Jersey Mike's is typically my favorite. This location, however, is hit or miss. The location is always clean, but the food is inconsistent. so far every time I've ordered online my order has either been wrong or a complete sloppy mess. I've had to have them remake it each time. When I've ordered in person, because you're standing over them giving them directions, it typically comes out just right. One of the times I came in they had a giant pile of completely burnt bacon. I asked if this was the bacon they were gonna put on my sandwich. They said yes...I said I'm gonna need new bacon lol. They had no problem making it fresh and didn't have an attitude, but the fact that they had that giant pile of burnt bacon that was going on the next 50+ sandwiches says a lot. The food is still good so I continue to come, but whether your food comes out how you expect it is a 50-50 chance. Make sure to sign up for shore points and get free subs. read more

Good sandwiches, really poor service. I pre-ordered online at 11:49a, they told me It'd be ready in 15 minutes. So I arrived at 12:05 and let them know what order I was looking for. I then watched them serve every last person in the store before starting the last sandwich on my order. They didn't even start the last sandwich until over 30 minutes after they received my order. I have no doubt that if I had NOT pre-ordered I'd be out in 15 minutes. Final Total elapsed time from online order to pick-up; 40 minutes. Ordered the #9 one of my favorite after the famous Italian #13. I added extra bacon and gotta say it was delicious with the cheese and all! First time I eat here, not impressed! Staff took my order, not friendly and had an attitude maybe because of my accent... My order had the wrong bread...staff gave us our order of 5 sandwiches and didn't know which one was which...drink station had a sign saying we need a new cup for a refill but told us to ignore the sign when we asked for another cup... Overpriced for a sandwich place! And pay attention when paying because they include a tip in your total amount, I am glad I saw it and had it canceled, they surely don't deserve a tip. read more

I'm not sure what took me so long to try Jersey Mike's but totally thrilled I finally did. Placed a take out order over the weekend and boy oh boy was that a great sandwich. I ordered the #9, Club Supreme which comes with Turkey, Bacon, Roast Beef, & Swiss Cheese. I topped it Mike's Way which was the perfect blend of veggies and spices. Horrible. The whole point of mobile ordering is to be faster. The order was supposed to be ready by 1201, after a line of 30 people received their food and asking several people multiple times about my order, (one of which was breaking OSHA standards), and being told three times that they will make mine next, only to continue to serve others first, I finally received my order 35 minutes later!! Very poor service. Very very poor. Don't make a mobile order. You won't get it in priority order or even in a timely manner at all. We like this location the best as it is a little more roomy than some of their others. Very clean as well - tables, chairs, restrooms. They have a great management team as well. Good food and the staff is super friendly but the last two times I placed a order online I end up waiting. Once ordered they send a email saying to pick up in 15 minutes. If y'all can't make a sandwich a 15 minutes then please either find a way to do so or change your pickup time. Very rude in my opinion You promise then you deliver Update; I order there a couple more times and sure enough they listened to my issue. Instead of a 15 minute wait time it was 20 minutes which I was totally fine with. 20 minutes later my food was ready. First time picking up from this location. Ordered three giant sandwiches when we got home two of the three were wrong. We ordered an Italian with just lettuce and mustard but received it Mikes Way. Also ordered a turkey provolone which was to be mikes way but came with only lettuce and mustard. We ended wrapping the sandwiches back up as we were asked to do and bring them back. Ordered a Giant sized sub (for the second time) for a quick dinner with me and my two boys. This time the sub arrives and it's a regular sized sub. Because I ordered through Uber, I thought..no biggie.. let the boys eat and I'll either get a refund for the difference or they'll send out an additional sub. Uber replies and tells me to kick rocks. The food is a hit or miss for me, but I wouldn't call it absolutely amazing when I say hit. I just mean there's a good sauce to meat ratio, and that the meat tastes decent. I've found that most of the items on the menu are quite similar, so that can be a little annoying when you want to try something new. My biggest complaint is that the chicken isn't marinated. I haven't tried the beef, but I'm extremely picky with chicken and hate when it tastes like chicken (as weird as that sounds). There are times where the sauce compensates for the lack of flavor in the chicken, and there are times when it doesn't. The bread is always on point, though. As far as service goes, I've always had amazing service and the employees behind the counter are super friendly. If you're not picky with chicken and are in the mood for a sandwich, this is a good try. read more

Never have I been so insulted by a fast food restaurant. We placed our order over the phone for pick up and when we got home the sub was not made Mikes Way, it was missing the lettuce and tomatoes. We phoned back and Ali the owner made it and accused us of lying and that we were just trying to get a free sandwich. He then proceeded to call us Romany multiple times, which looking up online is a lying gypsy. It was the oddest call we've ever experienced...we strongly believe the owner Ali is on drugs or something to behave in such an outrageous way. Stay away from this place! read more

Wow! I will be coming back here often! I stopped in today for lunch after my car decided to overheat and I needed to give it time to cool down before taking it somewhere. The guys making my sandwich asked how the day was going and were so nice just shooting the breeze. I went to pay and they said "sorry about your car" and comped the meal.
