I really only chose this clinic because it was conveniently close and after what has happened to me, I am glad that this convience ended up being the correct choice. I rather deal with front office staff that appear rude than an office that appears nice, but is out to pressure you to spend money. Also, the front staff may appear rude, but at least they are competent and knowledgeable about animals. To add, not all the front office staff is rude, there are just a couple people I've dealt with here and there, but it was never enough to deter me from coming back. My dogs do not have one consistent doctor here. We usually see a different doctor every time we come. Sometimes we get the same doctor, but regardless, every doctor has been great. Some doctors may strongly suggest some testing, but they have never immediately jumped to euthanizing my dog because I said no or strongly suggested my dog would die because I said no. I appreciate that is office is willing to meet you halfway with treatments and what you can afford. I just feel like this office would have never immediately jump to euthanizing my dog as soon as I said I am concerned with costs. This office has never made me feel pressured. They address all concerns. I appreciate that the doctors also listen to me when I tell them what I want them to check because they actually check the exact concern unlike other offices. The more I think about it, the more I just really appreciate this office because they are also always accommodating. When I can't bring my dogs at the same time, they are willing to book in a way that allows me to go back home to switch dogs for back to back appointments. Even with my recent situation, since they were going to be closed and it seemed like an emergency, they recommended another office to see and not only that, they made sure to transfer my dog's file that day even though they were about to close. They also made sure to just secure an appointment for when they reopened just in case the other offices don't work out and that it was okay to cancel by leaving a voicemail. I just wished we were able to wait for their office, because it was traumatic going to the other offices. After this, I don't think I could ever go to any other office.

When I first moved into the area I had emailed a lot of vets in the area to see if they would take my dog and this place was the only one to respond. They are so amazing, I can't thank them enough. My dog has to have medication the night before , morning of and sedation before a vet appointment and the team works so great with him. I'm unable to muzzle him, and they still were willing to work with me. I cannot say how grateful I am for this staff. They treat my dog so nicely even when he growls at them. I could go on and on. She was dealing with pancreatitis symptoms, anemia, and GI issues, and their team acted quickly with diagnostics and referred us for an emergency endoscopy, where a foreign body was found and removed. Afterward, they continued supporting her with fluids, medications, and follow-up care when she still wasn't feeling well. Within a day, she was eating again, her stools improved, and she was back to wagging her tail. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly caring throughout the entire process. I have seen both father and son over the years for routine exams as well as office visits for my dog. Frankly speaking, I wouldn't trust Dr. Mundh Sr. with serious or emergency pet issues. I feel like his responses have been blunt and/or dismissive whenever I've asked him questions, and I wouldn't trust his diagnosis for something serious. His son, Dr. Mundh Jr., has a better bedside manner and he correctly diagnosed and treated a condition my dog had when his dad sort of brushed it off during my visit with him. Dr. Mundh Jr. talks fast though, so sometimes I feel like I'm rushed whenever I'm with him. Good bedside manner is critical to me, and I haven't always been satisfied with the bedside manner at this clinic over the years. I most likely will return to my previous vet hospital.

They politely explained why they couldn't have owners come in and the person was still giving anxious vibes but eventually okayed their pet going in without them. I haven't had her as our vet yet) came out and told the owner that they understood they wanted to come in so instead, they're doing the exam outside. Like, that's so nice and amazing. Also, they do really love what they do. They're happy seeing each pet come in and out. The tech who came out to take my dog cuddled her walking in. Sunny died less than 12 hours later. The radiology (x-ray) report, which I received after Sunny passed away, flagged a suspected obstruction and recommended immediate hospitalization and IV fluids. None of this was communicated to me. The medication Dr. Cupka prescribed (a gut motility medication) is contraindicated for obstructions. You are not supposed to prescribe metoclopramide for stomach obstructions as it may cause intestinal rupture. The staff is also unprofessional and lacks empathy.

My dog was bitten on his paw by another dog and every vet was fully booked for several days. Despite Aborn pet clinic being extremely busy, Dr Singh gave me an appointment and fixed up his paw. There were times I thought my dog had an eye or ear infection, but Dr Singh said it would be fine and he was right, it went away in a few days.
