Here are some thoughts: -I love a good butterburger : ) My wife says it's better than grilling your own. Well... maybe. -If you're hungry, a double butterburger is unbeatable. I love their grilled look and taste. And the buns are high quality. -French fries are crinkle cut, and perfectly cooked. Enough thickness to give you great taste, not too thick. -I love these French fries. Better than McD's or Wendy's. A half step down from 5 Guys, but not greasy. -They have a good selection of drinks. Next to A & W, I think Culver's has the best root beer. They also have a lesser known but excellent sweet tea. -I would be remiss if I didn't mention their cement mixer--custard mixed with your choice of multiple toppings. -It happened to be St. Patty's Day, so I got the Andes Mint Mountain (flavor of the day). Glorious! -On top of all that, this Culver's has excellent customer service : ) Welcome to delicious! Highly recommended!!

The walleye sandwich was fresh and very good.  My butterburger was pre-made and already packaged for a carryout order it appeared, so it wasn't tip-top fresh and nor piping hot right off the grill.  The cheese curds were ok but a little over breaded and they used both American and Swiss chess for a bagful of mixed curds.  I don't think I have seen American cheese used for their cheese curds before, and it's ok but also not my favorite cheese.  Anyway these little knocks added up to a 1 star deduct from my usual 5 star Culver's experience.  Our lunch was otherwise still quite satisfactory.

I went to Wendy's for one of the few times in my life. I wanted to try their famous Frosty's. I…read moredon't like chocolate ice cream so I ordered a large size vanilla thin mint blended frosty and a chocolate frosty for my mom. When I got to the front of the drive though they let me know they were out of vanilla ice cream and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked what the options are and he said the only choice was to make it with chocolate. Given I don't like chocolate ice cream it kind of put me in a pickle but he said I had no other choice. So they ended up making it with chocolate ice cream and I didn't like it. Would've been nice if they had offered either a refund, a coupon, another item of the same value... something? Unfortunately I knew I wouldn't like the ice cream but there was no other choice. Totally not their fault that they were out of vanilla, but just an unfortunate situation especially given this was my first time trying. Oh well!

My first time I picked up my order I went through drive through and was meanly told pickup should be done inside at the kiosk area. Second time they barely looked at me and didn't say a word when I asked for a straw they didn't put it in the bag. Third time my order was ready but not at the pickup kiosk. I went to the front asking where my food was. They then asked for my confirmation to pickup the food. They accused me of trying to pick up an order that wasn't mine. Like I went to steal it. I gave them my name but they still wanted to see my confirmation. Poor service every time I visit. Get new people trained that are front facing, because the current crew needs serious help.

I have no complaints. I ordered the beef tallow 10 piece wing which is automatically dry rub as seasoning - my fave! I upgraded to add in a fry and beverage. The wings and mild seasoning were great. The fries were hearty and not greasy at all. I would've asked for a more crisp fry but that's it. My only "complaint" would be to give two sauces for a 10 piece wing.

You can order different levels of spiciness. If you don't like spicy chicken, order the 1st level. It's not spicy at all. I order level 2. I've tried level 3 and it was too spicy for me. I find level 2 to be perfect, has the kick I enjoy, but not overly so and blow out my taste buds. We went when they had their $5 hot chicken sandwiches in honor of National Hot Chicken day. Not surprisingly, it was very busy. They still put out good food and EXCELLENT service. Everyone was so nice and they all handled the flow of people very well. I was so impressed. One of the managers, came around to the tables to tidy up and check in on all the guests. I have to remember to come more often!

The restaurant is small, with limited seating, but brightly decorated and immersive on the surf decor. I ordered the fish n chips, and they let me know it would be about 12 minutes, because they make everything fresh. No problema, dude. Beach Boys, surf music and other mellow tunes play overhead while you wait. It wasn't long at all, and I was presented with three (3!!!) crisply battered fish filets on a mound of seasoned shoestring fries. It was hot (prepared to order, remember), and delicious. The fries were awesome as well. I thought it was a little pricey, but the portions were large and I had plenty to take away. My fish was delish -- and I'd be glad to come back and try some of the other combos. The people who worked here were chill and friendly. Good vibrations!

This is a cute little restaurant with a few tables, window seats and seating along the wall. With the weather being nice there are tables outside too. Hubby and I wanted some seafood and we passed by Surf's Up a few times so it's long overdue for us to stop and try the food today. The owner, Lisa, was working behind the counter. She is so sweet and certainly very proud of her restaurant! We asked her for recommendations and she was happy to share some of the top preferred items of guests. She gave us time to look over the menu. I settled on the fried catfish dinner with a side of grits, greens & a roll. Hubby wanted fish and chips with a roll. Lisa told us that everything is made fresh to order so it would be about 15-20 mins. We weren't in any hurry, but we appreciated the heads up and the fact that it was all freshly made. The food arrived crispy and hot and oh so delicious! My catfish was so flakey. The grits and greens were the perfect sides to go with it. Hubs really enjoyed his fish and chips. The fries were so good, we couldn't stop eating them. Lisa also sold us on the fresh bread pudding, but we so full so we had to take it go. Just finished it tonight and it was even more delicious than she described! We will certainly be returning to try the shrimp po' boy and other items on her menu! Plus more bread pudding. Don't pass up this cute little place with delicious fresh seafood and desserts plus friendly service.

Here are the things that take RRH to the top of my list: 1. Convenient drive through service. You don't need to exit your vehicle to eat there. 2. They will char your dog on the flat top grill they use for the it grilled onions for the Maxwell St. polish. 3. 4 mini supreme tamales instead of one large tamale. Same amount by weight, a lot easier to eat while on the road! 4. And the thing that really sells it for me-the hand cut fries are cooked in BEEF TALLOW! The next two are either positives or negatives, depending on your POV. I've never used these options, but: 5. They accept credit cards, albeit for a 3% surcharge 6. So, don't expect that. This hotdog is juicy, smokey, and charred with a bold beef flavor. Loaded with mustard, sports peppers, relish, and onions. On a nice plush bun. I personally get it without onions. And, it's heavenly! Chocolate Cone-If you're in the mood for a creamy, dreamy, and delicious cone. Then, make sure to get this! The chocolate is nutty and bold. I love this tasty treat. It brings me so much joy! I every now and then will treat myself to this family sized cone. And, I happily finish every last lick of this.
