I couldn't find anything wrong with this location. This place checks all the boxes - spotless cleanliness, a welcoming and accommodating staff, and fast, hot dishes. What more could you ask for? The experience was so good that I couldn't resist ordering another meal to-go after finishing my first one in-house. To top it off, the person who took my second order generously extended a "first responder" discount upon spotting my scrubs. I'll take what I can get! read more

I'm giving a one star because honestly I'm so tired of them getting my and my family's order wrong. So here's the thing. Food is great no complaints there. Without a doubt they get your order wrong if you have more then one meal through the drive through... Idk if this happens to others but dang it's annoying. Not to mention I'm allergic sesame seeds (the oil is fine I'm not going to die I just can't have multiple of the seeds.) and if someone asks for no on something it doesn't just mean they don't like it, it could mean they literally can't have it. I also don't eat much gluten so I ask for the naked bird and extra fries. 7 out of 10 I get the bread in my box.... Their is always a mess up with the tea and drinks. Unsweetened tea always become sweet tea Half lemonade, half tea becomes all tea. The last two times alone they got it wrong. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for multiple years since they opened years ago. My parents have complained and yeah the free meals from complaining are nice but like come on PLEASE just fix the problem. My family has gotten a lot of free meals these last few years from complaining but nothing ever changes. The last two weeks or so I've gotten canes and it's been wrong both times. Just know if you are going to the Bellevue canes you are 60/40 chance you are going back inside to fix your order or you are sucking it up and eating something you didn't order because you are tired of them getting it wrong and just want to eat. I will say the safe is great just whoever puts the orders together don't double check. read more

the person taking the order was very confused and kept messing up our order we had her repeat our order thrice to make sure it was right. we went and got two caniacs , a box combo and a kids meal. We asked for no slaw extra toasts and two extra canes sauces we didn't get our sauces but we were charged. We got FOUR slaws instead of FOUR toasts. Judging by the amount of traffic on this newly opened restaurant...you can tell that the people and the City of Bellevue haven't been this excited in a fast food chain opening since a Chic-fil-A opened years ago. The seating area is not very big, but they so offer outside/patio seating that will accommodate more folks when the weather is more tolerable. If you like chicken strips...this is a place for you. The cane sauce is good, and most folks would argue that it's worth the extra cost. I just think that it's OK. read more

Who could go wrong with Raising Cane's? The food is very good, prices are reasonable, and they have a loyalty rewards program. Unfortunately, I have gone through numerous rewards cards and the cashier's can never get them to scan (same with mobile app). During my last visit, I attempted to receive a rewards card at the first window after payment. The cashier acted is if he has no knowledge of a loyalty program, and referred me to the next window. All in all, good food, always friendly/speedy service. read more

Stopped by Raising Cane's a number of times over the last few weeks. If you don't want chicken fingers, don't come here. The menu is limited. Chicken fingers are decent , but I prefer Chick Fil A more. Fries are seasoned and decent as well as the coleslaw and Texas toast. Service is pretty quick. Decent prices. Favorite part of this restaurant is the sweet tea. Always fresh tasting and delicious. I've stopped here 2-3 times just to get the sweet tea. read more

We don't get here often. Tonight, there was a line at the drive-thru, but we were there at a 6PM rush hour. It still was not too long for us. We got a smile at the pick-up window along with a thank you. Our food was hot and tasted great. The drinks were nice and cold. I don't get the lower score this location has. We like going as there are no issues with food or service. If they were closer to us, we'd be eating there quite a bit more. Anyway, in this class of food places, we have no problem giving them a well earned "5". Good job folks. read more

My girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant excited to sit down and eat but unfortunately we were not helped by anyone. 3 different people at the front counter failed to greet or even acknowledge us. Two of them were on their phone and the other doing something on the screen without making any comment to us. Both my girlfriend and I work in food service/customer service so we are always being considerate of places when things aren't great because we know the struggles. What looked like a manager even walked through the dining room and past the front counter just singing whatever song was playing over their speakers. He did not even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there without being helped. The restaurant was not even busy so we ended up leaving after about 3 or 4 minutes of waiting for someone to simply say we will be with you in one minute. read more

Its nice to have another food option in Bellevue; and being from the south, Raising Canes' cajun southern roots are more than welcome to grow here. The drive thru service was somewhat slower than others but it's to be expected with a new place working out the kinks. The menu is super basic which means they do lightly breaded, tender, fried chicken tenders, crinkle fries, and Canes sauce well. It's still fast food but the it sure hit the spot on a chilly Saturday afternoon. Also for those of you who identify with the cult following that is crushed ice...you wont be disappointed. read more

The food is always what you expect from Canes. Pretty easy to get right. You get what you pay for and if you've been to one you have been to them all. Where the road bends on this location is the inconsistency of the staffs behavior. I'm a Native of Southeast Louisiana and have been eating at and excited to go to Canes my entire life. This location suffers from a problem that none of the Louisiana locations have, staff that don't care and make it their business to invoke their poor attitude on your interaction. The quality of my interactions has always been sub par at best and flat out set the tone for Canes in Nebraska. Who knows, maybe next time they'll get it right. If my thoughts on this may seem out of touch it's possible, but Louisiana businesses often have sloppy and lousy service and canes always got it right. Standard Raising Cane's. New and friendly staff as expected by this Chain. Great addition to the restaurant scene in the area.

The chicken is bland and overpriced. All they have is white meat fried chicken fingers (we like dark meat). No discount for a box of chicken only, so we bought the 6 piece Caniac dinner & split for two. They traded the toast for a second coleslaw. Fries were limp & under cooked. Wife hated the Cane sauce (sort of like thousand island dressing). Chicken is dry & bland without sauce. Coleslaw was OK but not enough dressing, it was the best part. We recommend grocery store chicken over Cane's. read more

This Raising Cane's is personally my favorite one. The service here is always fast, and the chicken is always hot and ready. Even when the line is long, the line goes by pretty fast and before you know it you're by the drive-thru window getting your food already. I also have a dog that accompanies me on a lot of my car rides so a lot of times when the employees see my dog they want to give him a dog treat which my dog happens to love. The chicken here is always good; never had any problems with their quality ever. So far this is the best Raising Cane's I've been to. read more

This Raising canes is probably the rudest most unprofessional of all the Canes in the Omaha metro area. This time got unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet and had to ask them for lemon when I ordered it with lemon. Even though they were wrong no apology or Thank you. I am writing a review because of the honesty of the staff that works at Raising Canes. We were driving from Kansas City to Sioux Falls SD and we decided to swing into Belleview to get some chicken. We arrived in Sioux Falls later that evening and I discovered that I had left my purse in Omaha. We could not reach them that night - so I had to get a hold of them the next day. I reached the manager and they reviewed their cameras and discovered where the purse was put and had it shipped to me. The chicken fingers didn't make a very tasty sandwich...I was expecting a chicken breast, minimum, but nope everything is a chicken finger as noted in the name. There was no seasoning that I could detect. It was honestly the worst fast food meal I've ever had. The staff was nice and polite, the inside was very clean and well decorated. Just don't expect a KFC taste, chick fillet, Popeyes or any other similar type fast food joints. I was sorely disappointed and with a chick filet just down the street, I don't expect this place to stay open much longer. read more
