I had to run into the office today, so the team naturally decided it was brunch o'clock. We landed at First Watch in Bellevue, and let me say, it did not disappoint. The vibe inside is warm and inviting, with open seating and that cozy farmhouse feel. Think of bright natural light, rustic touches, and a layout that makes you feel at home without being cramped. We were seated immediately and welcomed by Wendy, a ray of sunshine. She had us smiling before the menus even hit the table. We started with drinks--some coffee, water, sweet tea, and a glorious Coke Zero. You read that right. It is officially a Coke Zero establishment, and my heart is happy. I went with the Tri-Fecta: scrambled eggs, bacon, and the carrot cake pecan pancake. That pancake deserves its own fan club. My coworkers ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich with salad greens and lemon vinaigrette and the Bacado omelet with potatoes and a side of salad greens. We were clearly trying to balance the indulgence with some greens, and it worked out perfectly. The food came out quickly; everything was hot and fresh, and honestly, it looked ready for a photo shoot. Taste-wise? Even better. Every bite was delicious, and Wendy kept the good vibes going with drink refills, to-go cups, and menu recommendations like a true pro. Another thing worth mentioning is that they have a scan-to-pay option on the receipt. No waiting, no awkward back-and-forth. Just a quick scan, and you're done. Will I be back next time I'm in Bellevue? Absolutely. Wendy, save me a seat and a pancake!

Quaint brunch spot! I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and cozy brunch foods. I love that everything on the menu has a unique twist on classic cafe meals. Nothing is basic! My power breakfast quinoa bowl was filling and hearty. I ordered a side of gluten free toast and was a little disappointed to only get one slice of un-buttered toast. But for gluten free bread- it was pretty tasty, and the jam helped. The service was quick and I'm glad they let you know that you pay at the counter when you are done.

Great start to the brunch date with friends - Server asks "care for a carafe of coffee," we're all immediately answering "yes." Options for French vanilla creamer, sugar, sugar alternatives (Splenda). It set the tone for a great brunch! Ordered the farmhouse hash, which is a beautiful collaboration of over-hard eggs, avocado slices, bacon topping some crispy tasty seasoned potatoes! I ordered a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, which actually changed my life with how delicious and sweet it was! Love this location, would 100% go get brunch here again!

Food was so delicious we forgot to take a picture..loved the atmosphere..the server was "Lexi"and she was wonderful! I had the Market place potato skillet...lots of veggies and goat cheese with eggs over easy on top! We drank a couple pitchers of coffee too...loved the food!

First Watch. Good ole reliable. Our favorite breakfast spot in Bellevue for carry out or dine in, the foods always great, orders correct and the service is fast and helpful. We tend to get the same items over and over but sometimes we venture out of our normal and try something new, and it's always fabulous too. The Bellevue location has complimentary parking in the lot out front. Prices are reasonable for the portions, and they have a seasonal menu that changes often always offering a new variety! They have multiple locations, all have the same ambience and style of decor. All have been very clean!

I came here with a large group, around 10 people. Usually when that happens, there is always potential for long waits for food, someone waiting longer than everyone else to get their order, waiting forever for checks, etc. We had a reservation and zero issues. Great service, food all came out as ordered in a timely manner and our individual checks (sorry) were all correct. Great breakfast sandwich too! Solid spot for breakfast and tons of options, would return.

This place is so cute! The service is amazing and I love their holiday menu! The chickichanga is my new favorite dish for breakfast because the sauce and chicken are amazing in it! This was my second time here and I'm absolutely going to be coming around more often.

SUCH A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST SPOT!!! I was traveling through Omaha and found this First Watch location and it was DELICIOUS! The Services was quick and friendly and super helpful. The Place was so clean and cute - such great morning vibes to inspire you for the rest of the day. We ordered the veggie omelette, blueberry pancakes, morning hash, orange juice, and coffee. It was delicious!!! Get the pancake - it's unique and crispy

My friend and I ordered to-go from here. Our food was ready at the exact time I requested. Our food was packed nicely and with everything we ordered. My avocado toast was delicious - packed mile high with fresh avocado! The scrambled eggs were fluffy and seasoned perfectly. I can't wait to eat in the restaurant for table side service!

Portions are generous enough that you're basically getting two meals out of it. There are plenty of places to get brunch in the metro, but Early Bird is consistently good. Though let's be honest...after eating a pancake the size of a baby...you will not be accomplishing anything athletic for the next four hours, but spiritually you're thriving.

The server was quick with drink orders and menus. We got coffee for the table with a side of cream for me. The coffee tasted fresh and hot. I ordered from their seasonal menu and decided to try the maple bacon bird tart. So worth the extra calories! The filling was very rich and sweet so I was happy with one piece, but it was totally delicious. I especially loved the bacon crumbled on top. For my main dish I had the carnivore hash, also from the seasonal menu. This came out as a huge serving so I ended up taking 70% home. I got the sourdough toast and it was buttery, crispy, and perfectly complemented the hearty hash. Overall a great start to the morning. I love all the natural light in this location and it's conveniently located near lots of shops for errands after brunch. I would totally recommend this place for really solid breakfast and some unique menu items as well!

My husband is a much harsher critic than I am, and he gave it a "rare 5.5 out of 5." The pancakes were some of the fluffiest I've ever had. They also have a great selection of coffee flavors to choose from, which was a fun bonus. The coffee paired perfectly with breakfast, though I probably wouldn't come here just for the coffee alone. The flavor was good but it did have a slight burnt taste. A quick note: you order at the counter before sitting down. It's a mix of self-serve and sit-down service. You order at the counter, grab your own silverware, and seat yourself, but they bring your food and drinks out to you (other than water). I do wish they were a bit more attentive about clearing finished plates during the meal. The restaurant was so busy that the line was out the door when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast. I was worried we wouldn't find a table, yet there were plenty of open seats available. The atmosphere is also really nice and cozy, making it a great spot to start your day.

The woman working the front register seemed to be having a day, but as soon as my social butterfly of a child started being silly, the woman became a lot more friendly. After we ordered, we got a handheld order indicator and placed it on our chosen table. I got the churro French toast, my husband the breakfast sandwich with crispy potato's on the side, and then we ordered a side of bacon. French toast was fun. Crispy and crunchy, good with and without syrup. It had 3 triangles and it was easily shareable, but I understand if you don't want to haha. The breakfast sandwich was dense. We were surprised at how heavy it actually was. My husband said he liked the sage taste throughout the sausage, and he liked the aioli they had on it as well. The crispy potatos were different. Not bad, but lots of fried skin instead of actual potato. Bacon was good minus one obviously burnt piece that we asked the bar attendant if there was a way to fix it. She went to drop off someone's drink and came back with one properly cooked piece. She was wonderful. Overall, we'd come back, and we'd bring our friends

We had gone to "Good Lookin, and there was a line out the door. My wife had notice this place when we drove by on the way there. Decided to give it a try. Like I said got there at noon and wanted brunch. I ordered English Black Breakfast Tea said to be "Premium Loose Leaf Tea", Wife ordered a latte, both $6 each. For a cup of tea and a latte that appeared to come out of a Kureg machine. I could tell because the tea came premade. Not hot water and a teabag, a half filled mug, no spoon, tasted bitter like it was run through a Kureg after a cup of coffee without rinsing the machine out. There is a sign in the dining room, "From our kitchen Homemade to your Table". Which was funny because I don't consider Cysco Homemade. The hashbrowns tasted like dehydrated boxed hashbrowns that were rehydrated and put on a flat top. They were overcooked, hard crunchy, not in a good way. I had the Chicken fried steak, gravy, and scrambled eggs. It had no seasoning to speak of. I asked for a biscuit and a cup of gravy added. The biscuit appeared to be a food service biscuit, not made there. Okay, but. I had an orange juice. Tasted like it was out of a bottle. My wife had the Acapulco Bene, the poached eggs were good, the Chirizo sausage looked like the patties out of an MRE, not fresh, or anything special, the english muffin it was all on was out of a bag. Again nothing special. She also had an order of pancakes. Again, nothing special, they were fluffy, and large, but just okay. The ticket was $71 for two, with some extras, $85 with tip. If you like food that is nothing super special for a moderately overpriced tab, go here. There many other good breakfast places in town. Not recommended, but I left with a full tummy, and i did not die. So win, but not won't be going back.
