's an ATM machine with a usage fee. Just wanted to get my one load done, so I took out the smallest it offered, $10. Went to card dispenser, and it rejected the $10 bill and said to use smaller bills. No agent on duty so I couldn't get change. Left and will never come back. read more
