Nick and Paul at Raineri are nothing but gentlemen in the highest degree. My Rolex due to a previous poor servicing seemed to be on it's last leg. Not only did they give me a fully transparent assessment of the watch telling me what I needed and didnt need (compared to the previous place that looked at the watch), but gave me incredible pricing and a fast turn around. I am luckier than the luckiest to have found Raineri and even luckier that I only needed to use them once. They were conveniently located near my previous office and I took a chance having my grandmother's jewelry repaired in the hands of a stranger. Sitting in storage for years and in her drawers for years before that it was not in the best condition. To be honest I was not even sure if some of the pieces especially the ancient pieces could be fixed. It looked better than new and they were very communicative and reassuring. I hope that I never ever need to come back, but if I need repairs for any jewelry this is where I am going to come. I would give them more stars if I could. Came here off of a Family-Friend's recommendation; and I'm so happy I did. Stopped in to get my engagement ring resized (something I was hesitant to do because I'm so protective of it!) Initially, they declined their services because we hadn't purchased the ring from their business. However, after name-dropping (our Family-friend) they agreed to help us out. --Side note: I was NOT put-off by this, as I completely respect their decisions on how they want to operate business. The whole process took 20-30 minutes; what a breeze! The woman who was assisting us, (I believe her name was Neesa) was so kind, and attentive. She sized, and resized my finger several times - wanting to make it perfect (which I 100% appreciate). I'm so happy with both the service I received, and the final product.
