The owner saw that I was stressed out and she looked at it, turned around, fixed it in about a minute and handed the watch back to me. I was really nervous because I didn't know how much it was going to cost. I asked: "How much is the repair?" She replied, " There is no charge. Just leave me a review on Google." I couldn't believe it. I didn't know there was any place left on earth like that. How could I not leave a review after that? Five stars!!!!!!!

I reached out to Element in Time as a customer from out of state, and they offered the BEST price shipped. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days. For the price I was quoted, I was more than willing to wait. Personally, I'm a customer that has no problem missing out on the in-person "AD" or boutique experience, especially if it could save me some money. In a day I was sent a message, letting me know that they were able to source the watch, and I just had to be patient while they received the watch to inspect and forward on to me. My new Aqua Terra is on my wrist a week later and I can't say enough good about Element in Time. Buying my amazing ring from Ranieri Jewelry was the best decision we made. We looked at the online reviews and chose Ranieri sight unseen. We made an excellent choice. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted, and Jennifer, with the patience of a saint (truly), helped us all the way through the process. Ultimately, we decided on a custom piece modified from a picture I had seen. My partner had difficulty visualizing it, even with drawings, and Jennifer went out of her way to help him with that. Mr. Ranieri offered to make a mold of the ring in wax for our approval before casting it and if we didn't like it he would work with us. THAT'S customer service! We were thrilled.We went back two weeks later, saw the ring and bought it. It is gorgeous, unique, high quality, and looks stunning on. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was. One word...AMAZING! My fiance and I went to Raineri Jewelers on a recommendation. It was the best decision we ever made. Roy asked me what style I liked and what our price point was. Within minutes he had several rings for me to choose from. 20 minutes after arriving I had selected my ring. It is nice to have someone actually LISTEN to what you want and not try to sell up. He then proceeds to blame his poor workmanship on your jewlery (similar to what others said here). That was NOT the case. My pieces are all genuine and well-made. I've had pieces repaired decades ago that have never split open like this. In my opinion, Sash came across as VERY misleading. He talks and distracts you with conversation. He spoke about family and friends, who seem to be the ones receiving the highest level of care (and the ones writing the good reviews), while new customers receive poor service. He also intentionally adds on additional charges without confirming with the customer, that was fine with me, but at least provide the service you charged for. I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here. If you are looking for reliable jewelry repairs, I would recommend considering the other jewelry repair businesses on the same floor. I went to another guy and he did a fantastic job. They sent me a DIFFERENT diamond with another certificate number (LG787659723, 3.35 ct) and of inferior quality to the one I selected and paid for. They never notified me about the swap. If I hadn't checked the certificate numbers and measurements, I wouldn't have noticed. They tried to substitute the product without my authorization. This is a bad business practice. Check EVERYTHING when you receive: · IGI certificate number · Exact weight and measurements · Compare the stone to the certificate Don't just trust the invoice. Buying here is a risk.
