took my small dog in for teeth cleaning. everything went well. took her in around 8:30 got back couple hours later. i can see her back teeth are tartar free! i definitely recommend teeth cleaning here. price was reasonable. one thing I am not sure about is book keeping. not much paperwork. i don't know if they keep 'patient records' here. read more

One month later it turned out she didn't have any pancreatic problems, she had heart problems, and our little Luna died at 2:00 am in our arms. After that horrible hurtful time, we never went back. We were lucky to find Dr. Singh. we drove all the way from Gilroy to Dr. Singh. EXAMPLE: Three years ago Dr. Singh found that our little 5 pound Chihuahua Frida has heart problems and thankfully saved her life. This happens last week when I went to pick up my dog someone was picking up her cat, she asked for her cat and they gave her a different cat, she said this isn't my cat. Then they brought her out a dog and she said I brought a cat in not a dog, then they showed her another dog and she said I brought a cat not a dog. Then the doctor came out of surgery with a cat and she said that's my cat and the guy said that can't be your cat because he just came out of surgery and you can't take him home. She said well I got a call to pick him up at 10 am. She insisted that was her cat and he said no this one came out of surgery for eating a toy, she said no that's my cat and I brought him to get neutered. LOL so the lady was angry cause they're charging her $1,500 to neuter her cat and they can't even find her cat. They really wanted her to take a dog home read more

DOCTOR WARNING**** Dr. Singh neutered our dog Elliot but, amazingly, only removed ONE TESTICLE. You read that right - he forgot to remove the other testicle. We brought him to another vet who was bewildered. She removed the second testicle which means our dog had to go through a SECOND OPERATION and recovery. Not fun. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

Dr. Singh is a great DVM. I found him through recommendations on the NextStore App. His office is immaculate and his manner is professional yet personable. He gives you confidence when you leave your pet with him for treatment. He did a wonderful job sewing up my persian cat's leg when she was bit quite severally. He runs the show at his office. In the morning at drop off you will find him behind the front desk, checking in and evaluating incoming pets. At pick up time he checks you out and gives you very honest and straight-forward instructions on how to care for the pet at home. I had taken my 13 year-old golden retriver to him for a possible surgery to remove a tumor that was recommended by another DVM. My dog hadn't been with him more than a couple of hours when he told me that in fact it was a cyst and based on the dog's age and remaining life span, he didn't feel it was necessary. He did a complete exam including blood work and charged me a very reasonable price. The man is honest and cares about you and your pet and you won't have to take out a bank loan to pay him. Dr. Singh is the best vet we've ever met over the past 30 years of owning dogs. We were referred to him after we had several negative experiences with our former vet of nearly 15 years. This vet is truly compassonate and thorough with our dogs and those of all of my friends we've referred to him. His prices are reasonable, and he definitely will not push any unneccessary treatment or medication on clients. He's quick to reply to email inquiries even though you can't leave a voicemail on the phone. He's flexible and spends adequate time explaining the treatment or medication and patiently answers any question no matter how silly I might think it is. I can't thank Dr Singh enough! I had to figure out how I could help my diabetic dog and called every vet in san jose and they all were to booked or did not take new clients ,he answered the phone and said how he could help me and to come in. when I had my back against the wall due to finances after paying the emergency vet who did not even help me or show me how to care for my diabetic dog!Laila is now doing great ,she is back to her self and I am so thankful and still believe there are people who genuinely care about your pets not about money! read more

I am very grateful for Dr. Singh, he has been there to help me with my animals. I have a cat and dog that are the best of friends and he helped me with both of them. If it was not for a family member I would not know what to do. He is very good with the animals and makes sure they are happy when they leave his office. Best Friend to Animals! Dr. Singh is the most holistic, kindest, most caring , practical veterinarian ever! Dr. Singh and his veterinarian technician Marcos, care whole-heartedly about your pet and you. The whole health approach of Dr.Singh means that he takes all aspects of your pets health into consideration. I have had emergency and regular visits with Dr.Singh as I have many pets. Every time I have visited I have always been impressed that Dr. Singh will always be willing to help, giving up his lunch even to ensure my pets were cared for. During 2021 many veterinarians were booked out almost a month in advance, as was Dr.Singh,but he would always take the time to listen and help advise over the phone and if my pet needed to be seen for an emergency he would try somehow to work them in or he would let me know where to go to help my pets. Recently Dr.Singh was overbooked and I had to go to a nearby veterinarian. After many appointments we still had not resolved sufficiently what would be the best and kindest path to take going forward. This was very very painful and Dr.Singh made this challenging dark time feel like there was some comfort to be given and that there were some inexpensive things to be done that could really help my pet and me. Dr.Singh and Marcos are really so knowledgeable that they are able to suggest many different practical methods of treatments and treat my whole pet not just the symptoms and or the blood test results. Other veterinarians were trying to make me feel bad that I could not have an ultrasound and X-ray, for over a thousand dollars! These were not needed as my dear is old and it is more important to keep him comfy instead of going through biopsies and needle aspirations when he just doesn't have that much longer with us. I do not want the time he has left to be painful, I want him to be made as comfortable as possible and when the time comes to help him pass on then I know Dr.Singh will help him with all the love and kindness as if my Little one was his very own. Pet owners, be aware of this vet: I regret the choice of taking my pet to this vet (Dr. Rajdeep Singh @ Aborn Pet Clinic). In my opinion, he is two-faced and an extremely rude individual who lacks compassion, respect, and dignity in treating pets and humans. On 12/22/18, we took our dog for a check up and teeth cleaning. He pulled out four of our dog's teeth without our consent and didn't even bother telling us when we picked her up. When we picked up Olivia, she was wet, shaky, and her back paws were bloody (making a dog bleed from cutting its nails is careless and amateur, and unnecessarily painful for the dog). When at home, we noticed that four of her teeth were missing, on calling him to inquire, he said may be he did pull them out but doesn't remember as he was stressed. Stress is no excuse for sloppy work as my pet's health and well-being is very important to me. So my daughter went to inquire at his office and requested to see our dog's chart, which he presumably didn't have. He blew up on my daughter as he probably didn't like being questioned about his decision to pull teeth without asking or telling us. He started yelling, cussing (in English and Panjabi), and followed her to the car yelling. My daughter walked away highly shaken but calmly telling him "this is very unprofessional of you, sir". At one point he even said to her "it's not like I killed your dog". We were shocked to hear this and wonder how a vet who is supposed to care for your pet can be so callous, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in his behavior. Please stay away from this vet (Dr. Rajdeep Singh @ Aborn Pet Clinic) if you love your pet. Your pet and you deserve better treatment than he can offer. read more

My Cat was sick and when I called for an appt. I was notified that my vet. Dr. Webb had died. I was told that Dr. Singh had purchased the practice recently and I made an appt. The receptionist was friendly and the facilities had not changed. I had to wait a very short period before Dr. Singh arrived and he did a 5 minute examination. He wasn't sure what was wrong with my cat and then recommended a treatment plan. He gave me an estimate of costs and kept the cat for tests/treatment. To make a long story short, the tests were negative and my cat came home later that same day. I was relieved that my cat was fine. As it turned out, I've previously taken in my cat to Dr. Webb for the same reasons, but the charges for Dr. Singh's treatment was EXTREMELY high. I will be finding another vet. for future visits. I am not surprised that there are so many complains regarding Dr. singh at Aborn Pet Cinnic. Recently I had a horrifing experience visiting the Aborn Pet clinic. I should have check the rating and reviews on this clinic. Unfortunately, my cat had a big abccess. I took my cat to the nearest Pet clinic. Dr. Singh was the only vet there. The clinic was dirty, Dr. Singh was very rude. I did not like the clinic at all. I decided to go somewhere else. I told Dr. Singh that. I did not expect that Dr. Singh was so vindictive. He was not happy that I do not want his service. He was augumentive and said a few fowl words. I just walk out of there. This is not the end of my nightmare. The worst thing was that Dr. Singh made a false accusation to the San Jose Animal service and care center for revenge. A few days later, a van from the animal service stopped at my door saying that I somebody reported that abused the cat. That was total lies. I have been a cat lover since childhood. All my cats were stray cats which I took it home and treated them with love and care. The cat had a surgery at VCA Animal Hospital the same day after I walked out of the Aborn Pet Clinic. I spent near a thousand dollars which I could not afford and had to take out a loan to pay for it. I showed the animal service center the medical bill. She believed me. I have never in my life met anybody who could be so unprofessional and vendictive and cruel. My advice is that to STAY THE HELL away from the Aborn Pet Clinic especially Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh should be santioned. I will make a formal complain regarding Dr. Singh to the Veterin Medical Borad. read more

Dr. Singh recently saw my springer spaniel. He was able to diagnose the problems and resolve them to my fullest satisfaction. The receptionist was extremely helpful and so nice and easy to talk with. Dr. Singh not only removed the fox tail from my dog's ear, he was able to perform a procedure on her eye to fix the ingrown eye lashes, all at once, saving my poor pooch from having to endure 2 doses of anesthesia and recovery. My wife and I have been using Aborn Pet Clinic since buying our dog, Mickey, almost two years ago. He has had major problems, the worst of which was a liver shunt that required surgery. Dr. Singh had been diagnosing this condition for over one year, but we were in denial and did not allow for a diagnostic confirmation until a few months ago. Sure enough, Mickey had a liver shunt and we authorized surgery. The surgery was successful and saved Mickey's life thanks to Dr. Singh. We have found Dr. Singh and his staff to be wonderfully compassionate, responsive, professional and reasonable in every way. Prices for veterinarian services are very reasonable and usually less than the large clinics in the San Jose area. More importantly, the quality of care and concern is as good as you can get. I would like to Thank Dr. Singh and his staff for providing my American Staff Bycen with quality care. When Bycen became ill last week my heart was broken he is part of our family and he is our 5th generation of this bloodline. I put off taking him back to his old Vet because I felt they discriminate against his breed . I felt they did not feel comfortable when they had to give him his shots and so forth . I knew I could not go back to Animal Hospital ....so My son's girlfriend told me she had a great Vet for her animals. To make a long story short Bryce had to have emergency surgery because he had and obstruction/ blockage . For me my first thought was will he make it through surgery... he was very weak not being able to eat for 3 days and second was how much is this going to cost . Dr. Singh call me to say his prognosis was good. I have heard from other family member who's pet have had surgery in other clinic's that it was a very expensive . I knew in my heart I could not let him suffer and the fee was very affordable. Bryce is doing fine and is back to his normal self . Dr. Singh and Kaitlyn went over everything with us before and after surgery . Marcos the Asst. was great with Bycen he was not fearful of him he treated him with care and concern. We also like that they keep us updated on his status during surgery and Dr. Singh call us to follow up after surgery .
