If I could give less than one star, I would. I hired this to completely replace our drip irrigation system on 1/3 of an acre of property with a lot of plants, trees, citrus trees, and pots. The worker showed up with one tool... a pick axe, that's it. Literally no other tools. I don't even know where to begin. Please see a couple of pictures showing some of the things they did and left. We have 3 separate dedicated lines and were having them put in a 4th dedicated line as well - For pots, plants, trees, and citrus trees. We were very clear on that and walked through the property and talked about it several times. We ended up with pots on 2 different lines, trees on 2 different lines, plants spread out amongst the lines etc. Plants that didn't have any water to them. He didn't pull the old system as he was supposed to. He just cut the lines and buried them back under the dirt. Did not CAP the old lines so when the water turned on, they were still hooked up and we had massive leaks. He put a 1/2 gallon an hour sprinkler head (just 1) on a mature palm tree which is now half dead. He didn't always use the right heads for the different types of trees/shrubs/pots or even the right number of heads needed for trees. I could go on and on, but I've never seen such shody work in my life. He used our hose to "water jet" the dirt out from under our cobblestone sidewalk up to our front door to run a line, yet there was a sleeve ALREADY there that he could have used and didn't. When he sprayed the dirt out, he didn't replace dirt and just left the open space under our cobblestones which then started to cave in. One now has a chip out of it. My husband called the owner who was supposed to come out and see the mess but he was on "vacation" over the Christmas holidays for a week. We haven't heard back from him since and we are 1 week into February. We've since hired another company (The Water Boy Irrigation Solutions in Phoenix) who was amazing, they came out and had to completely rip out Rainmakers shody work and replaced our system the right way. Now it actually works and everything is on the right lines, oh and we have no leaks now. I, seriously, am just beyond shocked how bad this work was. read more

Our irrigation box started hemorrhaging one morning while I was out of town. Our house was "flip" 8 hrs ago and the owner cut every corner possible including not installing a shut off valve to the irrigation box. Anyways, our landscaper was no responsive so I went to yelp. Now and Jerry were very responsive and easy to deal with. Jerry was able To be out there within 5 hrs and cap the line. Allowing my wife to have running water when she got the kids and came home from work. (We had the city come by in the morning and turn the water off to the property) He quoted me a price to replace the manifold (source of the leak) and replace the valves. He replaced everything and all but one station did not work. He swung by the next day and took care of it. These guys are the real deal. Very professional and responsive. I had no idea what was wrong as water was pooling near the irrigation box. I called a couple companies, one couldn't be out for two weeks and the other three never returned phone calls. Not only did they answer but they were able to come out within a couple days and took the time to talk with me and hear what was going on during the initial call. I got a text when they were 30 minutes out (which I greatly appreciate since I work from home). Kept me informed as they were investigating and did the least evasive (least expensive) fix possible since the line runs under fake turf and we're not sure how far it runs. He has provided another option if the fix doesn't hold (which is totally possible and not their fault). I will use these guys for all my irrigation needs as I know I will need more since the backyard irrigation is old and exposed and will eventually need replacing but let's get through the summer. I was super pleased and impressed with the service I got from Rainmaker Sprinkler Pros AZ. I put out a quote to fix a 1/2 inch PVC pipe I hade dug up while planting a tree in my yard. Rainmaker was quick to respond and had the lowest cost to repair. Jerry came out and fixed it professionally and quickly. When he tested it we discovered an abandoned broken sprinkler on that line that was just gushing water. I asked Jerry if he could cap it and he did, again, quickly professionally and for not much more cost. A week later I noticed a leak in another area of the yard, unrelated to the first pipe. Jerry came out again the next day after I told them. Again quick, professional, low cost. Noah the owner was very helpful and walked me through over the phone on a quick alternative to stop my irrigation system leak since they can't come til the following day.
