We didn't have an appointment on Saturday so we arrived a few minutes before they opened, so my mom opens the door and asked if they were open and they said yes. I kind of felt bad since there were several people sitting outside waiting for the doors to open and then we were available to get right in. I think because my elderly Mother was there asking to come in that's why we were able to come inside. The service was great and we were both happy with our pedicures and other service. I felt their prices were decent with the cost of goods now days. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when the person was done with the pedicure he just got up and walked away and at that time I was done since another employee came to assist me to the counter to pay. Many reasons why I didn't like this place. 1. I called on the phone to ask how much money it was and when I got there they didn't clarify then asked for $50 more. 2. Cut off all my nails before asking what I wanted then asking for more money. 3. Nail lady (for hands) started bad mouthing me to a coworker because I couldn't understand what she was saying. 4. Went to get my nails done with me and my mom. We're regulars that have been going there for about 2 and 1/2 years or so. we've always been satisfied with a few other workers there. Came in on July 7th 2025 got an acrylic manicure had to come back the next day and get it fixed by appointment only. (Used to be able to do walk ins) but 4 nails on each hand fell off already. The day of the 8th she fixed it for free but she just dipped and painted over the already loose nail and wasn't done professionally, granted she did put on new nails for the ones that fell off but as for the ones that were on, she just put a drop of nail glue to try and secure it. Then my thumb acrylic fell off on the 14th of July 2025 Came in on the 16th of July 2025 (12:50pm) to let the nail tech know that it fell off a third time. She processed to be loud in front of the customers and threatens me saying that there's cameras and that she only had to fix 2.(lol I don't see how that was relevant for anything) I originally had an appointment at 1pm already to fix it but she said to come back at 2pm. She had to fix multiple nails on the 8th of July. I myself have proof and pictures of my left and right hand and dates of when I came in. We tried to be discreet about our dissatisfaction but the nail tech decided to be loud and put the blame on me for the nails falling off.(have her watch the video) She didn't prep my nails good at all. That's the reason why. (Being loud doesn't always mean that you're right.) my friend got her lashes done here at the salon. she went in on last week wednesday to get NATURAL lash extensions which she emphasized with the person taking care of her. the appointment was 45-60 minutes long and it was extremely disappointing and painful for her. the lady was very aggressive and not gentle at all while handling her lashes, as well as rushing the process even though there was not many other people waiting. as you can see from the photos, the lashes are not what she asked for(natural,) she has been irritated and has been trying her best to take them off ever since. no matter what she tries, it's a incredible struggle and she has only managed to take out a few. the lash extensions are irritating, painful, itchy, and way too close to the root of her lashes. read more

I'm absolutely speechless after my experience here. I went in to get my nails done, as this was the closest salon to me. When I entered, a gentleman greeted me and I asked a few questions about their services. Then, I asked, "Do you have time?" He said yes. The real issue came when I asked, "How long is the wait time?" Instead of just answering, he proceed to say "You're not from Maui, are you?" I replied that I am, and then he continued, "Yeah, people from Maui don't ask that." He then went on to say things like, "People on Maui are on island time," and, "It's not like Oʻahu where everything's fast here, it's slow." then laugh at face. I was completely taken a back. All I did was ask a simple question about wait time, and I was met with unnecessary and profiling. It was rude, disrespectful, and felt incredibly unprofessional. I ended up leaving immediately because I wasn't about to spend my money at a place that treats people this way. my girlfriend had her nails done this past thursday and just yesterday one of them fell off, way too overpriced first of all for something not even close to what she wanted. the person who did her nails also didn't do good nail treatment before applying the acrylics (like cleaning cuticles and dead skin, ect) also one of the rhinestone things came off to, and the flowers dont match. When I got there, I knew what I wanted, and the nail tech said he couldn't do what I requested. Fine, so I was looking for another color, and he sat there, huffing and puffing, as though to rush my decision.. When I chose one, he tested on one nail, and didnt look like the sample; this happened 3 times, and finally he shoo'd me to go find it on my own. Came in an hour before close and got a full set of acrylics with gel polish with a friend who did the same. The owners did our nails and were amazing. Literally took about 2 hours, stayed open for us.. Kent was so meticulous without me even saying a word to get my nails absolutely perfect. We were offered tea, water and Vietnamese coffee.. which the coffee was so awesome. I even shared a whole cup with the floor! Haha. They are not consistent on their prices. My friend wanted to get a full set all gel with six total nails using clear up gel with foil designs and the others powder dip and they quoted her the cheap price of $65. I got a full set of plain acrylic polish, which the base price is $35, and asked how much it would cost me to get two gel nails like my friend, and they said $10 for the two. So $55 for acrylic nails and two designs? Yet my friend gets $65 for a full gel set with six gel nails with design, and acrylic powder sip on the rest, plus she got a pointed tip (supposed to cost $5), when mine was the basic square which was to be the only free nail shape? Are they discriminating because my friend is Asian and I'm not? Most importantly, I got my nails done, then within 3 days all the bottoms of my nails lifted off the nail beds because they were not adhered properly. This also made it so anytime I touched my hair my hair strands would get stuck underneath. Within 5 days my nails started falling off! They didn't even last one week! I don't do any manual labor. I would be digging in my purse and they'd fall off simple as that. See the videos and pics I posted. That was 6 days after I got them done. The nails were placed soooo far away from my cuticles/base of my nails, which asp contributed to why they were not sticking well. What I did like about the nails, however, is that unlike many places, the nails weren't super thick and chum my, where many places make them chunky, misshapen, and lumpy liked they're poorly carved out of wood. Overall, with tip $47 dollars is not worth nails that last only five days!!! I could have got stick-one from a drug store for this terrible quality. I will not return. read more

I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. Been to many different salons but always seem to come back here every-time for their service. I love the lady who waxes my eyebrows because she is so sweet and nice and she makes my eyebrows perfect! For pedicures they really take their time and massage your leg really good. For the acrylic manicure I always get coffin shape and it's always perfect and lasts long. I highly recommend this salon. I will post 3 different pictures of nails I've gotten done by them. Been going to this salon for years for manis, pedis, and wax. The workers here are always very nice and friendly. I love the music that they play, it gives such a relaxing vibe. My favorite person to go to is Tran. She's so amazing at waxing! Im always satisfied on how she shapes my eyebrows. She is also very gentle and does such a great job. This place is the only business on Maui that I have seen that does COVID tracing. They're very organized and clean which makes customers know that it is a safe environment. Me and my aunt decided to get a mani/pedi here right when it opened, and I'd recommend coming early because they do get busy later on. I had a guy do my pedicure and I chose the deluxe queen which had some really good smelling lotion and scrub and a really nice massage. Only thing that made me give 4 stars is the guy did give me a cut on my big toe when he was using the filer lol high was super painful I just wish he was more careful because Im already traumatized. My mom and I made an appointment and they were running behind, I thought it was cool that they called an hour in advance to let us know we didn't have an issue with that. When we got there, we were immediately greeted and assisted. My mom got her pedicure with Emi and I got my manicure done with Kent. Kent was suuuuper cool! We had great convo and he's also funny. He made sure the nails I wanted were perfect and made me feel comfortable. He told me he's been doing it for a long time and I can tell because his work is awesome! I've been here few times & I can say some staff are friendlier than the others but I totally understand maybe because of the language barrier. It could be that they are just shy too. Their work speaks for themselves because each different times I've been here my nails always looked awesome! & the way they massage you along with the massage chair is great! I wanted to try this nail salon at least twice before writing a review and both times I left dissatisfied. I called to make a reservation for 4 people at 12:30. When I called, they seemed pretty excited but asked us to come at 12:15 because it would "be the best time." When we arrived, all 4 of us still had to write our names on the clipboard and wait....past 12:30. I sat first, then my niece. The rest of our party wasn't able to join us until my pedicure was already completed. This was clearly a challenge and if we knew, then we would have gone somewhere else. We would seriously have appreciated them telling us that they wouldn't be able to accommodate us at the same time. What was displeasing even more was that it wasn't even a busy day and many technicians who were able to assist. My first session was one of their specialty packages, a $45 pedicure. Only later did I find out that there was the normal pedicure for $30. It was annoying because it seemed as if the specialty pedicures I was initially offered were the only options. Anyhow I'd recommend making an appointment rather than walking in if you're short on time. My last visit, there was only one woman who did waxing and in between that she was also doing manicures as well as handling the front desk... Let me just say, she was doing a damn good job! I am doing a pedicure as I type this. The girl is not paying attention to me and just talking to the nail tech next to her. I haven't put my feet in the water for any period over 10 seconds yet, and I've been in this chair with her for about 10-12 minutes. I don't know what goes on but I read some of the reviews and it seems like some of them are correct - if you don't buy their higher priced packages or options, they treat you bad or not as good. I've been here before a handful of times but it was never like this. Just because I opted for a regular pedicure, my feet don't get to soak, I don't get a good massage, and she cut my cuticle too close. The only time she talked to me was to ask if I wanted to do extra things. Hah! She just told me to get out of the chair and go sit in the front waiting area without putting a top coat on!!!!! She didn't escort me and make me sit in front of the fans so I decided to sit in front of the register to see if the owner would do/say something - NOTHING!! The next time I see her is when she comes to ask me if I wanted to pay...really?? She only asked me if my nails were dry after I paid, then had the nerve to make like she cared and tried to turn the fan on and make me sit in front of it...it's done honey, don't worry about me.
