This location is pretty large with plenty of seating, and decently clean considering how busy it was. They do have a bathroom you need a code to enter and it was also clean, They offer different meal combos to choose from. I chose the 3 chicken fingers meal and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The chicken fingers were large, juicy, tasty, lightly battered and fried just right. Not greasy at all. Came with crinkle cut fries, warm Texas toast, one Cane sauce, and a fountain soda. For $12 you get a decently portioned meal which hits the spot. It was super fresh and hot hot. The meat inside was white and juicy and steaming as I ripped them apart with my forkus. Hot dayum. And that cane sauce is legit. People who thought it was flavorless probably likes to eat crap ton more sodium. Because these tenders weren't borderline salty at all, like some other fast food joints. It is very clean, open spaced and modern compared to most fast food type places. We got 2 "The box combo" meals. The chicken was crispy, juicy and tender. The bread is amazing. I ordered the chicken fingers combo, and it came with crinkle fries along with texas toast and real lemonade. Of note, the lemonade is served when you place your order, but free refills are available in the dining area of iced tea and sodas. Okay, the crinkle cut fries I always like. For a Sunday afternoon, after lunch (3 pm), the place was packed and line was long because there was only two working cashiers. I guess they were not expecting that many people. The chicken fingers were dry and was not better with their signature sauce. Their fries tasted bland. Their famous lemonade was okay, it wasn't worth paying extra for. I finally visited this fast food restaurant after a lot of hype with grand openings in the city. I really only wanted to try a chicken finger so I purchased 1. The chicken finger was tiny. Half the size of what I expected, it was very hot in temperature which was good, but the breading was undercooked and just fell off the chicken. The chicken was moist, but overall between the size and the breading I just left like meh. I told the girl at the counter that this finger is way too small and not what I expected and she just said "that's how it's sent from the distributer" I was expecting her to offer a replacement, but she did not. I ordered two chicken tenders a la cart, and the order time took just long enough to find a seat in the large fast casual restaurant. I was disappointed by the blandness of the chicken, despite the wallpaper's boasting that it's marinated. I see here from other reviews that I missed the Cane's sauce, which some have said is too salty, so perhaps they under-season the chicken, anticipating people will put that sauce on it. I used ketchup, wishing there was BBQ; I didn't even realize there was a special sauce, because it wasn't included, but I'm not inclined to pay separately for a small amount of dipping sauce I've never tried before. I used to think Shake Shack was a bit expensive, but I prefer their quality over this. For chicken, I feel that Dave's Hot Chicken or even Popeyes is better, however this location seems to be doing well, and I have no grievances with their team. The food was unfortunately ok. I'm not the biggest fan of crinkle cut fries since they're so soggy. And these weren't anything special. The Cane's sauce was more on the mayo side. The Chicken Fingers were not dry at all, so that's a plus, especially when dipped into the sauce. My favorite was the Texas Toast, which I was most excited to try. In my opinion, I prefer to have the chicken fingers without dipping into the Cane sauce. The sauce is kinda salty to me and overpower the flavor in the chicken fingers. And I wish they would have option for spicy chicken. The toast is sooooo good - fluffy and flavorful. It is the best item in the combo. The ambiance is causal and energetic.
