Got a sub bowl. Immediately sat down to eat it once it was ready and found a hair on top. Easy to view and hadn't even touched the food. Took it back to them. The response was oh yeah I see it I'll remake another. Bare minimum obviously. However what also should be bare minimum is the man who made it who is wearing a visor with his curly dark hair spilling over the top of it to either have a hair net on or a hat fully covering his hair. But also would be nice to compensate for gross service or an apology at least. read more

Oh Jersey Mikes... As an East Coast girl, I appreciate Jersey Mikes. I know the food can be good. I have had delicious subs from here BUT the Jersey Mike's hiring standards have left me a very disappointed customer. The kiddos they employee really could not care less whether or not the quality of the sub is good or bad or even if they make the correct sub. The ingredients are random and, when you are bringing home two subs for you and one other person, you feel pretty frustrated when pretty much everything is wrong. You know it's not a complexity issue but a care issue. Jersey Mike's have created recipes that can yield a good product. Raise the bar on management to hold the employees to a higher standard or move them along and watch the reviews go through the roof. read more

I order 2 subs you would expect excellent service but the guy working kept walking away when my husband was ordering and after every sentence he kept saying "anything else" and just kept leaving, the lady at the front barely wanted to give us a bag. On my 2nd visit I had a giant Italian sub Mike's Way which was phenomenal a full days food supply and I do alot of walking. The triple choc. cookie and brownie again are always winners. Surprised to not see better reviews here! Our sandwiches the other day absolutely solved our eat-and-go situation and kept us full for most of the day. I've never had a bad Jersey Mike's experience anywhere, and this was no exception. We weren't happy that two sandwiches and sodas cost $35, but that seems to be the way things are now. I'm assuming racist because they yelled at my friend like he didn't speak English. He is Asian American and speak English just fine. He couldn't hear over the blaring music y'all have playing. Being from Pennsylvania I was raised on cold cuts meat. The town I lived in was a very blue-collar town a lot of men just would grab their food and go to a work site or go to a factory plant. Where I lived you could get capicola ham (hot spicy ham), Calabrese Salami, and various cold cuts from local companies that added their own spin. Moving out west people are a lot more conscientious of their eating they thumb their nose at aged meats hanging from the ceiling waiting to be served. They are busy at Jersey Mikes Subs what are not, is coordinated. There were two men in there making sandwiches and I could tell by the way if they moved and made the food that they were not confident. There was a woman in there she was the manager she knew the process up-and-down back-and-forth. They are better than Subway but I think anything you could make a home could be better. And let's be honest brutally honest when I walk into Subway I can't shake the feeling that they hired a pedophile for the spokesperson who is still sitting in jail right now. The bread is very good a little bland, the crust is just the right amount of tough and chewy that has solid structure just not you know gummy bread. The meat was fresh and full of flavor with the amount of volume they go through none of it will be bad. I've ordered from them about 6 times now and have not been disappointed. Italian dressing could be better but that's not their fault they are a chain I make Italian dressing and my Italian dressing kicks ass. After reading this review seriously look up to see how easy it is to make dressing and make your own. I needed to wait for my sandwich for about 15 minutes because there were people in front of me but you know what that is a sign of a good business. It's frustrating because we love Jersey Mike's, but this one (closest to our home) is horrible, and we'll have to start looking at a different location. At first, we figured it was a one-time occurrence, but it's been 3 straight visits that we've experienced the following... -Out of ingredients (white bread, roast beef on 2 occasions) -Half the amount of meat (compared to other locations...and competitors) -Roast beef wasn't fresh (pale brown, instead of pink) -Some employees don't seem to care -Slower service I'm used to getting at least 3/4 in. to 1 inch of meat, stacked in a JM sandwich...attached picture is an example of the smaller portioned meat...and pale brown roast beef. read more
