Chanel has treated very well since I first started coming here 5 years ago... after I came out. They remembered me! Even though I hadn't been able to come for my hands and feet for several years. I love this place, it's a sanctuary.

I was looking for a new salon and I happened to see the good reviews at this one. Did a walk in for a full set of acrylic nails and they were able to squeeze me in even though they were busy. The customer service was excellent and they frequently asked if I was ok or if I needed a drink while I was getting it done! The salon itself is very clean and pleasing to look at. Loved the experience overall and the staff is very nice!

(TL;DR at the end) Made an appointment for 3 people and our expectations had been exceeded. Service was prompt. I asked for a simple pedi and holiday nails and ended up with an unexpectedly elegant catseye (which had been explained to me very well) Complimentary refreshments were appreciated (coffee was excellent) salon was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. My sister and I had been seeing Linda for years, so I highly recommend, and will be coming back for Valentine's day! Overall excellent, informative, and speedy service. Will be coming back.

Stoked to walk in to a cooled space, I've been a few times where the air was a bit warm or stale. Plus they got new pedicure station chairs and they're ultra luxurious. I haven't seen so many settings on a remote! It was really nice because they weren't slammed with customers so they were able to take their time and provide a great experience. The prices did go up a few dollars. The deluxe pedicure is $50 and gel manicure $38. Also loved to see that they wiped down the station after each use. Parking is a bit limited here but lots of street parking. Don't forget to get a stamp card! Will continue to stop in!

Amazing experience at Chanel Nails Spa! I was able to do a walk in and fortunately they were able to service me. Van was my nail tech and did an amazing job, I also learned a lot from him in regards to the care of my acrylic nails. The acrylics look like my natural/real nail and I can't wait to come back for my acrylic fill again. An acrylic fill is about $43, which is a fair price! Some of the nail salons will cost about $60-$70 for just a fill itself. Very reasonable pricing and the quality of work is amazing

I love this nail salon! You must try this salon! The staff are friendly and try to accommodate you in any way, they also take their time and don't rush you out of here. My acrylic nails lasted so long and the shape was perfect! I also think they do a wonderful job at pedicures!

I came in on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted and treated immediately. The inside is nice compared to some of the run down places I've been too. Atmosphere is filled with easy going music and friendly talk. The massage chairs are the best. I had Vivian who was extremely nice and took her time. Downside is they only do Cash only for tip. I thought the water they offered would come in a small bottle but was in a small flimsy cup. I'm guessing due to Covid perhaps? Overall, I got a Gel Mani and Regular Pedi for $69. Reasonable prices and was out in less then 2 hours. At last, I've found my go to shop.

Called ahead and they indicated a good day to walk in. Two fabulous pedicures from Maria and Amanda. They were professional, pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and their conversations with us. Got a few restaurant recommendations as well! Highly recommended. read more

We were on vacation on Maui and decided to do a family manicure/Pedicure. We had a later appointment but they were able to accommodate us to an earlier time. Our nail techs were fabulous. Shop is clean and welcoming. We will definitely go back next time in Maui. read more

Maybe I was expecting too much with the 4+ star rating but, when I arrived, there were homeless around the corner. Once inside the Nail Spa I felt maybe I should leave, I decided to stay. Right away, the massage chair was about bare rollers on my back...I had to immediately shut that off. The nail tech did a decent job, not relaxing but decent. I would not return here. read more

My husband and I are visiting Maui and desperately needed pedicures. This was honestly one of the best pedicures we've ever had, even our favorite spot at home. We ventured out of Wailea because the service I've experienced is way under par and Chanel spa was the opposite! They were amazing! We showed up the day after Christmas and although they were pretty busy they sat us within 15 minutes and gave an amazing pedicure! Really reasonably priced and they offer you a tea immediately. It was clean and sanitary. Also the massage chairs were brand new and great! A lot of local repeat customers were in there too so that's always a good sign too. 10/10 read more

I love how this place has alot of workers, so they could take all 4 of us at the same time. Also very friendly. You also get to have a choice of drinks for free. Although 2 of my finger bleed and didn't get a discount the guy said sorry. So it was fine. It's been 3 weeks now and my nails still going strong. Been going to someone else before and my nails wouldn't last for even 2 weeks or a week. They also give out drinks (Coffee, tea or water) read more

My cousin brought me here and I thought she must know the good spot so I went w her.. 1st Time l only wanted to clean my nails and cuticles. I got a pretty light yellow polish but when it they painted my nails .. they kept putting layers and layers , and my nail kept getting thicker + with those bad paint job strikes. So l thought maybe this is not what they are good at, maybe they are good on acrylics . *alert* WRONG!!!! Decided to give it a second chance since I've been so naive about other salons , got my 'nails the color I wanted , the shape I wanted' but it was a disaster trying to tell them "hey you're filing too much , hey my nails are crooked for my fingers, hey I want all my cuticles gone, hey this is not shaped how I wanted.." And the whole entire time I was sitting there , every employee that would pass by and look at my nails would be like SPEAKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE and the person that was doing my nails would respond " blahblahblah what ever you want whatever you like blahblahblah..." and laugh .. Every experience I had was just Extremely unprofessional. Very positive experience. Walked in and was taken immediately on a Thursday afternoon. Very Reasonable for a basic pedi on Maui of $35! Clean facilities and they use new bags between customers in the tubs. Nice new massage chairs too. Kind atmosphere and a wonderful pedicure including a scrub and massage. CASH ONLY got tips but they have an ATM in the shop. I'll come again. read more

My mom who is 79 is a regular here and they are always so very accommodating and patient with her and treat her like a princess. Their gel on my hands last longer than most, I think they put an extra coat which I love. Their green tea is delicious. There are so many reasons why this place deserves its five star rating. read more

The first time that I tried this place was 2018. Every time I came here was for acrylics (walk in) & it always came out to what I wanted. However, this most recent time I was dissatisfied as the nail tech I had did not even bother to trim my nails, clean under my nails, push back my cuticles, and cut off the hang nails. He did not have everything set up. Did not use the right size nails. He rushed through shaping my nails & painting my nails. Hopefully next time I go back, I'll have a better nail tech. read more

Just came back from my pedicure and my first time at Chanel Nail Salon. I absolutely loved it and will be back. I had Amanda and she was great, took her time and did a great job. She is also funny and laughs and talks to you. Today bring Mother's Day weekend the have every mom a beautiful rose. They also have free drinks (soda, coffee and Mimosa!). The also give you a punch card. Check them out Just had another pedicure today. Also 5 stars! I had Andy today and he was great! Took out my ingrown toe nails and did a good job. Very friendly too.
