I would have given them more stars if they had someone else taking orders instead of the worker named T. I literally had to great her with a smile and say hello face to face 3x before she smiled and said hi back. Fast forward to my order. I placed it I substituted all 3 coleslaws for extra toast as my kiddos requested. When I picked up my order and took it to the table my kids were starting to eat their food and told me they were missing their extra bread . I went back to T and she ask me to bring my my whole order to the front I told her my said after my kids started eating already and stood quiet and then I said ok let me take the food away from them. She then said never mind forget it. That's when I asked for her name "May I get your name please. She said My name is T. I said thank you. She continued in front of customers asking if I have a problem with her? Me being a manager before in food and beverage was shocked for her being so confrontational in front of customers like that. I told Her no only because that is not the place to discuss that. She asked for the breads on the fly. I'm waiting for the bread she continues and said if you have a problem or have something to say about me you can ask for my manager. I said ok. Again very UNPROFESSIONAL. When I said No she should have left it alone. When I asked for her name she should have should have just stayed quiet due to the fact that she had a line of customers. I showed my employees when I was in this industry when someone asks for your name let me know if I'm available so I can approach the table while they are here and figure out what's going on and do some customer satisfaction revival to prevent any bad reviews. And if it was for a compliment then Thank Goodness but never become confrontational with a customer I front of other customers as T did bc the lady she was dealing with at that time while acting out her eyes were getting big and I saw she was getting tensed and that's why I chose to leave it alone. Great location right next to the mall. Not to busy but definitely see more people here than you see at other fast food places. Love how late it is open. Until 10pm dining and 12am drive through! They have a cool inside look with disco balls and nice seating. Great atmosphere. Got the Caniac Combo for $16.69, decent price, comes with 6 chicken fingers, 2 breads and 2 sauce cups. If you want extra sauce cups they are $0.42 each which is reasonable. Friendly staff and overall great experience. read more

I had high hopes for this location. I believe it's an anchor for the neighborhood it's in. Within the next two years, this location will be a hot spot because the surrounding area will be bustling! My experience was (sadly) horrible. It took awhile to get my food with the dining room pretty slow. The teens behind the counter were busy playing on the intercom because their friends were there. Once my food was up, it was tossed at me when I walked up. My food was SALLLLLLLLLTTTYYYY. I only ate two chicken fingers and a pinch of fries. I'm gonna come back and see if my experience will be different but as of right now, it was a horrible experience. I will say, the gentleman that took my order was phenomenal, but after that it went down hill. Let me know your experience here. read more

Great food, great service! I've never been in a fast food restaurant where an employee walked around and asked how the food was, if we needed a box for leftovers, or anything else. Gavin had so much ENERGY and was shouting out WELCOME TO CANE'S every time the door opened. What an awesome experience and energy-filled restaurant! We were coming back from the Marcus Theater in Oakdale and we passed the sign before. Almost 9 and the drive thru was super busy. Easy enough to get in and out of. We shared a 6 piece Caniac, pretty good considering we didn't eat it on the spot. They seem to have a lot of young staff. Stand out service from Chris who had to take orders and do the money transactions at the same time. Definitely join the Caniac Club. Nice to get free stuff once in a while, especially a drink on your birthday. read more

Today was my first time having Cane's, i have many friends that LOVE Cane's and can't believe i have never been. My friend was driving and we were near Maplewood Mall and there was a Cane's right there. I order 3 fingers and large fries, and she order a 3 finger meal, at the window to pay, she ask for extra sauce, no clue why, and she was told a higher total after she asked for an extra sauce, i thought, it most be some good sauce. We got home and open the order, my order had no sauce and her's had only one sauce. There was no traffic, we were the only one at the Cane's when we pulled in and after we left, no other cars, so not sure why they charge her extra and didn't give her what she wanted. But on a many note, the fingers without sauce were the BEST i have every had, i did need any sauce, the fries were also good, i'm picky about fries and Cane's has good fries in my option. I would only suggest better customer care, but the quality and freshness of the food was excellent, i believe i may return. May have been 5 stars, if not for the extra charge and friend not getting what she wanted. read more

I went through the drive thru and handed the worker my Canes card and my credit card. after he handed my canes card back, he did not give back my credit card. he closed the window after handing my food. I waited for him to open the window a few moments later and ask what I was waiting for. I told him he never returned my credit card, and he said I didn't give him a credit card. he said I had a free meal on my canes card, but I explained I gave him my credit card also he never looked or made an attempt to even see if he dropped it. he became rude like I was in the wrong when he was the one who dropped my card. He became ruder and I asked for a manager who was nearby. the manager asked if he could help me, and I explained Jaylen had taken my credit card and never returned it. the manager then looked on the counter by the drive thru and then looked on the floor and found my card on the floor and asked if this was it and I replied yes it was. not once did Jaylen make any attempt to look and try to right his mistake all Jaylen did is look at me and in his rude way make it a bigger problem than it was. since then, I have called the number Canes has on the receipt and talked with a person who said someone would call back, but Canes doesn't seem to care about their customers because they have not called back. I used to go to this place once a week I will no longer go to this place as the manager and Jaylen are not worth me spending my money for this rude service. read more
