The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when the person was done with the pedicure he just got up and walked away and at that time I was done since another employee came to assist me to the counter to pay. It was a walk in, and when I called in before heading there, the person who answered said, "yes…read moreplease, not busy, you guys can come. So I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, especially because it started off very well. While the salon was still quiet, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately, once more customers started coming in, I noticed a significant change in the pace and quality of the service. It began to feel like our appointments were being rushed in order to accommodate the growing number of customers. The removal of our fake nails in particular became very rough and painful. I completely understand that salons get busy, but I don't think nail removal should be rushed to the point where it causes discomfort or pain. I also feel that the rushed pace affected the quality and attention to detail of my finished nails. I noticed small red marks that appeared to have transferred onto my nails during the service, and some areas of the nail art were not as clean or precise as I expected. After the small beads were glued onto my nails, a clear top coat was initially not going to be applied until it was brought up. I was also left with glue around my fingertips, which made the finished service feel incomplete. I understand that busy days can be stressful for both the staff and the salon, and I'm not writing this with the intention of being disrespectful or hurting the business. I just feel that the level of care shouldn't change depending on how busy the salon becomes. I would personally rather wait a little longer than have the service rushed. Every customer should receive the same level of care and attention whether the salon is quiet or completely full, especially when rushing can result in a painful experience or affect the quality of the finished work. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because our experience at the beginning showed me that the salon and its staff are capable of providing a good experience. I just hope more care can be taken during busy periods so that other customers don't have the same experience we did...
