Only call if you want to be called and texted non stop. After initially talking to him, he continued to call and text me four times and was leaving voicemails marked "urgent". Very unprofessional, and seemed desperate for business. I told him from our first conversation that I would call him back if I needed his services. Apparently, he doesn't get it. I am a very busy person and don't have time for people to pester me after I tell them I will call them back. I do still need a document notarized, but will look for someone who isn't a stalker. He quoted me $150 for mobile notary services! Unbelievable! The signature is regulated by CA law to be $10. So that means $140 for his time and travel and wear and tear on his car as he stated. The IRS has mileage reimbursements rates for 2015 set at 57.5 cents per mile and he said he is located in Orange County and the area I needed notary in was also Orange County (few exits) so how is that $140 in travel fees. Then when I said I found 3 other notaries to do it for a fraction of the cost, he lowered his price 3 times as he kept texting me. He probably thought I had never had anything notarized before and was desperate. The other notary that did it for $30 (signature and travel) got my business and I had other documents and I also referred that guy to my employment. Too bad everyone can't be reasonable. Rai's Mobile Notary also says $40 on his site, so why all of a sudden for me it was $150 !? read more

Believe the reviews, this guy is awesome! Super professional and courteous with prompt communication and fair rates. So my story in using his service starts with me living in Texas and selling my house. My ex-father-in-law who is on the deed and lives in California needed to sign and notarize a document for the title company, however I didn't have time to wait for him to do all of that. It was much easier to send a mobile notary to him with the document. I found Rai on Yelp and sent him a text massage about my situation. He responded super quick and said I could email the document and he would print it out on his end. I also had a FedEx return shipping label and he agreed to drop off the signed/notarized document. He offered a very flexible schedule to help coordinate with my ex-father-in-law and everything went extremely smooth. I sent the address and name and he sent a text 15 min prior saying he was on his way. I was also able to prepay for the service through Paypal, Rai sent me an invoice. After the document was signed, he even sent me a text with the tracking number. Just fantastic service! I really appreciate the help and highly recommend! read more
