They are also very welcoming to their customers (I stopped back a few days later and was welcomed). As for the food, the chicken was very good. I had the chicken fingers of course. I am giving them 2 stars. I wasn't a big fan. I especially wasn't a fan of the sauce. I'm not sure what the hype is about this chain. I would much rather go to the mall and eat Chick-Fil-A. I do like how they greet you. The sweet tea is just ok. I'm sure they will stay in business because of location but I will never go back. Not good at all. The fries weren't good either. Okay. Came back to try it again. Going down to one stars. This time we didn't get the welcome to canes greeting it was just how can I help you today. Then the girl forgot to give us our card back. We ended up calling and the man says yes we have it. We went through Drive Through so the girl should have given it back. She didn't and when she gave us the food she said thanks and bye. We rushed off. The man who helped us on the phone didn't apologize. When I told him we would be back later since we live on the opposite end of town, he says great it will be here. Well of course it will be, how about a sorry. How about apologizing for your employees lack of returning our card. Ok so service was worse than before. Let's get to the food.... There is no taste to the chicken. You literally have to put sauce on it to get it edible. The fries yeah no, I can make fries like this at home. Nothing special. The cole slaw was not tasty. Never tried it, gross. I'll take churches coles slaw before this. Gross gross and gross. My husband was with me today and agrees, there is nothing special with this chain. Winner winner chicken dinner! Why do people complain about Cane's when you can always count on the deliciously crispy freshly fried chicken fingers? Whatever that heavenly batter is made of, it goes perfectly with an ice cold sweet tea! I am not a huge fan of Cane's sauce alone, but I always ask for Louisiana sauce and mix them together to create a spicier dip. I used to eat Whataburger chicken strips allllll the time. But once I saw them dump a ton of frozen strips out of a giant plastic bag into the fryer, I realized why their breading was always so crumbly instead of crunchy. Cane's never fails to let me down! No, it's not the best chicken I've ever had, but at least it is FRESH and tastes awesome. When you have a craving for it, even just the kids combo with two strips can really hit the spot. read more

Decided to try out the new spot. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. The service was great, one girl even came to ask if we wanted our drinks refilled and took away our trash. The wait wasn't too long and we went during the typical lunch rush. The place is small and cozy and there are little tables to eat outside if the weather is nice. All that said, the food really isnt anything to rave about. We had the chicken fingers with fries. The chicken was nice and juicy but didnt have any exceptional seasoning. The fries were hot and crispy. The sauce they give you is pretty good, a secret recipe I'm sure. It wasnt a bad experience at all, but there wasn't anything special about this place that would make me put it on my Top 10 list other than the customer service. Where I'm from, we don't have a Raising Cane's, but we have something very similar that everyone loves. I've heard so many times that it was a lesser version of this place but I couldn't believe that it would be better. I'm here to say this is 100x better and idk how I've lived 24 years of my life without trying it. First thought that came to mind for this spot. FRESH! Not just cuz of the newly opened location but you can definitely taste how fresh everything is here. Their chicken fingers, texas toast, fries, cole slaw, and lemonade are so delicious and light tasting. Could definitely use a dash more of flavoring to the breading of the chicken but the flavor of the chicken is so good and the breading so flakey, you wont mind at all. Plus they got this great Cane's sauce which reminds me of a cajun ranch dressing which just really kicks butt! Sadly for those loyal buttermilk ranch fans out there, theres not one ranch dip in sight. You are forewarned! The place is also half the size of the other one off zaragoza so good luck during lunch rush hour. Luckily there were some nice gents who noticed us looking around and told us they were fixin to leave and we can grab it. And there were only 2 other tables outside. Also, perhaps my perception is a bit off but i recently had lunch at the other Canes earlier this week (dont judge me! Lol) and it would seem like their portions are smaller too. The chicken fingers just seemed thinner and the amount of fries seemed less. We were still happy enough with our meals and felt full. I may even get a side of their texas toast to go, for just 79cents! So if you wanna try it without the rush, either come really early or later than the rush hour or if possible, on a weekday. I love raising canes, this is my first time trying one. I love the fact that it's a little bit over a mile from my house. The menu may be small, but the taste is big! Their sauce is amazing. Chicken is always fresh. And I am usually in and out in about 4 minutes. read more

This place always has a line around the building. It moved fairly quickly. The food was fresh and hot and satisfying. For those who are not familiar they only do Chicken Tender meals. If you come here looking for a burger you just wasted your time in line. My only complaint is that if you wait in line that long that the sweet tea and lemonade need to be as good as the food. Both of their specialty beverages were very watered down and I got lite ice. read more

I attended the "grand opening" with my family and they definitely lived up to my expectations when it comes to chicken fingers. I have been to other Raising Canes locations, and have always had fresh food, but this particular visit was even better because the employees were very courteous and welcoming. We ordered the tailgate which is 25 chicken fingers, I can't remember how many sides of fries and how much Texas toast we ordered but it was enough to feed two adults, two teens and a toddler. The sweet tea is really good and we got plenty of that with our meal. All the food was really hot and perfectly prepared. I swear I won't eat chicken fingers from anywhere else ever again. (Except maybe chick fil-a). THE CANES SAUCE. YOU GUYS. THE CANES SAUCE. YES I AM YELLING. I NEED TO SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOF TOPS. What is in it?! Someone please tell me!!! I LOVE IT AND I COULD EAT IT EVERY DAY ON EVERYTHING. ON EGGS, ON ICE CREAM, ON PANCAKES, ON FRENCH FRIES. EAT. THE. CANES. SAUCE. Sorry about that. Anyways...... I came through the drive thru at this restaurant on 28 Feb at 1:27 PM. I order a 3 piece meal with an Arnold Palmer. The chicken was great. However, the fries were old and I did not receive the correct drink. Instead, I received a unsweet tea. Went through drive through and had the rudest girl run out my five meals. When I asked where the extra stuff I had ordered was she replied with a wave of her hands and said "it'll be somewhere in one of those boxes". I arrived to my destination and found no extra sauces or the bread I had ordered and paid for. I called to speak with the manager and the little boy who answered the phone stated he was the manager. When I told him the issue he asked if I could go back? I told him no and while I was asking for a refund he rudely interrupted stating he could not refund my whole order. I told him I did not except that. All I wanted was a refund of the extra product I was charged for and did not receive. He said he could not do that unless I supplied the CC. He wanted to have my I go to "mail" me two coupons for a free meal - I know how that doesn't work! It had been years since I had tried this place and now I know why! Price is good value and the strips are just right .. loved it . Will recommend this place instead of any other location that serves strips . Just left this location and the service was marvelous! Curbside and drive thru only, we were unable to do either since we were pulling a trailer. I should preemptively say that building the hype about a place can ruin the visit. I wanted to blame that concept on why I was so displeased with Raising Cane's but I just can't. It's just bad food. The location is choice as its wedged between two malls and a busy intersection so they're sure to get their business but the place is just average at best. The theme revolves around chicken fingers, fries, and their sauce...all of which are just alright. There was a subway style restaurant at a college a worked at in Corpus Christi that served the chipotle menu (bowls. Burritos. Tacos) plus chicken strip baskets. They came with this Ancho chipotle sauce that RC reminded me of but it just wasn't as good. My problem with the restaurant is that it's college campus food masked as something to not pass up. I hope they thrive but it won't be with my business. read more

Laughed a little when I saw that chicken fingers are the only thing on the menu... I thought to myself "they better be the best damn chicken fingers I have ever had" and suprisingly they were! Drive through workers were friendly (11 oclock at night) and the Homemade Cane's sauce was unbelievable!!! The chicken fingers were fresh and RIDICULOUSLY delicious.
