Service is extremely slow took 45 minutes for three items. Burger was a hard frozen Cysco patty. Chicken gyros were cold and leathery.

Since my husband went to pick up the sandwiches, I can only comment on the food itself. We had a buy 1 get 1 free deal, which was a really good deal. We had ordered two multigrain avocado turkey sandwiches, that came with avocado, turkey breast, and cucumber. We just added Swiss cheese, artichokes, red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and seasoning. It came to a great sandwich with abundance of ingredients, that were all fresh and delicious. I always like their bread that has a crunchy skin and soft inside. I could only finish half of a sandwich each time for lunch, since the portions are very generous. I would highly recommend Potbelly sandwiches for a quick and delicious lunch!

The sandwich was good but the cookie is the star of the show. I get a cookie every time I go. I have gone to Potbelly Sandwich Shop before just for a cookie for dessert. The service was fast and friendly. The Potbelly restaurant decor is always fun and always includes some local flare. For great food and atmosphere I highly recommend Potbelly Sandwich Shop!

I was craving french fries from a mom and pop style fast food joint. And I spotted Niki's Gyros…read more When I walked in the owner was welcoming. There were a few people eating and someone waiting for an order to go. I asked they type of cut their fries they serve and they were the thin, crispy kind similar to McDonald's. I was like DONE, let's order a large order. As I was waiting for the fries, I notice that they had 4-Cheese Pizza Puffs - boom, ring me up as they don't have cheese ones very often. I took both for takeout. As I drove home, I could smell the fries and I couldn't wait, so I grabbed a few at a stop light, I'm sure you all have done it. When I arrived, the fries were still crisp and hot and so was the pizza puff. The fries just bring me back to living in the Northside of Chicago and walking to the a fast food joint to order fries and play video games. The pizza puff was so good! I'll be coming back often as I really liked the food and the owner was really cool.

I obtained the chicken gyro ($13, pictures) and large side of fries ($5). The sandwich, while perhaps slightly generous in meat, was fairly bland with little flavor in the chicken and only minimally elevated by the honey mustard. The fries, thankfully, were quite good with an excellent amount of crisp. The inside is clean but somewhat worn down, with the addition of gambling video machines in a cordoned off area nearby, always disappointing to see. As we ordered take out I will defer on service. I found $13 to be rather expensive for such food of limited quality. While there are limited pickings at this intersection, and I like to support local businesses, I was disappointed by Niki's. Hopefully they can improve in the future. Food: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 2.5/5 Value: 3/5
