Visited during week one of opening and was really impressed with how organized they were, especially in pandemic conditions. We waited about 25 minutes from the time we got in line to when we were handed our food. Our teenager loved it. The adults not as much. Coleslaw was delicious, the lemonade refreshing and the fries were good. Bread was just okay. The chicken strips were incredibly greasy. The hot grease actually melted a hole in the styrofoam container. I am giving the benefit that because they are so busy right now, the quality of the chicken may be suffering. We will give them another try later in the summer and see if we have a better experience with the chicken. read more

Decided to try a new restaurant, it will be the last time I go to Raising Cane's. The chicken was just okay, I've had far better from other restaurants in this category. The sauce, cole slaw and garlic toast were the worst I can ever remember having. All three had a strange taste. The fries were limp and cold. So I can not recommend this restaurant for any reason. I just went here this weekend for the first time, I called to confirm they were open, they're keeping their normal hours for dining room and drive thru. Everyone was very nice, professional, gloves and not touching your cards either. They did screw up my order though, always a bummer to drive home and find out you were shorted. I called and spoke to a nice young woman who took my name and info. I received 2/3 of my order and she offered me a box meal on my next visit. Still sucked that my doggie firstly didn't get a dog biscuit as promised and then he was shorted his chicken too. Aside from that, I do like the chicken, the fries, the coleslaw and sauce, I ordered extra of both of those. It all tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, the concept is different. I wish they offered desserts and shakes. Then burgers too ;-) For fried food, the napkins they provide are totally inadequate for their food, totally stink. Plastic ware is very cheap, and I rather see than use paper/cardboard boxes verse the styrofoam. Styrofoam is so bad for our environment, all in it's a good chicken tender (white meat) meal. MUST READ BEFORE GOING: This is coming from a real Raising Canes connoisseur who was eating it for many years waayyy before this location opened. I put countless people on to this chain. This is by far the worst Raising Canes ever. No exaggeration. They are literally buttering toast on one side without toasting it REGULARLY. Chicken often is chewy, or completely burned when asked for extra crispy & they actually make it so (any request for your order to be made any different type of way other than the subpar result they continuously deliver is not obliged). Absolutely disgusting will not be coming back to this location ever. The oil they fried the chicken with was very burnt so it ended up having a very big impact on the taste. Definitely will not recommend coming to this location. read more

I really don't understand how this restaurant is a National chain. Like the food is very average, there is no reason for it to be popular. The highlight of the meal was the chicken tenders (as expected lol). The breading is light and crunchy. The chicken inside is tasty. The cane's sauce was TERRIBLE. Some sort of mayonnaise and mustard mixture. My fries were soggy but I believe that was because of the container they put them in when you get your food through the drive through. Even if they weren't soggy they would at best be a below average fast food fry. The toast was great. The only reason I could see someone enjoying this place is if they really enjoy the sauce. I don't like mayonnaise so my review on the sauce isn't quite objective. read more

the canes in naperville is better. this one is new, so maybe that's why the breading is soggy, the fries are sooo salty, and the tenders make puddles of grease on the plate. and it was conveniently closer to me than the naperville location, but i've been disappointed twice now with the quality difference. i'll be driving the extra 30 to naperville from now on though. i'll try again in a year when hopefully they have it together. read more

well, i waited for a few weeks after the busy grand opening. the most positive part of my experience is the friendly help. it stops there. i ordered the rather pricey 3 pc combo which came with 3 very tuff and dry fingers, tepid fries, soggy grilled bread and very chewy cole slaw. oh, and the "secret sauce" tastes like bottled salad dressing. sorry, it totally failed my expectations. i'm sticking with chick-fila for moist/tender chicken. read more

Well line down the street with cars in drive thru with the now open signs everywhere and on street on Monday at noon.....but apparently closed for MLK day? We go to Cane's at least once a week. Chicken fingers are the best and the sauce is to die for. Not a fan of the coleslaw but we always substitute an extra garlic toast. Have recommended this place to many people and they all of live Cane's too. read more

I thought this place actually cared about people in the community. Simple issue - horrible resolution. Went through drive through, they didn't give me my drinks, just handed me my food. Generally you get your drinks first but whatever....Get home realize I don't have my drinks, call to see what I can do, hoping that maybe I get drinks next time. They save come back to pick up the drinks...Um...I'm home now, drive back for drinks? Or give them my address so they can send me a coupon for drinks....Why can't I just come back another time and get comped drinks since I'm owed it? He basically said FU, pick one, I don't care.
