This company's gift cards are a complete scam. They will sell you gift cards all day long, but when the time comes for you to use them, they either can't figure out how to work them or they will straight up tell you they are declined. I've had this happen with multiple brand new gift cards. This is fraud and they need to be reported to the BBB. read more

I would like the manager to know at this establishment I came there on Sunday afternoon, today and got five kids meals and every one of them had about 20 french fries in them and for almost 7 dollars for each meal when it used to be 5 is insanity!! I can understand the economy is bad but the service of your food has gone extremely downhill. My wife and I went here for dinner on Friday July 14th. We have been here a couple of times through the years but was never really very impressed but I kept seeing the great reviews on line so we decided to try it again. We ordered the 3 piece box and the 4 piece box both with lemonades. The lemonade was OK but no where near as good as McAlisters deli lemonade. The chicken fingers were bland tasting with little flavor, 2 of my chicken fingers were good but the other 2 were dry and tough to chew. My wife's comment was that the chicken fingers tasted like flour with no seasoning at all. The fries were passable but the coleslaw and the dipping sauce was very good. Overall a so so experience not worth the $22.05 that the meal cost us. We will not be back as there are better chicken tender/finger based restaurants available locally. read more

The service and location presentation are both good whenever I stop by, but I've experienced a pretty alarming pattern with this location. For about the last couple of months I've gotten food here maybe 6 times, and every single time I've gotten bad stomach problems/diarrhea about 30 minutes after finishing my food. It's hard to deny the pattern at this point, I'm not sure if they have new kitchen staff that doesn't operate according to health standards or if it's a new supplier issue, but all I can say at this point is that this location has given me consistent food poisoning. read more

So there I was, driving on a loansome spring night. The golden hew of the canes LED sign blessed my eyes as my stomach grumbled. I think to myself, 'maybe some nice warm crispy chicken will help me get over the recent divorce and lengthy custody battle with my wife of two months' But oh how wrong I was. As I pulled up to the drive-through, I was welcomed by laughing, snorting, and then a loud scream that pierced through me and shook my soul. As I sat there frazzled, a monotone teenagers voice came through the loudspeaker and said to me "welcome to canes what can I get you Homie". I said without hesitance "get me the four finger combo". One thing led to another and there I was, at the window about to receive my meal. One of the workers asked me if I wanted ketchup and I declined. Minutes past, and another worker walked over to the window and asked me if I wanted ketchup, yet, I declined once more. Furthermore, as time moved on, another worker walked up to the window and asked me if I want ketchup. I finally had to give in because three times is a charm. I received my meal and drove away as their laughter continued along with their screaming. I arrived at my home (yes I live in the country club on the golf course), I open the bag and saw that they didn't supply me with the ketchup that they so desperately wanted me to have. Even worse, I realized that they gave me a kids meal with no cane sauce. As tears begin to well up in my eyes, I can only think about how the world is out to get me. First it was my wife of two months leaving me for Hank because he had a better Jeep Wrangler than me. Now it's me being laughed and screamed at by the canes employees and they completely got my order wrong. So now, I'm sitting in darkness with tears in my eyes, thinking what I have done with my life to deserve this. But for some reason they gave me coleslaw. Whatever you do, do not go to the Raising Cane's in Mansfield off 157. A large order (about $100 worth) was placed several hours before it was needed. The order was not ready on the agreed upon time - they had not even begun working on it. The girl at the front didn't greet anyone as they walked in and didn't acknowledge me for about three minutes. She then had me repeat my order to her because they could not find the original paper. The receipt paper was out and she refused to replace it. She refused to give me a receipt. I waited 20 minutes after the scheduled time. They refused to let me speak to a manager and they did not give me canes sauce nor did they give me the two gallons of lemonade I ordered.
