Food is great service excellent but bathrooms don't have locks. What if a lady was using it and someone used the code to get in? Maybe I am blind but couldn't find a lock.

Out and about on errands, we needed a snack and stopped in to share a 3 finger combo. This wasn't our first time at a Cane's but it was our first to this particular location. Staff were attentive and friendly from the time we entered the door. The restaurant was tidy and in order. The food - consistently tasty! Now we don't have to travel out of state to enjoy these chicken fingers. Thanks for opening locations around the Bay Area and keep up the good work!

Late night snack that always hits the spot. Don't forget to ask for your bread buttered on both sides and to substitute the coleslaw with extra bread or fries if you don't find yourself a fan of the slaw! This franchise location was very kind, and you can expect great service here!

I don't quite understand the fascination with Raising Canes. The chicken tenders are good, but I wouldn't go out of the way for it. Batter on the chicken tenders is a little sweet and love the Texas toast on the side. This location gets crowded and there were a lot of high school students here for a Saturday dinner

I haven't been here in months, this is how it went this time: Parking lots in the area were almost full. Inside the restaurant was a modesty lit atmosphere that works for what they are trying to achieve, but still a bit messy on the inside. The service was kind and friendly but took a little a little while to fill our orders. The food was the same as before , (Fries were worm but old- the bread was not completely toasted and the Chicken fingers were Soft and Not Crispy) , But what l did Notice was that the dishes that were Served inside Looked better than the ToGo orders . So for me my Bottom Line stands; they are Not up to the Owners Standards.

Chicken fingers loaded with oil making it soggy and not crispy

Being in the bay area, there are a lot of fried chicken places clean Korean fried chicken and Asian fried chicken fast food establishments. Thought we'd give this national chain a try, however it is not quite up to the raves and reputation we've heard from friends in other areas of the country and locally . Chicken fingers are not crispy and that maybe partly due to the amount of oil that's left over after the frying. They were certainly busy as we came here on a Saturday night. Wonder if it would be better on any less busy day of the week or in the middle of the day. Cane sauce was interesting but nothing that tintillated the taste buds. French fries are standard fare, similar to what we make at home. Cole slaw is a nice touch but we are generally nice fans of coleslaw. The Texas toast also was interesting. For more tasty and a spicy version of fried chicken, we definitely are happy that there is a closer place to us in San Mateo called Macho Burgers!

Was in the area and tried Raising Cane for the first time. The chicken fingers were kinda in between a crunchy and a softer exterior. Certain parts were crunchy and certain parts have no crunch. Every piece was juicy and delicious. I could eat the finger as is but their sauce really make it so much better. I got the combo with fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. Fries and coleslaw were nothing to write home about but the toast was buttery and despite me not wanting to, I somehow ended up finishing the whole thing! This fast food place is definitely worth a visit.

I've only had Raising Cane's one other time but the experience wasn't a good one. I was told I have to give it another try and to eat the tenders as soon as they are served. Since we were in the area, hubby and I picked up a 4-pc tender combo to share. The experience was completely different while hot. The chicken was tender, crispy and moist. It was incredibly yummy with the cane sauce. The crinkle fries although crispy and hot were a bit too salty. The cole slaw and Texas toast were nice accompaniments with the chicken. We went through the drive-thru and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and the employees were fast and the efficient. I'm not a big fast food fan but good to add another fast food option to my list during those rare occasions I want something quick and unhealthy.

I tried Raising Cane's several years ago and was disappointed by the hype and never came back. But I think once I got over its overratedness and gave it another chance, it's decently good, just not THAT GOOD. I now enjoy it from time to time to rotate along Wingstop and Jollibee just so I don't get sick of those two. The sauce is definitely a must cos the chicken alone is boring. Service is just as you would expect from any fast food.

Date: Friday, April 25th, 2025 Time: around 11:45pm Picked Up: via Drive Thru 3 Finger Combo ($12.29) *AP ($0.30) *XT Crispy Fry A friend and I decided to try the fried chicken and caviar trend. Came by Raising Canes to grab some chicken strips. The wait wasn't too bad. Drive thru went pretty quickly. I didn't place the order, nor am I familiar with RC's menu much, but I think the AP up top means Arnold Palmer? I didn't try the drink. Since RC is a chicken shop, obviously their chicken is better than most fast food places. The chicken fingers were good. The meat still moist and the batter crispy. But I found the pieces kinda small. The fries were fine. Glad we ordered them extra crispy as they probably would have been floppy otherwise. The sauce is good, tho I like variety so having just one dipping sauce for me is kinda boring. Glad I was able to try. Tho I like getting more than chicken and sides when I have a meal. When grabbing fast food, would probably go somewhere else for more variety. REVIEW #3759

Caniac combo - no slaw extra toast
    Katie R.

As a LSU grad, canes is life. I've eaten an unholy amount of canes in my life and I'm absolutely okay with that. When I heard another one was opening up in the Bay, and this time in an area I actually happen to be near pretty often, I knew it was time that I was reunited with this college staple. This location has a pretty big dining room, some outdoor seating, and a two lane drive through, all of which were filled up on the gloomy Saturday we stopped in - yes, even the outdoor seating! When I saw the menu my jaw dropped, granted it's been a while since I graduated so I'm not sure what the current prices are at the OG Canes, but the prices here were about double what I was used to. Of course this is California and not Louisiana, but it's still fast food and I was shocked. My boyfriend and I decided to get the caniac combo to share - no slaw extra toast (of course), and it ended up being enough food for the two of us. I wasn't starving, so if you are I'd go with the box and not a 3 piece. Overall everything was good, but not quite as good as I've had from other locations. The chicken is nice and tender, which has always been my favorite thing about canes. The first tender I had wasn't as good/tender as I remembered, but the other two were pretty close.

I actually really really really like their lemonade and iced tea. I feel like a lemonade snob because I can't satnd minute maid or packet stuff. Raising Cane's lemonade is da bomb. That's probably why they keep it behind the counter so you can't get free refills because I would empty that out. Okay, the chicken I had was fresh. I went at an off time, so I have noticed during busy times, forget about service or freshness. They seem understaffed. So the one time (been just stopping by for lemonade here and there) when I did have their chicken I really liked their honey mustard sauce as well. So between the chicken here or Starbird, I would choose Raising Cane every time. But, I get it, it's fast food and when done wrong, meaning cold chicken or long lines, then yeah, I can see why they would get 2 stars.

On Saturday June 07,2025 At The End Of Our Work Shift In SFO We Dicided To Dine @ Cane's In Colma As It Was My First Time Experience To Dine Here. Have Decided To Order The Box With (6) Sux Chicken Fingers, With Fries, Coleslow, Galic Bread & Dipping Sauce Food Portion Was Good, The Chicken Fingers Are Crispy outside but soft and juicy inside, the dipping sauce was savory and The Coleslow was fresh & sweet and the garlic bread is seasoned good, Fries are crispy and The Sweet Tea is so refreshing. As I Admired The Fixture and interior of the store is amazingly great,

Ordering is super easy since everything is done through a kiosk, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. I ordered the original Korean fresh corn dog with a few sauces, and it was really good. I didn't realize the sauces would be added directly onto the corn dog rather than served on the side, so the flavor combo I picked didn't quite work together the way I expected. That said, it was still tasty overall and not a deal-breaker. I also got the sweet chili K-popcorn chicken, which was juicy, flavorful, and probably my favorite item. Overall, it's a solid spot to grab a quick snack. My only wish is that there was an option at the kiosk to request sauces on the side, which would make customizing orders a lot easier.

We ordered a seafood jjamppong and and a jajang mein. Both came out quite quickly, and the portion sizes seemed pretty good for the price. However, it felt like they skimped a little on the proteins, and the flavors were not as good as other Korean places I've had. The jjamppong had a good amount of spice, but it felt like we were just eating noodles with minimal seafood. The soup was a little bland and the overall flavor profile was not to my expectations. The Jajang Mein was also weird in a way that it wasn't Chinese or Korean, but a worse of both worlds. There were only a few slices of cucumber which made the entire dish heavy. There was seafood which was a little weird, and the pork they gave was surprisingly little compared to the amount of sauce. Safe to say that no dishes were finished due to the carb to protein ratio. Aside from the location and the perk of being locally owned, I believe HMart just down the street has a better flavor profile and experience, I cannot comment on their other dishes, but would recommend people ordering 1 noodle dish per 2 people, as they use the same noodles for everything, and to prevent the carb overload. Maybe their other dishes are more redeeming in quality and flavor, but I do not see myself coming back.
