Although I would say Rain Solutions are great for a removal or new install for gutters, they fall short in the following areas. 1. Looking for more work than requested. They wanted to add gutters to my garage and suggested all new gutters to the whole house to replace the old 4" gutters. 2. Did not do a ground clean up after they were finished. We called the owner, who was present to take pre and post pictures of the gutters, and he said he wanted to show the debris areas to his workers, but we had already cleaned up our property. This means he had to have seen the condition of the cleaning debris if he was present taking post picture of the completed work. I'm familiar with this pattern of work practices. It wasn't just a "hey, sometime in the future, you might want to replace these gutters, they're looking a bit rough." This was a "hey you need this and that and new this and that, here's a quote in addition to the cleaning if you'd like us to do that." I can't stand crews that don't clean the mess that they made. I'm not expecting the house to be washed down, but there shouldn't be scattered dirt, "sand" and moldy leaves all over the sidewalks, hedges, trees and patio furniture. And I won't tolerate flat out lying when the owner was present during completion of the work. But if you're not bothered by being upsold and feel that crews shouldn't clean up after themselves caused by their work, and have the income to not be bugged by this, then I highly recommend this company.
