Pet ate some silica beads from a silica packet and took her to the nearest pet hospital. It was $230 for the evaluation and received no communication of results from the evaluation and was suddenly charged $500 for the full treatment which was already completed. The pet did not even throw up any of the silica beads. Our pet was displaying no symptoms but I wanted to be safe and trust a medical professional. I felt distrust of this emergency hospital and they simply took my money to make a profit. I will not be returning to this facility for the lack of communication and mistrust in their staff. read more

Dr. Chahal saved our dog's life. Our Pittie-Boxer mix is 12 years old and hadn't been neutered. We were surprised to learn he had only one testicle. When Dr. Chahal examined him and ordered an X-ray, we discovered the other testicle had not dropped and was inside him--the size of a golf ball--and was causing other health issues. If we hadn't removed it at that moment, there could have been more serious problems. We were amazed that, despite years of visits to other vets, no one had detected this earlier. Our 3 fur babies have becoming here for years. 2 of our pups have had all major life saving surgeries/procedures here and this is our only go to clinic for all our emergency situations and we haven't but most likely will transition from our other vet for preventative care to Ark also. This is an all in one clinic and they always have an appointment available within reasonable time and I can't even tell you, how much I appreciate them staying open till 9pm.
