I was looking through the options and asked the employee what their most popular pie was, pretty normal question, I think. But the response I got felt rude and kind of condescending. I was told, "Everybody has their favorite, all items are popular," in a tone that just made me feel like I shouldn't have asked. I'm all for supporting local spots, but customer service really matters. That interaction alone made me feel unwelcome, that will be my last time going there.
