I made an online order on Sunday night, with a pick up time of 8:55. I got to the restaurant around 9:05 and noticed that it looked like they were closing down. I drove up to the drive thru window to see if they had my order or what was going on. One employee just looked at me and turned away. The other employee's started mouthing that they were closed and showing me an X with their arms. I asked how I can I can a refund and they just made the phone symbol with their hands. Not once did any of them come to the window to talk to me and I saw at least 5 employees there. I wrote to the corporate office twice. One with my phone number and the other with my email, asking for someone to reach out to me. I never heard from anyone, just an email that I was getting a full refund (after I had to call the corporate office twice, since the store kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I use to love going to Canes, but after this experience, I will think twice before I go. Very disappointing. read more

They just opened this week and already they are super crowded! The store is slightly hard to get to and you basically drive around the store twice to get in the drive thru line and then to leave. They have parking spots all around the store and another small strip behind the store's back parking lot. Though the lines are long, it goes pretty fast. Unfortunately this is the closest Cane's to my home - this is the worst RC's I've ever been to. Constantly missing chicken, fries are ALWAYS old and soggy. This is one of the best Raising Canes establishments I have ever been to! Super friendly and chill vibes all around. Some of the employees even know my name and that is just the best customer service ever. The food is never cold and the bread is always soft. Every Wednesday night around 7, me and a bunch of friends go and eat here and we find are selves talking and sipping on sweet tea for hours. Truly a great place to be! read more

Now, I haven't been to one in a few months, but the chicken pieces seem significantly smaller than the last time I was here? And there's never enough fries! Good thing that sauce is so good, brings tears to my eyes. The employees at this location are always very friendly, and I've only had an order mix up once out of about 8? visits which they corrected without hesitation when I went back through the drive thru. If I could give 0 stars I would. Last night went to Canes & placed an order, the lid on my L drink wasn't on all the way & when handed down into my car a large portion of the drink spilt on my white shirt. Sure, accidents happen understandable but no help was offered not even napkins, I get home to find my order wrong. I called & talked to Mariah who was super helpful & told me to come back the next day & they'll remake the order the right way. The following day comes & I tell them I spoke to Mariah & my name. I was told they don't have a Mariah? So they woman initially helping me left w/o saying anything & brought back a man approached the window asking what I need. I told him the exact same thing & he had such an attitude & was not friendly nor did he make me feel like their mistake was worth the drive back up there. The icing on the cake: I was told to pull around the front & wait which I don't mind, I get my food & now there is ZERO sauces in the box. Now isn't one sauce customary to everyone's order?? How petty... so I pull around again to ask for the missing sauces. All in all... wtf kind of service is that?? Canes has been my fav restaurant since they opened & I have NEVER had a problem. Disappointing to say the least that the first problem I had was all of this shit show. I really don't understand how this happens when you only have ONE item in the menu. Then I got my order and it was wrong!
