The parking situation is hit or miss dependent on the amount of traffic for the neighboring retail spaces, including Starbucks, a dentist, and a nail bar. The times I've been really make me question why I want to put up with this location. Unfortunately, 5 out of the last 7 visits have been very lacking in service and quality of food. When I place an order in app for pick up at a certain time, I want to be able to pick it up around that time or pretty close to it, especially since it is not a large order or something that would require a much longer time to prep. The sandwiches are almost never made until you get there, which beats the purpose for my order ahead. The staff have not acknowledged my presence upon entering the sub shop nor looked up once to see how many people have stepped in. I typically only see 2 persons working, one cooking on the grill and the other building the sub and wrapping it up. Having 6 to 8 customers in shop waiting for their orders isn't a good look. If this shop is consistently understaffed, I could see why the staff members are tired and not wanting to interact with their customers, being overworked and burnt out. I get it...but it's not alright if you want that constant consumer flow but less staff so the company can save money... because this is what turns people off. Waiting 25 minutes plus for a small order of one to two subs without staff informing you of the estimated wait isn't really acceptable. The quality of the meat and bread have also been abysmal, which deters me from returning to this shop in the future. If I really want my Jersey Mike's, I'll be going to another shop a few more miles away instead.

We brought the sandwich back in for them to remake it and the employee started screaming that they can't read minds and began to start trying to kick us out the store because of their mistake. She kept escalating the situation and yelling about refusing service and calling the police because "she can". She finally refunded the sandwich and said she's going to make sure we can never come back to the location, as if we would ever want to go there again. They didn't have name tags so I couldn't get her name but she posed for a picture for me, after she took ours and said she was going to put it in the back so everyone knows to refuse served to us if we ever come back.
