We had called in advance and they do not take reservations, but it was early enough and we were expecting the worst for a special day like this. A table was prepared promptly when we arrived, and we were seated shortly. A round of coffees and the usual favorites-- moist fluffy pancakes, really generous serving of tasty crab omelette, eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast. Sides were toast with house made jam and butter, and potatoes cooked perfectly. A little on the pricier side by the servings for one would be good for two hungry persons, or two meals. Service was warm and prompt. The inside was not too noisy for a busy morning. Overall we are so happy we picked this place on what would have been a stressful bush meal. We'll be back for sure.

We went recently dined in on a holiday Monday and were very disappointed!! First, the state of cleanliness was very bad! The dining room needs a deep cleaning! Thick dust was observed on the worn, paint-chipped chairs and in low traffic areas of the floor; many pictures were hanging crooked on the walls; grime was visible on the walls and floor; the bathroom smelled heavily of urine. When a public space is this dirty and neglected, one wonders how unsanitary the kitchen might be! Service wasn't attentive - never had our drinks refilled or even checked on to ask how things were. The food was good and portions large but prices high even by current standards. Also it was a bit sickening to sit in the dining room. The owners and management need to work hard to improve from the OKAY rating from the Health Department and do some deep cleaning to return to the special restaurant it was years ago. We do not plan to return at this point.

I mean, seriously read the menu photo as every bite was so ON POINT in detail and flavors! The service and seating were fabulous too. We were tempted to order some baked goods to go (I always love their sugar cookies though they also had a Boston Cream cannoli-ish item that stopped us in our tracks to ogle the case shelves before we sat down!) but alas we were so full from the tea service that we departed with a few leftover dessert treats to extend the moment at home. Enjoy all the fun tea china designs with friends, families, dates, kids or solo (or multiple combos therein). This theme is on for all of May 2026 and check with them for future themes! Worth going back to see what's in for June's theme!

I had a raspberry mazurka bar, a pistachio rose cupcake, and a craquelin pastry filled with buttercream and jam, and enjoyed it with a lovely pot of tea. This was truly a terrible purchasing experience. On the afternoon of May 3rd, my friend and I went…read moreto the Paris Baguette at Southcenter with his three-year-old child to buy some bread. Among the items we bought was a cheese and beef sandwich. We put it in the fridge when we got home, and the next morning, when I wanted to heat it up for breakfast, I found that the entire sandwich had turned sour. At first, I thought it was just the taste of the cheese, but when I opened the bread, a strong sour smell hit me. Worse, I had already taken a bite. Then I remembered that my friend, his three-year-old, and I had all eaten products from Paris Baguette the day before, and I got really worried. So I drove back to the store. When I arrived, a female employee greeted me. I calmly explained that I had bought a spoiled sandwich. She immediately offered to refund me. I provided my purchase receipt and the last four digits of my bank card, and asked if I could get a cash refund. She said no -- that it was company policy -- and repeatedly asked for the last four digits of my card and what time I had made the purchase. After being asked three or four times, I started to get a bit annoyed. Then a male employee took over and handled the rest, and the refund went through successfully. I believe that providing fresh ingredients is a basic principle of any food business. As a chain brand, Paris Baguette prices its products higher than non‑branded bakeries. So why are customers willing to pay more? Because a brand gives people trust -- just like how supermarkets operate by vetting products for their customers. As an established bakery brand, I assume most of your products are made in a central kitchen, with quality monitored by both systems and staff. Clearly, this was a lapse. I hope I don't end up with diarrhea today Lol
