I came to Mongs lash lounge for a foreign lash fill and when you first come in it feels very clean and welcoming. Mong did my lashes honestly better than my lash tech from my hometown that I was going to for years, I have the best retention with Mongs work and my lashes can last up to 3 weeks and still look wonderful. I have been coming to Mong to get my lashes done regularly since. You can tell Mong what type of style of lashes you want and she can give you exactly what you want if you want a style change. I texted Mong to see if I could come in for a touch-up and within 5 minutes, she had me scheduled with Tuyet during the afternoon with no additional charge. When I got there, I showed Tuyet the missing area, she tapped my eye (super gently) and got started. I told her and Mong that all I needed touched up was my inner corner on my one eye but I think she touched up everything that needed it on both eyes because it looks different but better than when I came in (and even better than when I first got them done!) Mong and Tuyet were both so sweet and Tuyet was very gentle with my eyes and making sure I was okay. Maybe I just caught them on an off day last week? Though she never came off rude, I'm left confused as to why she and a coworker spent 10-15 minutes going through and taking photos of my lashes instead of just quickly removing the few bad or outgrown ones, and continuing with a fill. To her credit Vanessa did try to fill in a few volume lashes even though I only paid for a classic set. But it seems that if your lash extensions are even slightly messed up, you may find yourself paying and sitting for a full set instead of having them fix your lashes up during a fill.

When we contacted Christy again to finalize the exact time, she had told us that she booked another client. This meant we had to scramble to find another makeup artist for the date we already set with the photographer. Christy claims she didn't confirm the date stating that her first email says "-Booking is confirmed till contract signed." She may want to learn to proof read because I don't think she realizes she wrote the opposite of her claim. She could also have been more professional to check back with us before booking someone else if she really wasn't sure that we would continue our originally schedule date with her.
